Subscribe to RSSOne month after she took ill, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton returned to her busy schedule, and will prepare to testify on the Benghazi terror attack that killed four Americans. NBC's Andrea Mitchell reports.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received a standing ovation on her first day back at work since she suffered a concussion and was diagnosed with a blood clot in December.
Her staff presented her with two gifts: A football helmet emblazoned with the State Department logo, paired with a football jersey with the number 112 across the back, for the number of countries the secretary has visited during her four-year tenure.
Her deputy noted that Washington is a contact sport.
A photo released by the State Department showed Clinton hoisting the helmet into the air after pulling it out of a box.

Time to retire from politics. She is getting old (65)...now has chronic health problems that won't get any better ( too much flying) if she stays in politics. She looks exhausted. Too many years of stress (starting with dealing with her husbands embarassing indescretions and adultery) have taken its toll. She is now a physical liability and if anyone had concerns for her health they would encourage her to retire not run for President.

I football helmet with the Stae department logo? Really? NO Really? What a waste of taxpayer money. I would much rather see my fiscal cliff tax increase money spent on something a bit wiser than a joke gift. It's rather irritating.

No its not the least bit funny. I work hard for my money and I resent my tax dollars being spent in custom joke gifts. If That is a reall football helmet it cost atleast $300. If its a replica it's still $100.
With her declining health issues, she may not be able to pass the medical exam to be president...
