Kudos to David Gregory for actually bringing up to Paul Ryan that he used Social Security benefits to pay for college after his father's death. That exchange, and the way Ryan quickly changed the subject to his mother receiving SS, when trying to differentiate how it's an unhealthy dependency on government when others use the security net, but a legitimate entitlement when a Ryan uses it, spoke volumes to me about the right-wing point of view.

PS. It was nice to see Chuck Todd on MTP, I've forgiven him for whatever it was he said that last made me mad at him. I know Todd doesn't like Obama, but he seems to still have more integrity than your average political reporter.

In Lyins' mind, he and his mother are 'entitled to take'. He and his Mother have been at it for years!

The hypocrisy of people like Ryan amazes me. Here is a many who rails on and on about entitlements and the takers when he is a taker and his mother is a taker. He harps about government but he is a part of government and the people of Wisconsin pay his salary. If anyone needs to get out and get a REAL job it is Ryan.

Once caught lying, how can anyone take him seriously or how can he have any credibility ever again? That exposure on MTP may enlighten some fence sitters as to what he is really all about and that he is a liar and a hypocrit.

What gets me is all these republican lemmings running around wanting to privatize Social Security and medicare who will be totally devastated if it isn't there for them when they retire. That folks is what you call cutting off your nose to spite your face. Something republican supporters are vary good at.
