Although there are many good ones, this one was one of my favorites...not so much for the quote, but I remember seeing him interact with who is was talking to and looking like someone had handed him a piece cow turd and asked him to eat it. All the while not knowing that these cookies were from the local, town bakery that had been there for 100 years. It was classic out of touch Romney.

Why isn't Sonunu on TV peddling the Romney vision for America. A) Most likely because there wasn't one. Romney's vision for America was simply what others who were there to enable him to become President wanted for America B) You clearly didn't believe what you were saying to begin with because in the end, if it were the truth, Romney losing would have nothing to do with the principle behind what you were presenting

Yeah, I'd have to say it's a toss-up for me too between Ann unzipping Mitt to see if he's stiff and Mitt unzipping the airplane windows to let some air in. But in all fairness (and geez, this is like the third time already just today that I've had to be fair!) I remember back when somebody first mentioned the "I believe in an America" one and I couldn't quite believe even Romney could toss that particular word salad, and when I researched it pretty extensively, I seem to recall that it came from a Doonesbury spoof and he never really said it.
P.S. to our hosts - I hope we get "The Year's Best Photos" this week, too. I want one more look at Mitt in the empty football stadium. And corn dogs - we want corn dogs!
Looks like Barry is keeping up his tradition of nominating tax cheats to his cabinet with Monsieur Jean Kerry who tried to evade $500,000 in Mass sales and use taxes by hiding his new multi-million dollar yacht in Newport RI. No wonder Dems LOVE to raise taxes!!!! They are all cheating on their taxes anyway.
BTW, while away on vacation the week before Christmas, I read No Easy Day, the book written by the Navy SEAL who was the second one into the room where they killed OBL. It's a great story about the men who sacrifice so much for us to live in freedom. Folks, freedom isn't free. The best part was at the end where SEAL Team Six is granted the honor of a private meeting with Barry and Joe "Gaffe" Biden. The author dutifully expresses his respect for Barry as Commander in Chief, but, clearly implies he doesn't have much respect for him otherwise. The author also refers to Biden as "cracking jokes nobody got" and being like the "drunken uncle at the family Christmas dinner".

I think my favorite is "Please proceed, Governor" knowing Mitt Romney had doubled down on stupid--but you really need the raised eyebrows, in for the kill look Mitt had on his face for the full affect quickly followed by Mitt's defeated look of a bitter "Obama got me" pill swallowed.
Tagg Romney's latest Mitt lost because he didn't really want to run for president excuse has to be the lamest one yet. Mitt has been running for president since he didn't seek a second term as MA Governor so claiming otherwise is as disingenuous and dishonest as nearly every word Romney uttered these past 6 years in his effort not to run for president.

I don't have the exact quote handy but Santorum's comment that "smart people" will never vote for conservatives (republicans) is another good one.
One thing I'll say about Santorum, he did call President Obama a "snob" but he also apologized when he learned the rest of President Obama's comment. At least Santorum was honest enough to admit he was wrong, a gentleman, a slightly weird man but that's beside the point.
Layton, eventually I'll get back to the Friday posts. I am looking through my 2012 posts to see what I can find. Maybe for next week since FR is pretty much in vacation mode. Anyway, I am enjoying some R & R after the long campaign hours at OFA and post-election euphoria. Figure the GOPTPer legislators will soon be providing plenty of tidbits to spark things up. Pretty dull politics lately; it's hard to poke fun at Boehner and the GOP House when their inability to govern and pass anything of serious value has such enormous consequences for the country.
Those guys said that? No wonder they lost big time.

Many years ago when I was a teen my Pop used to tell me "keep it up wise ass and someday you will be the funniest bum in the park", I don't think he every realized I got my sense of humor from him because he was funny and did not even know he was. I could always make my mother laugh, and if a child's laughter is music to a mothers ears, then the reverse was always true for me. Happy New Year Amy and to all.

Okay, guys, I never thought I would live to say this, but compared to some of the newer crop of "writers" that have shown up here since the election, I kinda sorta almost miss NoJoe and JAS1. And Spanky. And Virginia Bob and Concern (but not Concerned) Citizen. Almost. I mean, even at their worst, they never called the President of the United States "a POS" or his lovely wife "a tub of lard". Some lowlife on the earlier thread about the replacement for Senator Inouye actually referred to Brian Schatz as a "hebe". Say what you want about the old crew, they were at least amusing. This new crowd just makes my skin crawl.....
And my favorite post of the year was from the poster claiming the recently unveiled "Denver polling model" (in 2012) accurately predicted the past 5 elections.

I am a Christian myself drive-by-observer. Very private Christian. I don't even celebrate Christmas but don't judge anyone else who does. I try very hard to live by the bible and am very aware of the following facts; Satan creates the violence and chaos, not God. God gave us free will and he is waiting for us to choose. He is very patient. God has nothing to do with governments. Governments are created by us. He simply allows them to exist like he is allowing Satan to exist, while we choose. In my recent complaint dated December 4, 2012 (and am officially requesting this be an addition to # 2008-CRC-1993), I provided what could be conclusive proof of a foreign intelligence service handling organized crime in between the rock hard platform the FBI sets up from the bottom and DOD handles from the top. After witnessing what happened on my overseas vacation, I became certain that the same foreign intelligence service was somehow infusing false information to create a pretext to murder my mother and myself -and the reason my father was murdered -so he could not refute anything. In said letter, I provided what could be conclusive proof of this when the same girl that almost watched me get killed by a boat -on my overseas vacation last February that I never thought I would see again in my entire life-was working out right next to me at the local gym. I articulated how I thought the FBI quickly flipped her into their rock hard no cause CI status and tried to exploit this freighting reality while a gym full of other no clue satellite ass sniffers were positioned to watch my reaction to this desecration of rule of law and democracy.
I thought that would be as high as my wire would ever go-balancing the possibility of direct murder via indirect infusion of false information on one side with the ability to inflict full blown torture on the other side. Well, once again it got higher you sad thing. As mentioned, right after I returned from my exciting vacation, I was certain that a foreign intelligence service infused false information to bring about the most brutal end to my and my mom’s life. Well, shortly after writing my last letter- and after this exploitation failing to obtain any reaction to discredit me- along our paper thin but rock hard surface, I began to “suspect” something far worse. Just like how the FBI has been rotating their no cause from the bottom and DOD from the top platform based on their shrinking hypothetically potential story line -that is impossible to disprove but not one fact to suggest (with conclusive proof at the DOD that it isn’t true) for the last six years to enlist the support of entire environments -under no cause pretext-to suppress and contribute to exploiting a false profile aligned with the direct and wicked use of this program; the same design can be deployed well beyond foreign policy soccer Moms and actually force “potential” criminals into a this rock hard national security CI status; and revolving within the much larger hypothetical potential foundation - there is not one fact to support and DOD has conclusive proof isn‘t true-there can be another deeper collection of CI’s revolving within the much bigger platform and around a much more dangerous hypothetical potential there is also not a single fact to support and DOD has conclusive proof isn’t true.
