But so far he has kept quiet.”

Marco Rubio's ‘Watergate’ moment, even in Israel,” the New York Daily News writes. “The Florida Republican once again made light of his awkward reach for a sip of water while responding to President Obama's State of the Union last week, this time with none other than Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in on the joke. A photo from their meeting in Israel on Wednesday shows them holding up bottles of water in a toast, both of them sporting wide smiles.
“For the first time in a dozen years, Karl Rove’s critics smell blood,” Maggie Haberman writes. “After his electoral wipeout in November — and motivated by years of resentment that’s spilling over — Rove’s credibility within his own party is at an all-time low.”

Aww, Comeback, don't you realize, as long as people are talking about Rubio's water-bottle moment, they aren't talking about the substance of his STU response, which was simply a rehash of right-wing points that were rejected in the elections of 2012.
And, by making jokes about it himself, he gets to look "likeable", a la Chris Christie.

No kidding, has the world gone crazy, even republicans are onto Rove. Who would have thought.
As long as the rwnj Fascist wannabes keep bring up Bengazi with every issue whether that has anything to do with the Bengazi incident or not the left should continue to embarass the tea party wunderkind Marco Rubio with the water bottle incident. Fair trade!
With a few more years of experience Rubio might, and I say MIGHT, be able to become imprtant but for now he's just a pretty face to adorn a really bad and mean spirited movement.
