Question DNC chair Schultz... As DNC chair you said a MT Romney vicotry would of been Doom for the US economey.. now it appears that the immedeate reaction to Obama's re-election is a depression. We measure recessions as "slow downs" and depressions are measured as "contraction - ie getting smaller, shrinking". The headline of MSNBC reads "US economey shrank the 3 months immedeatly after the election" whats your comment.. Also can you comment on the strangley inproving unemployment figures released by the department of labor in the run up to the election, while apparently, there was a looming shrinking of the economey going on at the same time? does that make any sense?
Also ms Furball.. A bloomberg article yesterday said the Fed plans to buy over 1 trillion dollars in bonds and morgage backed securties UNTIL 2017.. todays news about the US economey entering a DEPRESSION shines a brighter light on that article. It seems the Fed is SCARED TO DEATH about the state of the economey... Did perhaps your guy know more about the US economey than he was saying, or is he the drunk absent capitan of a listless economic ship.
Any comment on the recent TAX HIKE for middle class working americans (yes it started jan 1) or the impending FORCED puschase of health insurance the starts at the end of this year.

Many liberals will be shocked come Spring of 2014 when they go to file their tax returns and find that medical deductions have pretty much been eliminated under Obamacare ... regardless of their income level ! The AGI on medical deductions has been raised from 7.5% to 10% ... thus reducing medical deductions ! The amount you can put into a medical reimbursement plan has been REDUCED .... meaning you get to pay more in taxes !
Why does Obama seek to penalize those with recurring health costs ? Why is Obama WAGING WAR on those who have those expenses and deserve those deductions ??
Obamacare even puts in a tax on tanning booths ! LOL !! Could this be a racially discriminatory provision ? How many African-Americans go to sun-tan booths ?
Depression? The stock market is booming, employment is up, housing prices are going up and our retirement portfolios are healthy again.
If you're depressed, maybe you need to get more exercise, get out and socialize and quit watching FOX. Those right-wingers love to make people feel hopeless.
You're talking to the wrong crowd Amy. Tea people republicans enjoy being depressed, it's the way they choose to live their lives. If it wasn't for depression they'd have no life at all. Joy or happiness is foreign to them.
The right-wingers didn't help us out of the financial crisis, and now they refuse to further the recovery. One minute the want to cut government spending, the next they trumpet the news the economy is contracting from cuts in government spending.

I read that daily on MSN, but thats not what I SEE in my REAL world.
Only mindless libs can watch the National Debt clock racing along, picking up speed .... now at $16.5 trillion and rising quickly ... and run around with a sense of euphoria ... with NO BUDGETS under Obama !
Of course, when the U.S. credit runs down and the credit card is maxxed-out, another credit downgrade is looming .... then the libs will quickly be back to blaming Bush, "obstructionism", a long-dead Ronald Reagan or whatever other BS they can think up !!

There is waaaay to much conflict in politics now to get anything constructive done and people like you and others just put wood on the fire to create more hatred between the parties... so be careful jumping off your high horse... it's a long way down to reality!!
btw... I am guilty of the same behavior and seeing, reading and writing these posts make me feel like I have lowered myself to a level of civility that I'm not comfortable with, therefore I will leave the cheap shots, the belittling, demeaning, and humiliation of your fellow Americans to folks like yourself and feisty!!
Progressive Power Producions is happy to present a new episode of "Darth Rooooove!" AKA. Karl Rove. The GOP/Teabegger "Master Of Madness and Misinformation." The last time we left Darth Rove he caused mental madness during a group session. Since then Darth Rove has been confined to his padded room. The doctors are very concerned about his continued paranoid state. In todays episode a 'special' visitor is coming to see Darth Roooove! Who could that be America? This episode of Darth Rove is entitled.
Father VIsits
Scene One opens.
"Chump-Change-Cheney." AKA. The GOP Emperor. Enters the Teabegger Mental Hospital walking hunched over supporting himself by his 'special' cane. Emporer Cheney is wearing his white robe and hood. Only his puggy nose and bent wire framed glasses are showing.
He walks up to the front desk and announces. "I am Emporer Cheney, and I am here to see my son."
The nurse behind the front desk asks in shock."Who is your son?"
"My son is Darth Roooove!" Exclaimed Emperor Cheney shaking his cane at the nurse.
"Oh. Do you mean Karl Rove? Asked the nurse. Looking confused and becoming nervous.
"Yes Liberal! Karl is my son, and want to see him now." Ordered Emporer Cheney. Grinding his yellow rotting teeth together.
"Ok. I will need to see your ID, and I will get his doctor for you. Please just wait right here sir." Explained the nurse looking at Emperor Cheney's ID and quickly walked into the backroom.
Scene One ends.
Emperor Cheney is listening to what is saying in the backroom. With a look of pure evil on his pale face.
Scene Two opens.
The nurse walks back to the front desk with Darth Rove's doctor walking close behind.
"Hello Mr. Cheney. I am your son's doctor." Introduced the doctor with a smile.
"I am Emperor Cheney of the GOP. I want to see my son Darth Rove!" Ordered Emperor Cheney. Shaking his bony finger at the doctor.
"Sure. Karl is in his room right now. I will escort you down to see your son." Said the doctor walking out from behind the front desk.
"That would be very wise of you doctor." Coldly replied Emperor Cheney.
Scene Two ends.
The doctor gives Emperor Cheney a very puzzled look.
Scene Three opens.
The doctor and Emperor Cheney walk down to Darth Rove's room. On the way to Darth Rove's room he passes little Richie Rich Ryan still playing with his toy calculator.
The doctor opens the door and says."Hello Karl. Your father is here to see you."
Darh Rove is sitting at the end of his bed with his face a blood red.
"Hello father! It is so good to see you." Exclaimed Darth Rove. Standing up quickly and shaking his fathers bony cold pale hand.
"Please leave us doctor. I want to talk to my son alone." Ordered Emperor Cheney glaring at the doctor with his eyes of fire.
"Yes Emperor Cheney. I will be right outside." Replies the doctor leaving the room.
Emperor Cheney takes a seat in a chair across from his son. He strongly states."I saw you on FOX News, and I am not happy. You have blundered my son on a huge scale, and many donors want their money back. Now I heard what you did in Central Park. Which put a smile on my face however, it landed you here."
"Yes father. I blame the Liberals, Communists, Marxists, and Obama Organizers for my defeat." Said Darth Rove beginning to shake and tremble.
"You fool! It is the defeat of our whole party, and we lost control of our messages of madness." Replied Emperor Cheney shaking his fist.
"I am sorry father. I failed to be evil, and not caring enough to win." Pleaded Darth Rove crying and wimpering.
Scene Three ends.
"Stop your crying! I will have you Waterboarded for your incompetence. You are to stay here for now, and try to get you soul of sin in order." Ordered Emperor Cheney getting up from his chair and walking towards the door.
"No father! Please wait!" Screamed Darth Rove rolling around on the floor kicking his bed.
The End
Does it really matter who or what program MSNBC puts on? Nobody but the screaming pink haired weirdo's are watching.