Just like when 20 foreign policy soccer moms are pre-positioned to walk (or drive completely unknowing to me; post mail insert) in front of you to “ensure” they have no connection to you as this @!$%# stained Bureau rotates around their hypothetical story line from the bottom while DOD has each s one unknowingly infer threat and destructive control, and the 20th person’s “innocent” comment makes you over react and number 20 tells the previous 19 there might be something up with you; well sort of the same thing may be done with a different collection of CI’s where they are not just forced to maintain their “reasonable person” bearing but actually forced to pass their “collective” observations -and trade gossip- up the flag pole. Basically where all reality on this platform gets completely flipped upside down and the only person that may not be a CI all of a sudden becomes an ordinary one because of the collection of these extraordinary ones. This while a foreign intelligence service is handling the very worst of man - just waiting for false information to come across the wire- with the most sickening and savage of “pretend” retaliation already planned to create as much “potential” for consequence as possible -already interlaced throughout network media and entertainment-by grown men and women with the thinnest two faces in all of human history.
Having said this, I know the FBI has no control over the environment they set up from the bottom (with all sorts of groups on the same platform Attorney General Madigan) have no faith in any level of the government I pay for, and am well aware of the intention of the most pathetic and desperate slob in all of human history and therefore have never articulated to any human why I suspect this and never will because this “forced” alternate reality can patrol entire families and this design can be dropped over anyone that has the potential to put the most desperate and pathetic bitch in human history to sleep via lethal injection-and all to keep America safe from the bad guys Attorney General.
To set the story straight, under penalty of law, along the hypothetical potential the FBI is now rotating around, I have never sold any form of drug my entire life, never seen the exchange of drugs my entire life, do not know a single person that sells drugs, and the last time I have ever used drugs was close to ten years ago legally in Amsterdam and have not seen the use of any drugs since then. Along the alternate reality the FBI is setting up -whose government created Obama Lamas will not see and to keep @!$%# stain Muller from receiving a lethal injection-I have never been an informant of any kind for any agency of any level of government, have never provided any information to any agency at any level of government other than my complaints against the federal government itself. And if any harm comes to my family or myself it is the direct result of the President and any agency under your power that cooperates with this @!$%# stained FBI is culpable. “In fact Attorney General, hours after mailing my certified letter to you, my mother and I went to visit the remains of my father to honor the one year anniversary of his passing. Immediately after coming back home and dropping my Mom off, whom I told earlier that day I was going to have a drink at a local pub to pay my respects (that the FBI knows I have a history of occasionally going to and would have certainly knew I was going to that day) I car -that I could not identify nor knew where it came from-with some distance-pulled in front of the direction I was going, turned the same way onto a main avenue, and turned into the same general area I was going. I did not try to read to much into it until-after I had a couple of drinks and came right back home- literally seconds after pulling into my drive way, a member of Memphis blue drives by-which I never see on my street-and stops a few houses down from me to “chat” with a female acquaintance-probably under some no cause assessment of his own-with everyone potentially on the same military platform. Simple, not easy animal whoop…But maybe it was all in my head because I did not take my meds that day so their would be no impairment with my driving so I will just wait twirling my finger around my head going wee…post mailing insert”
So careful what you stand against Attorney General because we are well below the point of why this nation started and beyond the spectacle of the Roman Colosseum to a low point in human history where your Poet needs to interlace slaughter so horrific-behind the thinnest cloak of virtue -that overtly cries when a kitten gets hurt-but covertly -when they have no control over the obscenity they are part of start to get off on it -or simply accept it-as the best coping mechanism for a pathetic and cowardly mind so long as they never directly see their collective results(including @!$%#in Christian broadcasts, post mailing insert). But the slaughter of the Roman Rulers was well reordered and witnesses by everyone and everyone knew what they really were but this new low in human history has started to beam out for all of infinity into eternity along with the all the compromised and perverted shame the most desperate and pathetic slob in human history got this platform acclimated toward to save his sorry ass from a lethal injection.

This is an addition to my official complaints filed with your office, and your Civil Rights division under File # 2008-CRC-1993 (and am officially requesting this be an addition to it). I have repeatedly articulated how I am the target of a classified (and criminal) war time power that is referred to as an “extraordinary process” that was and continues to be responsible for the horrific destruction of my life. I have attached my previous complaints to your office and others where I have explained my situation -and your lack of duty- but in short I submit that after I came under suspicion of espionage (that the smallest level of competence and restraint would have conclusively demonstrated could have only have been the result of pure circumstance) the deepest spectrum of a military grade satellite (called the Terrorist Surveillance Program) was employed to conclusively determine that innocence because it was the best way to outflank it (to further justify the continued use of military power -the FBI suppresses -due to the potential for consequence that was the fall back from day one).
This while my @!$%# stained bureau developed a hypothetical story line (based on what can’t be disproved -even though I’m pretty sure I did and without one fact to support it) to revolve around as a no cause from the bottom foundation would conceal rock hard DOD intent and force from the top that would collapse the rights of an exponentially greater swath of your citizens in front of the statements the continued (and horrific) use of this military program was forcing me to make. This as they unknowingly contributed toward creating a false profile-using no cause tactics- along with suppressing the truth of what was occurring (to simply secure my statements along the hardening surface of this unacknowledged dictatorship) as the best way to dismiss this entire procedure and crime-and not even to increase security by the smallest measure but exclusively for criminal deniability to the point of a complete collapse of every single one of our democratic principles that occurred on your soil.
Then I am certain the unthinkable happened and the truth behind the statements I was being forced to make within my mushrooming extraordinary bubble started to get traction outside of it and the most pathetic and desperate slob in human history started the unthinkable as he used this no cause DOD platform to interlace the reality of this horrific operation-that you and your blow hole boss were set in years ago- through most forms of communication (to guarantee the potential for consequence to keep our most shameful period moving forward while securing them) and keep screwing your pathetic asses farther into a continually compromised position relative to the potential horror and shock of 320,000,000 citizens to the point of accepting and overlooking absolutely anything even activity that exceeds the very worst dictatorships and parallels drug cartels; all to protect your perception and his life from a jury of his peers.
I realized that as long as force is used to maintain ordinary assumptions the worse the quite real activity of my government gets the sicker I sound articulating it -and had to carefully balance that sad reality for the last six years now-and feel that I have demonstrated not just reasonable suspicion-but probable cause- not just of this extraordinary process (that your Poet collapsed a democracy to keep out of a court making the perception of rule of law our greatest liability). But since he was so neck deep in criminal murder at one level and military treason at another- I feel I demonstrated not just reasonable suspicion -but probable cause-that he tried to ensure criminal deniability by raising the wire as high as possible with a foreign intelligence service handling organized crime- within the safety of this rock hard no cause from the bottom and DOD from the top-platform that secures silence for life-on one end with full blown torture on the other end to dismiss this far deeper -and quite real and sickening-reality.
Well, the wire just got a lot hire for your sorry ass. My previous complaint thoroughly documents why I felt my life was in danger on my overseas vacation in the Bahamas -because a foreign intelligence service was handling organized crime within the rock hard safety of this no cause investigative environment -and why I felt the same dynamic and reality was waiting for me back home and even included a few pictures that can either mean nothing or everything with the slightest scratch on the surface. My story-about a French girl arriving on my floor and breaking up with her psychotic boyfriend right before she tried hanging out with me - and that started hanging out with three big Mexicans after I avoided her and had some fun with ordinary people (two of which seemed to be hiding almost the entire vacation until the whole crew needed to come out to harden their covers) was bizarre enough and possibly a set of extraordinary circumstances on top of all the others for the last six years back home. So was the fact that the two guys directly across from my room-that spoke perfect English- inherent with all our perceived arrogances -broke down into what sounded like perfect Hebrew with what looked like attractive bait in the lobby when they didn’t think I was around. All of this while the direct use of this military grade satellite was still targeting me.
