Inside the Boiler Room: 2012, 2014 and 2016.

NBC’s Mark Murray and Domenico Montanaro answer your questions regarding the GOP’s autopsy of the 2012 election, the likelihood of the Democrats taking control of the House of Representatives in 2014, and who may be the Republican female contenders in the 2016 presidential election. Plus, Mark and Domenico on why news reporting can be so uniform across the mainstream media.

Thanks to Frank "Grimey" Grimes, Springfield, USA, mikehataway, GOP Comeback 2014 and Amy B. Portland, ME for their questions. A big thanks to everyone else who submitted questions-- keep them coming!

I don't have sound at work but they seem very animated and talking a long time about my question, with video clips, and everything, so I feel very gratified : )

Its not policy...its tactics. You have a prez who says freebies for all at no cost to no one ..the other side says their are limits-- not gonna work.. Don't take candy from babies- they cry. Also, repubs need to demonize a lot better. THe prez puts out no budget for 5 years and paul ryan puts his stupid a s s mouth out there and talking about cutting medicare or some weird ponzi scheme. Any fool can tell you that your going to throw grandma out of nursing homes and kids are going to starve without even having to put any of their own thoughts out there. You don't win elections when baby boomers are basically 70 million strong looking for handouts and your telling them no. Not very bright buddy. Or for that matter - running with romney who basically invented obama care and then decides to backtrack everything in the election. Geeze.