But there was a little story (and pictures) I didn’t include because of lack of proof (I keep everything I say to the highest standard unlike your sorry ass) I wouldn’t let the perception of what was happening around me ruin my @!$%#in vacation so I went on a nice catamaran ride where everyone either had the choice of snorkeling off a beautiful beach or being dropped off on the beach where they can relax on the beach and snorkel directly off of it at their pleasure. After the boat was delayed and the operator greeted all of us with a nice “FBI” hat, I was the only one that chose the beach. I remember asking him if boats are ever in the area and he said he never saw any in his career. Minutes after being dropped off, here comes a high speed boat full of locals engaged in what looked like tubing right off the coral that is protected. I had a lot on my mind but wanted to see the @!$%#in coral so I took off my inflatable vest and proceeded to its beauty. A woman appeared on the beach from a different party and started stretching perpendicular to where I was snorkeling and then the high speed boat started to circle closer and closer (picture included). I stayed in the water till I was satisfied I saw all the coral but by that time the boat was approaching within 30 feet of me so I decided to head back to the beach. I relaxed -watching the boat circle the area I was just in-waiting for my catamaran to come back. I the mean time I had to wade into the water to stop a snorkeler with her head in the water about to swim into this boat’s propeller. When I got back on the boat a girl asked me how the beach was. I said “God’s chosen witnesses almost killed the wrong person”. But somehow this perverted crew’s historic failure only served to screw everyone that was already placed in a compromised position-using no cause law- deeper into looking the other way to absolutely anything simply going farther down the wrong side of a sword relative to the potential reaction of 320,000,000 citizens. Your pathetic bitch has the devil’s luck but I am convinced there is an extraordinary design behind the reality in front of you and that this stage was set before the first page of history’s script was put to paper and he will get what he deserves on the other side of the stage when his life hits the water and wish him the longest life possible to think about where he is going -long after things settle down- after telling God to @!$%# himself to save his sorry ass perception.

Over the last few years I wrote your office in reference to the most serious crimes being committed in your jurisdiction by the federal government- under colour of law- using an unacknowledged program being driven by unacknowledged powers and even submitted proof that is not just beyond a shadow of a doubt but conclusive. I have included a letter I wrote to the highest court serving as a brief -to the best of my ability -articulating this criminal activity (if tested by any court) occurring (and concentrating) within your jurisdiction and also attached my original complaints to your office as well as letters I wrote to the FISA court along with supporting documentation and submit this letter as an additional official complaint.
In short, under the Bush Administration, I am certain I came under suspicion of espionage but before the smallest level of competence or restraint could have determined that every relevant fact could only have been conclusively pure circumstance -or that a war time threat a voodoo “assessment” classified me as a threat because of perceived social behavior- I was already “encompassed” by a process any court would consider criminal -that Dick Cheney called an Extraordinary Process on FOX News-and that is nothing short of a full blown act of war (with war powers Obama’s Attorney General states are everywhere and forever and can never be tested by any court of law now). Where guilt or innocence becomes irrelevant because of the war time threat -and “potential” for consequence-intentionally created by the state that it premeditatedly falls back to.
Basically a process, that occurred on the soil you are charged with protecting, where a target is suspended in the most sickening state imaginable but where the environments they pass through are secured by a no standard FBI and exploited (to both suppress and unknowingly contribute to said activity) to ensure targets of this program are tipped toward destruction of the most sickening kind imaginable via the collective use of informants-who individually cannot speak about their individual activity but collectively contribute to and absorb some of the most sickening crimes in this nation’s history. But not even to add the smallest level of security to this nation but exclusively so the state can create criminal deniability so long as the investigations that lead up to these “snap shots” are classified for life and ordinary assumptions are maintained. This while the rights of people were suspended and collapsed in front of the extraordinary statements I was being forced to make (so a false profile-exclusively for criminal deniability- could be created) by being suspended in a state just shy of torture-via the most incredible suffering imaginable.

But under the weak knees of your liberal Poet -that secured the entire political spectrum-the bottom utterly fell out and an exponentially larger swath of your constituents had their rights collapse -and silence secured for life-right from under their feet to reduce an exponentially smaller level of risk (virtually none and with the state actually creating it ) and exclusively for criminal deniability. This kept pointlessly occurring and expanding until the truth behind the statements I was being forced to make-within this mushrooming extraordinary bubble that could have been minimized with the smallest level of mercy-got some traction and the pathetic and desperate slob you rallied for started to lock down this entire nation, all forms of communication, all branches of government, came up with all sorts of additional powers behind executive privilege, backfilled his made up powers with less than poorly understood language slipped into legislation that only him and his AG understood the intent of, and concentrated his “claim” to power into full blown torture and lethal intent since all activity -and its exponential collapse -for over the last five years would be like a double edged sword if his unilateral and classified claims to power were to be defeated-with absolute ease-in any court.
So once the unthinkable started to expand and concentrate in all directions -exclusively to keep this activity out of a court of law -making the perception of rule of law and our most basic rights a false comfort worse than not having them since US citizens have to be destroyed in the most brutal (organic) ways imaginable -absorbed by your own @!$%#in constituents-our poet counted on the deep ignorance over the simplest concepts only this nation could provide -creating an infinite number of lesser issues and simpler moralities for sorry ass politicians - like you and your blow hole boss- to hide their principal duty behind as he interlaced you within the most ignorant ideological debates possible and set you in the most compromised position imaginable to secure this effort at the expense of all citizens, not just the ones in your state that you are obligated to protect.

But in the extraordinarily unlikely event he fails, you and your boss will be impeached no matter where you are in your sorry ass careers and there would be enough pressure -with ease-to prosecute you for at least criminal negligence. This letter is “general” information in reference to the President’s use of unacknowledged powers (neutralization of potential threats without regard to guilt or innocence) using an unacknowledged program (generally referred to as the terrorist surveillance program) which is basically a network of military grade neural imaging satellites. I submitted that due to employment with the US Secret Service and other factors I may not legally be able to articulate, I was targeted by these unacknowledged programs and powers over five years ago, even though I never had a security clearance nor any access to classified information, where fraudulent and criminal war time interpretations of the Constitution allowed for the neutralization -destruction - of United States citizens without regard to guilt or innocence using the full force of FBI investigations as cover from the bottom- so no two people can speak about the activity they may be suppressing or contributing to.
I submit that I was the target of what Dick Cheney referred to on Fox News as a “extraordinary process” -that is driven by these unacknowledged programs and powers, that would have been impossible for me to have any knowledge of before they targeted me. But once it became apparent that the FBI was investigating what could only conclusively be pure circumstance-or just as likely solely based on the “potential” war time threat I was because of my perceived social profile and voodoo assessment without consideration to guilt or innocence- I was already encompassed by what any court would consider a criminal process and I was intentionally penetrated by the deepest spectrum of “stellar wind” -that could conclusively determine anything -including my absolute innocence-as a way to outflank my innocence and let further full blown but covert (and criminal) war time powers take over -due to the threat created-also their fall back “national interest” fail safe due to the dire and grave “consequences” present before these criminal procedures are even drafted and allowed to touch innocent citizens. This unacknowledged program rotates around two elements with the first being the ability to permanently effect physical and mental functions and processes -initially without the target realizing they are being artificially manipulated because without any reference point that such a sick program exists many processes can be taken well outside a person’s naturally occurring physical or mental state without them ever realizing it- and that is how many US citizens met their fate before this military “targeted individual” program was integrated into no standard law enforcement to ensure “neutralization“ by exploiting the environment around the target, ie, an extraordinary process. The second element- making it an extraordinary process and requiring suppression by no standard law - wires other innocent citizens- within the target’s environment-into this program. Under false investigative cover of determining their own individual innocence- by gauging their reaction to everything they look at or by using an infinite number of pretexts under false cover it can help “law enforcement” isolate something that doesn‘t exist (after they sign an FBI non disclosure that also makes them potential threats for life allowing them to be handled with war time powers), they unknowingly and collectively become part of a much deeper (and criminal) war time intent to ensure that the target, that would otherwise only be a TI (already artificially suspended in the sickest state imaginable just shy of torture) gets tipped into “neutralization”. Because a TI left alone they can still suffer and struggle through what is happening to them and live a functional life (and prove a sickening crime occurred) which directly compromises the false profile the state needs to dismiss these war crimes and extraordinary processes occur in the first place. This while Obama set as much of the world in a compromised position as possible where international cooperation became further cause to destroy any citizen rather than assisting him in his principle and only non revocable duty of preserving our liberty (with our only non negotiable and beyond vital (but fundamental) interest of preserving our most basic rights -including due process-freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of assembly-created to address injustices and abuses of power from the greatest down to the least (that contain the risk necessary to ensure the most basic measure of liberty across all citizens -already virtually none from the lowest threat to life with competent “law enforcement” and lawful legislation not designed to conceal war powers-and that is so vital that it can not be taken away from any citizen even with a majority via any legislation. and only via a Constitutional delegation and Amendment process across all states that makes our Supreme law of the land as living of a document as the people‘s will as opposed to political self interest); absolutely obliterated and not even to ensure the very smallest “edge“ of security but a complete collapse of every principle of this democracy to create the most shameful criminal deniability -via military force-making these rights nothing more than a false comfort under the feet of our entire unknowing ordinary society-worse than not having them- that measured against the full knowledge of what was lost and was destroyed would make this global pile of @!$%# (exclusively for @!$%# stained layers coming up with Exponentially more meaningless words the farther and deeper their pointless shame went) not even an interest but our greatest liability as our sorry and derelict sacks of @!$%# thrive in the deepest ignorance over the simplest concepts pretending these rights still exist; this while the Constitution makes no mention about the simplest economic theories because we had a better economic footing -and were much sawfer--with much greater threat-under the rule of a king but our citizens fought and gave up their lives for something far more basic but far more important; post mailing insert) This while the most ignorant ideological debates and shallowest social @!$%# imaginable -along our thinner and thinner surface that take us in reverse anyway- provided the only cover that we are not the most sadistic and frightening covert dictatorship on the face of the Earth obliterating every principle and value of this nation to save their (and yours) sorry ass reputations and keep the President and his sorry ass trash from receiving a lethal injection.
This mushrooming and increasingly sickening effort -that I am certain lead to the death of a father I loved and my uncle in Poland who suffered greatly-still all to needlessly destroy one person‘s life because he was targeted by a criminal and shameful procedure- without one fact to justify it in the first place- whose plan was to have it end in a matter of weeks with the controlled outcome only being reported in the back of a local paper with less than lethal means toward a lethal end but being modified to create as much potential for consequence around the most pointless and horrific suffering imaginable. But now -under this President’s shameful incompetence and arrogance that made this pointless effort explode- he “claims” lethal force- including full blown torture -that can force people to destroy themselves -via activity so sickening that it is beyond that of a drug cartel- all to dismiss this hardening -once never imaginable-activity because we have a court system and perception of our rights in the first place that projected and strengthened this shameful effort all directions.
Methods so desperate that they include securing and exploiting both the medical and mental health care systems as weapons of full blown domestic war fare where after five years, and immediately following Obama‘s less than poorly understood Nuclear Narco Authority, first the quite real threat of my life immediately ending (using a foreign intelligence service-Israel -on foreign and US soil under cover of the DOD and FBI-post mailing insert)then full blown torture -including the prolonged sensation of literal suffocation (already on top of the most sickening artificial state imaginable) with the involuntary motion of my diaphragm stopping -preventing sleep via the most incredible level of suffering imaginable -paralleled with the most wicked and indescribable prolonged manipulations of my mind- finally drove me toward the unthinkable to save the reputations of the sorry ass sacks of @!$%# in Congress and keep @!$%# stain Muller and Animal Whoop from receiving a lethal injection while producing this effort’s very fist pieces of mental health documentation; along with approximately $150,000 in medical bills that finally tipped me into bankruptcy-five years behind schedule- but at least having secured a graduate degree in the process. Making the most desperate and sober decisions any human ever could - the core of this nation’s trash made the “unpleasant” calculation to exploit the unthinkable -as these pieces of pure Petraeus garbage (the dangerous mic’s war hero against no standard turned full blown war criminal that lived his whole adult life under military rule more pleasant and less “disturbed“ than many US citizens have to live their entire lives under) have to tilt their circle jerks toward something continually more sickening and frightening-outside the animal kingdom- so their wound up heads don’t explosively unwind back toward decency as they hide behind the easiest thing to hind behind -my flag-and in the shadows of the only thing that is perceived to be worse than them as they find out they never had any genuine courage their entire life and whose shadow is always darker -and far more destructive to this nation-than the one they continually hide behind- worse than full blown child molesters because at least they are genuinely sick. And that set me in the mental health care system-dismissing all activity and suffering that targeted me for nearly the last six years- along the thinnest surface -and making it more plausible and lethal moving forward. But immediately after my voluntary discharge my new Doctor was so confused that she ordered me off almost all the medication I was put on but that I was forced to develop a reliance on because for some reason I need that rat poison- I should have never been put on -in order to sleep and breath (the rarest symptoms)-with the “rarest” side effect (occurring with two different sets of medication, post mailing insert) -including convulsions at night- materializing to ensure I do not positively respond to the medication and its “expected” improvement. This while bizarre physical developments- including (a cyst) in my sinuses and near my brain developed (that I have proof -via a previous MRI-that I did not have at the beginning of this operation while experiencing the same (suffering and) symptoms - are almost certainly also the result of our global pile of @!$%#-helping dismiss a level of suffering that only becomes plausible on paper while “muddying the water” to ensure a downward trajectory moving forward. Because the shameful animal whoop at DOD knows how easy it would be for me to climb out of this false profile (that full blown torture on US soil dropped me into) if the trash at no cause FBI doesn’t keep encompassing “and compelling” every citizen around every potential social and career opportunity I may have for the rest of my natural life- now pointlessly becoming more critical than ever since the most unthinkable was done for absolutely no reason - and the only way “things can make sense again” -moving one effort forward toward a controlled outcome -to ensure these piece of garbage don’t die by lethal injection- is to further exploit and “expand” the results of full blown torture -and continue to secure every environment I pass through- and opportunity I may have-rather than letting me positively respond to medication I should not be on so I can live a functional and pleasant life.

Before you twirl your fingers around your head going WEEE, on page 4 of my previous supplemental statement of fact (attached) I made reference to an instructor at Northern Illinois University that stated I was a “spy with a gun pointed to my head” without me ever making the slightest inference or suggestion I was ever under any sort of investigation or surveillance and it is within the context of that conclusive proof I would like every word of mine to be considered because the whole class was forced to “absorb” it at my expense. Attached is my complaint filed July 28, 2008 and responded to on September 9, 2008 (File # 2008-CRC-1993) along with a supplement of that complaint (dated February 14, 2011) that I requested, and you agreed, to reference with the original complaint. I am requesting review of an additional statement of fact to see if your office has the authority to investigate or intervene and if that is not possible at this point in time to reference and file this supplement with my original complaint (File # 2008-CRC-1993) and make this one an addition to it along with the attached CD (if possible) to document all remaining supplemental information I have in reference to this matter. Please refer this matter to any other agency whose jurisdiction you feel covers my complaint and please escalate if necessary to the desk of the attorney general.
As with my last complaint, I submit that every word in this letter, in my original complaint and its supplement, and in every supporting document is the absolute truth without any exaggeration or manipulation, and since I have not had an official interview by the FBI to this day, I expect this to serve as a statement of fact of the highest legal standard since I have been prevented from having any legal representation since this matter started over five years ago.
My original complaint was written in direct response to medical events surrounding my family members and my supplement focused on events surrounding my grandmother’s health but also expanded on and better articulated unacknowledged powers (neutralization of potential threats without reference to guilt or innocence) using an unacknowledged program (generally referred to as the terrorist surveillance program) which is basically a network of military grade satellites.
I submitted that due to employment with the US Secret Service and other factors I may not legally be able to articulate, I was targeted by these unacknowledged programs and powers over five years ago (fully articulated in my previous supplemental) where fraudulent and criminal war time interpretations of the Constitution allowed the neutralization -destruction - of United States citizens without regard to guilt or innocence using to full force of FBI investigations as cover- so no two people can speak about the activity they may be suppressing or contributing to.
This unacknowledged program rotates around two elements with the first being the ability to effect physical and mental functions and processes -initially without the target realizing they are being artificially manipulated because without any reference point that such a sick program exists many processes can be taken well outside the target’s naturally occurring physical or mental state without them ever realizing it. The second element is using other innocent citizens within the target’s environment and under false investigative cover of determining their individual innocence requiring them to submit to this program -where no two individual people can speak to each other about the activity- and collectively apply overlapping and perfectly synchronized investigative pretexts -through them- to unknowingly tip TIs into neutralization (DOD extraordinary process that conceals premeditated murder) while their forced or “compelled” cooperation secures their freedom of speech -and human rights- for life so the state can use the slaughter of their rights to secure and absorb this activity. Even using the slaughter of their rights to collectively force and absorb the real slaughter of other innocent US citizens creating the documentation and circumstances from thin air to dismiss these genuine and premeditated war crimes they unknowingly were forced to contribute to.
These two elements run in between two legal plains with the full force of no cause law-securing people’s human rights and forcing cooperation for life-running along the bottom of this entire nation concealing forced DOD neutralization -destruction-of innocent United States citizens at the unknowing hands of other US citizens along the top of this entire nation. Under cover of this piece of @!$%# President keeping the political right from ever exploiting the impossible to prevent but virtually non existent TEWOW attack he simply uses this DOD standard, running over this entire nation, and touches anyone who has any potential of threat to any interest with the accumulating but pointless horror and predetermined consequence of our global pile of @!$%# so fraudulent and criminal war time powers can immediately take over to allow the destruction of anyone touched by this global pile of @!$%# under any investigate basis with no cause law forcing other innocent citizen’s cooperation -turning them into potential threats for life using war time interpretations loosing all their rights under pretext of exploring their own cause innocence- revolving around what the target can not conclusively disprove.
Basically rule of law based on guilt or innocence completely ending at the level most important to every US citizen and turned upside down along this parallel plain -under false pretext of ensuring the very smallest measure of security from what is already the very lowest threat to life. Where every single US citizen is born a potential threat for life as this piece of @!$%# President simply collapses the human rights in front of an exponentially growing swath of US citizens under no cause pretexts who need to be secured to absorb the statements the other innocent citizens touched by our global pile of @!$%# -because of a potential of threat to an interest- are being forced to make. Where pushing people’s lives and statements through this secured cast -“numbed” while going through their fraudulent individualized process to demonstrate their own innocence to the point that they would absorb any organically orchestrated slaughter -learning to dismiss it the more apparent it becomes what they are forced to collectively contribute to -becomes the best method to destroy character exclusively for the criminal defense of our decision maker since the best way to prove a war crime never occurred is to spread its slow burning method over as many other innocent US citizens as possible each and every one a potential threat for life if they resist the covert force maintaining their reasonable person bearing for life.
This collapse of people’s human rights in front of the statements I was being forced to make-while being maintained in an artificial state by this unacknowledged program to this day -unknowingly turning them into a collective weapon and potential threats for life if they refused to suppress or contribute to the destruction they were unknowingly collectively forced to participate it - is where my last previous statement of fact left off. Even though that concept is in full force to this day-as is the FBI’s ability to individualize every single person’s horror and contribution to this collective DOD activity- I feel my efforts at telling the truth -and the counter measures to those efforts themselves-may have started to get some traction and the President went behind executive privilege yet again and came up with even a deeper and more destructive power for the FBI’s no cause standard to protect and keep out of the courts. He tried passing some sort of poorly understood “nuclear authority” in the dead of the night and when some members of Congress tried to strip it he threatened to veto an entire major DOD bill it was attached to. All the while the majority of this compromised pathetic excuse of man kind counted on the full force of the no cause investigative tin foil running under them to turn the other way and do nothing-yet again- to exponentially increasingly horrific activity and crime -while the state created as much “potential” risk as possible to keep this overall criminal effort justified in moving forward -as it became heavier and more destructive across a wider swath of US citizens where the more horrific and pointless the activity was -revolving around no cause pretexts-while these pathetic excuses had no cause tin foil under them and did nothing the more they were “bent“ into a compromised position to blindly pass any poorly understood language and power to protect the overall activity and their shameful and compromised activity. I feel certain that it not only turned the less than lethal neutralization of innocent United States citizens -with no cause from the bottom and covert DOD from the top smothering any innocent citizen that possessed a potential of threat to any interest across as much of society as possible-into a lethal ones -but also allowed other nations’ foreign intelligence services to handle organized crime in the United States of America and elsewhere. I also certainly feel it allowed for a deeper and more destructive use of this military grade satellite system to not just target innocent targets that had a potential of threat to any interest with organic destruction but also target other innocent citizens around them whose removal would allow these operations to revolve deeper and wider relative what the original target could not conclusively disprove - and even paralleling these two powers whose reckless horror exceeds any dictatorship across 320,00,000 citizens which is becoming more brutal to enforce a perception of rule of law so the Commander and Chief has a criminal defense in place relative to the horror he already created.
Before this nuclear authority went into effect, my father started to suffer from two chronic conditions that I am certain this military grade satellite contributed and tipped him toward. He had a serious fall and suffered greatly from a compressed disk in his spinal cord and after many months he found a qualified surgeon who would treat his complicated case. While having out patient surgery at North Shore in Evanston, IL to stabilize his spine, he went into critical condition and was connected to a respirator for close to a week in the most bizarre case the spinal surgeon has ever seen. He did recover from that operation in late winter or early spring of 2011 and did feel better but in the late fall of the same year he started to develop serious lung problems and was repeatedly admitted to the Emergency Room of Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, Il. He developed an extremely serious case of COPD that was based more on high Carbon Dioxide levels rather than the more traditional low oxygen levels making it very hard to monitor or treat. Removal of the Carbon Dioxide from his body required a special mask that he developed an extreme sensitivity to and was not able to successfully wear. He did his very best to adhere to his doctor’s plan but in the weeks following Commander and Chief’s nuclear authority his wife noticed very strange, erratic, and unusual behavior the night before he passed away on December 27th 2011 and I lost a father I loved whose own demons built the strength in me to survive a process which would have otherwise been garneted to end anyone else‘s life. His primary care doctor was Dr. in North Aurora, IL and his Respiratory Specialist was Dr, in Aurora IL. (death certificate attached but cause of death officially listed as hypercapnia respiratory failure along with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and obstructive sleep apnea which was concerning because I am certain this program can artificially cause sleep deprivation -in an organically feeling matter-referenced in my previous letters)
Up to that point I felt that his condition was primarily designed to compound my already very high stress level because in between the onset of these two very serious conditions -and their treatment- he did suffer from some of the same symptoms that I was experiencing but with me they were so exaggerated that I knew they were being artificially driven while they may have been more “organic” with him including inability to concentrate, insomnia, and general fatigue. He did smoke and did suffer from alcoholism (even though the last year of his life was absolutely sober) and many aspects of his health were generally poor but I am certain that simply made what was possible for my satellite trash to plausibility rotate around greater basically treating him like an animal so the garbage at the FBI could maintain their perception at the expense of the destruction of others.
I mentioned that this parallel process revolves around what a target can not conclusively disprove while as much potential for consequence is created around this no cause slaughter to justify the effort keep moving forward. Despite the fact I went through a process that conclusively determined innocence using the deepest spectrum of stellar wind as the only way outflank my innocence (articulated in my previous letter) and that the only circumstance that could create any potential of threat was conclusively the result of pure circumstance not involving anyone in my family (that I would love to explain but may not be able to lawfully articulate and also articulated in my previous letter), I submit all this horror and suffering occurred exclusively to create as much potential for risk as possible whose slaughter became greater the more desperate the state became for a plausible conclusion to save their reputation and freedom and force a perception of rule of law to hold. I feel certain this nuclear authority allowed for the destruction of other innocent citizens around me (also an innocent citizen) exclusively to deepen and widen what the target, myself, could not conclusively disprove, not only to maintain a plausible story line for all the destruction that already occurred but for the state to use that slaughter to create a pretext out of thin air for organized crime- being handled by a foreign intelligence service in this case Israeli-to be used to destroy the only proof that this entire collapsing effort was a pointless war crime from very start to very finish.
Shortly after my father’s death -which I was still shaken by- I decided to see the beach one last time before this entire effort made my financial situation an unrecoverable failure so I took out my passport -noticed it was expired for about three years-and received an expedited same day renewal and this Earth shattering flight risk -that served as cause to suspend the Constitution and declare a form of covert marshal law far more effective than overt marshal law- went for a “last minute” vacation in the Bahamas for five days (January 24th 2012-January 29th 2012 at Breezes Bahamas on Nassau Island -itinerary and room number attached) that was nothing short of naturally spectacular but humanly frightening because even I was still under the illusion that the more secure an environment was with no cause investigations from the bottom -the less likely overt and direct crime would be. But I quickly realized it was exactly the opposite because the harder the platform is securing innocent citizens human rights for life to absorb absolutely any use of fraudulent investigative tactics concealing war time powers, the easier it is to handle and “inject” organized crime into these platforms while the state can even open up more “generalized” national security investigation from the other end to ensure no information escapes from these rock hard environments.
It started out normal when I was checking into my room for the first time and passed the two gentlemen directly across the hall from me -with all the American flagrance and attitude built in-until later that evening -when they didn’t notice me in the lobby-they broke down into what sounded like perfect Hebrew talking with someone that looked like my bait. This reminded me of the Israeli murder of an unarmed Palestinian in Dubai where he was bum rushed outside his hotel room and suffocated with a pillow so it could be dressed up to look like natural causes. I quickly started to realize these “investigative” environments actually secured and made this form of activity far more likely -even though it is still being controlled under Colour of law. I started to notice what looked like an intelligence cell -each personally unknown to the other but aware of what the overall intent is with methods to “infer” their collective involvement to make themselves aware of each other. I quickly found out that the entire Terrorist Surveillance Program here at home is modeled after Israeli intelligence but with power much deeper and control far wider so the controlled destruction of innocent citizens -at the hands of other citizens-would be done without any conclusive proof of an overt crime and with control and power far and wide enough that every single person forced to participate in this organic “organism” would not have conclusive proof -and hopefully ignorance-of the overall intent which is exactly the opposite of these very small cells of Gods Chosen Witnesses.
This cascade of “circumstance” -on top of everything I went through back home -only intensified because on my very floor checked in a beautiful French girl (room 814 I believe) that immediately broke up with the boyfriend -that accompanied her -immediately after me meeting her which she later told me that she had previous retraining orders against because of psychotic behavior as she started to hang out with me more. Since my trip was short notice I was able to separate myself from this planed problem with guests that I was certain could not have had any involvement with any government because they were there before I planned my trip and for the first time in five years had normal conversations and was even able to laugh a little despite what was circling around me. It was the following evening -after it became obvious that most of their operation had been blown-that everyone involved started to “harden” their cover and started coming out with said French girl hanging out with a big Mexican I had seen a few times the previous evening but whose two brothers- he was also with- (all three on my floor as well) staying out of sight the first couple of evenings until it became obvious that any contrived accident or confrontation would not be likely. (Picture #1 is said French girl with the three Mexican brothers) I made reference to what looked like a cell monitoring the environment based on their behavior and was also actually able to flush some out (girl pictured in # 4 and #5 as well as the French girl ) because their counter surveillance tactics were to try and avoid being photographed unless there was no way not to suggesting their previous involvement with foreign intelligence services. One of these people (referenced in pictured in #2) was accompanied by a person I found out at my departure was a United States citizen because I saw him dressed as a flight attendant when he was clearing customs as he was fixed on me trying to determine whether or not I noticed him; so I wrote down the time and gate he went through on my own Customs Declaration that I was filling out and waved it to the camera and I hope Director Muller secured it. I am certain the people pictured in picture #2 #3 #4 and #5 where a cell from the state of Israeli and the people that were directly across the room from me -that broke into perfect Hebrew when they thought I was not around-I did not have a chance to picture. This trip served to quickly educate me that these rock solid environments -capturing people’s human rights for life to absorb the orchestrated slaughter of other innocent citizens- makes it much easier-not harder-to secure and handle organized crime especially if there is an added level of deniability and it is done at the hands of a foreign intelligence service with blessing of the United States of America with all information being captured at a DOD level of power running over every single one of 320,000,000 citizens. It was the very next day (January 30th 2012) after returning from my trip that I was scheduled to work at my retail position ( Aurora, IL). I believe the employees there had been going through a consequence “inferring” process- under false investigative pretext of individually forcing them to demonstrate and “gauge” their innocence but exclusively to secure their speech until they became “numb” enough to absorb absolutely anything within these rock solid environment. That evening I witnessed more independent of each other Hispanics in a few hours than I did the previous six months and immediate felt that this investigation was collecting “generalized” information (that could only be “potentially” used from one end) to be able to secure an environment where a foreign intelligence service -Israeli-was handling organized crime from the other end enabled by how secure these “investigative” platforms are and where there was a crew of foot soldiers “infused“ into this environment to “spot“ me. I strongly felt that great and immediately harm was about to come to myself and my family - specifically my mother whom I lived with in the same town I was employed in-and called the police three times to voluntarily ask that I be separated from my family while immediately trying my best to articulate what I certainly felt was driving the activity I strongly suspected was occurring around me -and about to get much worse. (during their fist dispatch their communications were flooded with emergency traffic and this was the very first time since this matter started over five years ago that I engaged any local police department in any way)
That’s where my fathers death and this nation’s piece of @!$%# nuclear-narco authority comes into play. When I responded to my fathers residence after his wife informed me he passed away I was greeted by a professional and respectful officer and without the knowledge I gained from my vacation- and the events occurring at my work immediately after my vacation- I simply told him as nuts as it sounds I was certain a military satellite contributed to his death. In the days immediate after my father’s death my half brother (Robert) started to faint at work and his entire ability to support his family was put at risk and I strongly feel this was to numb him up -organically- to be able to absorb anything no matter how overtly obvious. After the cascade of “circumstance” during my vacation tipped me off to the fact that organized crime may be being handled within these environments compounded immediately upon my return to a boiling point, looked back at all the circumstance this slaughter could have revolved around that I could not conclusively disprove and I strongly feel that the murder of my father only served to deepen and widen what this operation revolved around and his slow and organic slaughter -worse than an animal-served as pretext for the very worst of man to enforce the perception of rule of law for my Commander and Chief’s criminal defense.
He lived in a poor section of Aurora, IL and with him gone and not able to defend himself I simply think his slaughter created the predicate from thin air that either him or I could be called a snitch and this false information could be fed down to the foot soldiers of organized crime from the level being handled by a foreign intelligence service -basically the blackest -and quite real craft- being employed for the most shameful of reason where an organic destruction and first degree murder of my father my have been paralleling handling criminal organizations to immediately create the pretext for an attempted murder against myself and my family and possibly make it as brutal as possible so it could be dismissed as retaliation of some sort.
As mentioned, since the deepest spectrum of stellar wind conclusively proved innocence to create war time threat to outflank it and keep this “neutralization” moving forward and the only circumstance that could create a potential of threat could only be conclusively pure circumstance without any relation to my family, the trash at the FBI had to keep revolving around what I could not conclusively disprove and may have focused on my Grandma’s finances a long time ago to “harder” and actually create the pretext used by those paralleling this operation and handling organized crime. Before my grandmother’s death (the focus of the previous supplemental to your office) she had a safety deposit box full of her life savings that she agreed not to give custody to my father because of his alcoholism. As her cancer started to debilitate her, she was overcome by paranoia and quickly changed her mind and gave my father sole access to the box at her bank in her name. Down the road it would cause extreme marriage difficulties and even enabled the injury that would later plausibly be revolved around to cause his chronic COPD-that he suffered greatly through- that would later lead to his death which I am certain was a premeditated murder. There was even a call to 911 by himself and me when his wife wanted to give me his grandma’s key because it enabled his alcoholism. I am certain this money -and his use of it around town-could have easily created the false pretext to “trigger” the foot soldiers of organized crime to consider him a snitch especially since he was no longer around to defend himself. Basically a full blown DOD operation all contained under colour of law for the most shameful and pointless of reasons where the most brutal activity was employed to enforce the perception of rule of law for the criminal defense of the state.
Shortly after gaining custody of his mother’s safety deposit box, he did give my half brother and myself an equal amount ($4,000 each) and I made a point to record every serial number for each bill given to my brother and myself (photocopied my bills) so the government could not revolve around this circumstance and widen and deepen what I could not conclusively disprove never in my wildest dreams thinking his murder, and this parallel process, was exclusively to create the shallowest of pretexts- out of thin air- to be able to employ organized crime. I have attached a list of the serial numbers of the bills given to my half brother and myself along with copies of the sleeves my sum was secured in showing it was the same bank my grandmother had her account and a safety deposit box at before she moved away to an assisted living facility and changed her bank and obtained a new safety deposit box - the one my father was given access to. (While living with -wife of her deceased son, IL she had an account and safety deposit box at Suburban Bank and Trust and after she moved to an assisted living facility in Carol Stream, Il she opened an new account and obtained a new safety deposit box at Chase Bank in Carol Stream, Il off of Thronhill as well) I did this because I did not want the no cause containment of this slaughter to deepen or widen due to this circumstance because I articulated in my letter to the FISA court dated June 30th 2008 (included) that the only sum of money that I ever received that did not have a hard paper trail behind it was from my grandma after the other son she was living with -my father’s brother-passed away and she thought her mother in law would ask her to move out and she started to cash in her saving bonds (that she, and her husband, purchased and paid taxes on decades ago). When she found out she would not be asked to move out she gave both my brother and myself an equal amount ($5,000 each) with my half given to my father by my grandmother and then given to me in front of his wife when I was in town for a business trip -because at that point I still lived in Washington DC area-but now my Grandma and Father are both deceased and hope they were asked about this during the first three years of this slaughter. I deposited this amount directly into my bank’s checking account immediately upon my return home and am certain the bureau of public debt has all her purchases from decades ago recorded but even when I received her written permission to secure these records they refused (response attached); but they do exist. I felt the government probably tried to deepen and widen what I could not conclusively disprove around this circumstance and wanted to prevent it with this batch (and was hoping that the serial numbers of the remaining money given to us would be able to reference the previous batch my brother and I received but after looking at the sleeves realized they may have been redeemed at different points in time) never realizing the remaining amount of my grandmother’s money would serve as on opportunity to slaughter my father- to not only try to widen and deepen what I could not conclusively disprove- but to only serve as the shallowest and flimsiest pretexts for the most shameful activity for the most shameful of reasons.
In our upside down perversion my government can use no cause slaughter to inflate to potential for consequence to keep this effort moving forward that may have include contributing to the sickness of two aunts on my mother’s (the very two that sponsored her citizenship here and their names where along with an uncle living in Poland that died after a debilitating and bizarre blood disorder occurred after his employer offered him a vaccination. (similar to what my trash tried to do to OBL in Pakistan but a decent and honest man who’s slaughter only served as potential consequence to keep this effort moving forward through any peaceful transfer of power and his name was Poland and was a father) To an injury my grandmother on my father’s side, suffered that was an equivalent force to a thug throwing a brick at her face. A distant relative on my mother’s side developed a bizarre debilitating disorder shortly after this matter started and passed away a few weeks after my father’s death and after this nuclear authority passing where she suffered greatly in between only to find out she was “misdiagnosed” the entire length of time immediately before her death. Her name was and passed away on February 16, 2012.
Before you twirl your fingers around your head going WEEE, on page 4 of my previous supplemental statement of fact I sent to your office (attached) I made reference to an instructor at Northern Illinois University saying I was a “spy with a gun pointed to my head” without ever making the slightest inference of suggestion I was ever under any sort of investigation or surveillance and it is within the context of that conclusive proof I would like every word of mine to be considered because, if anything, I was conservative on the scope and magnitude of this activity. In my previous supplemental statement of fact I strongly feel I demonstrated not only reasonable suspicion but probable cause - and short of living the most statistically impossible bizarre life on the planet- feel this supplemental statement of fact only adds weight to the previous one and all others and expect the federal government to be investigated for these alleged crimes.
As mentioned in every previous letter, during the course of all this activity so the government can destroy people in less than conclusive ways -becoming more shameful the larger the collapse of people’s rights was in front of the people being destroyed -I was -and continue to this day to be- suspended in a psychological state to emulate psychological illness but where the emulation of it causes more suffering than any actual illness with the trade off being I believe I am still in a solid state of mind- so don’t laugh to hard -because it comes at great expense to articulate what I believe to be a horrific truth with the more true it is the more sick a person sounds if you can force normal assumptions to hold. A very small and shallow sampling would include severe and constant sinus manipulations (especially around the ear cannels) causing balance problems, the constant manipulation and suppression of histamines because previously I suffered from allergies but now I rarely get the relief you feel after you sneeze and the equilibrium it brings to the body, perfect synchronization of loosing feeling in extremities while experiencing these sinus problems compounding the feeling of lack of balance to a lesser but still persistent extent. Chest tightness that feels like I am holding a bar bell over my chest where my heart rate is artificially higher possibly along with an elevated BP (because I can feel this tightness deflating at times like a balloon because as long as they are trying to emulate mental conditions why not take these physical manipulations well past what would be “organically” noticeable in a reasonable person like this program normally operates) The perfectly synchronized tightening of muscles against their natural and ergonomic movement along with perfectly synchronized sensations of extremely heavy feet (like wearing weights) or loss of feeling causing premature fatigue and preventing me from the enjoyment of normal activities, in my opinion, to be able to further expand and rotate farther around what is plausible with my health based on what is observed by those around me. Cranial pressure as well. Basically a round robin of artificially driven physical and mental manipulations so I am never in a relaxed and natural state and my concern is these extended manipulations are intended to contribute to long term real chronic conditions -with my concern only increasing with this President’s nuclear authority -that gives him the power to slaughter innocent people around the original innocent people-along with the simple fact that the harder these environments become and farther they extend- with no cause from the bottom and DOD from the top- the less plausible any accelerated destruction needs to be. My most obvious concern are premature heart and joint problems.
Basically a collapse of every single principle this nation was founded on as well as a collapse of a way of life and not even to ensure the very smallest measure of security from the very lowest threat to life but exclusively for a criminal defense where the FBI can conceal less than lethal and now lethal DOD force to keep the state’s methods from going to court -actually using this parallel process to needlessly create as much potential for risk and consequence as possible -revolving around no cause pretexts- to keep this effort moving forward at the highest level of fraudulent Constitutional interpretation.
Under pretext of increase security by the smallest measure against what is already the lowest threat to life a complete obliteration of any meaning of our democracy actually turning this nation upside down where the government maintains the greatest “consequence based” punishment running along the top of this entire nation based on the lowest standard imaginable running along the bottom of this entire nation where the destruction has to be more brutal and sadistic and organic looking -at the unknowing hands of a greater number of other innocent citizens-the greater the perception is between these two plains. Where the President needs to use less than lethal and lethal DOD Commander and Chief powers force this perception to hold exclusively for his criminal defense making the perception of the rights that protect innocent US citizens their greatest liability -worse than not having any- as he creates as much potential for consequence to justify moving this effort forward when there was never one significant fact to justify this political assassination in the first place no matter how recklessly you chose to interpret the Supreme Law of the Land.

Dear staff of Attorney General:
Attached is a copy of my original complaint filed July 28,2008 and responded to on September 9, 2008 by your office. I am requesting review of my statement of fact to see if your office has the authority to investigate or intervene and if that is not possible to reference my original complaint number (File # 2008-CRC-1993) with this one or make this statement an addition to it.
My original complaint was written in direct response to medical events surrounding my family members, that I referenced as potential crimes because of crimes, using an extraordinary interpretation of the Constitution, that I am absolutely certain occurred, and are occurring to this day, to me. I consider it to be the most flagrant and extreme violation of civil rights and law under colour of law.
The purpose of this complaint is primarily a statement of fact of bizarre circumstances surrounding a serious injury of my grandmother since my first complaint (on my dad’s side of the family) but also to expand on my previous complaint to better articulate what is happening to myself and the citizens you are charged with protecting that get wrapped up in an extraordinary process as well as give you a better understanding of what may have happened to the family members mentioned in my previous complaint. I will demonstrate conclusive points that prove this unacknowledged program is targeting me so all these circumstances have to be considered within that context. And finally I have included all the original supporting documents and statements of facts (primarily three packets of letters written to various offices that I believe were in my original complaint to your office) that articulate in dept everything that occurred to me as well as addition statements that may not have been articulated previously.
I submit, that every word, in this letter, in my original complaint, in every supporting document is the absolute truth without any exaggeration or manipulation, and since I have not had an official interview by the FBI to this day, expect this to serve as a statement of fact of the highest legal standard.
As mentioned, the primary purpose of this letter is a statement of facts surrounding a serious injury of my grandmother, that occurred on October 19, 2009. While walking home from a doctors appointment in an office complex across the street from the community she lived in, she apparently tripped over flat cement and sustained injuries so serious that she had to be admitted to the emergency room at Central DuPage Hospital because of severe trauma and also what is described as arachnoid bleed and shoulder contusion. Basically her face looked like someone through a brick at it. While admitted at the hospital, her primary care doctor also noticed she had an advanced stage of invasive cancer that had very limited treatment options at that time (for full disclosure, my grandmother did later admit that she was hiding the mass for some time due to fear and anxiety).
From a perspective of ordinary assumptions, this would seem of little legal significance. But I have submitted, and continue to submit, that I was (and still am) the target of an extraordinary process that was triggered over four years ago, that can apparently neutralize potential threat without regard to guilt or innocence and without the target ever knowing it was at the direction of the US government. But in my case it went so poorly that a dynamic had to be established that the pool of people being investigated -first based on the FBI standard of hypothetical potential then on the FBI standard of good since each one allows any US citizen to be compelled into cooperation based on no investigative reality- as big as possible for the purpose of control -at a level that is extrajudicial and criminal. Driving this process is an unacknowledged program called the terrorist surveillance program which is really a network of neural imaging military grade satellites.
Ordinary/Statutory rule of law (without making claim to a war time power) apparently give the government the ability to put any citizen in a “less than lethal environment” if there is “any” “investigative basis” according to title 50, chapter 32, section 15 20 A of the United States Code. Directly due to my situation, I extrapolated that this means my government claims to have the power to bring and leave someone in an artificial state, via this military grade satellite, for life and that is without a claim to war time power; basically a loon lake of the most extreme and unaccounted power.
If you need to ensure “threat neutralization” and tip someone suspended in this artificial environment toward neutralization of life, you use a war time power and “encompass” them in an extraordinary process concealed and under cover of a “good faith/no reality” investigation.
An extraordinary process is similar to an extraordinary rendition but where your own citizens are manipulated into threat neutralization - or neutralization of life - because they are on the control side of an extraordinary process and the target is the neutralization side of the extraordinary process. But it is based on potential threat - instead of guilt or innocence - because the power is drawn from a classified war time interpretation of the Constitution that is superior to that of statutory rule of law and would probably be considered extra constitutional by any court.
Since the full force of the law, based on the investigative standard of good faith - no reality - is running along the bottom of this entire process (and your entire state), the concept is to dump severe and premeditated consequence(grave, dire, and exponentially grave and dire is the lingo of my intelligence trash) around every person that can influence the target (setting up the control). Since it is a military grade power investigating these citizen’s no reality potential of guilt or innocence, guilt or innocence is intentionally and immediately replaced with the potential of being a threat as the principal power allowing for a level of coercion, control, and manipulation that is outside statutory rule of law, and honestly outside the Geneva convention and would certainly be considered extra constitutional by any court. This is because Obama’s justice department has become more radical than Bush’s justice department making general, and unchallengeable claims, that his war time powers now extend everywhere and forever, partly because, any plane could be considered an invasion.
If the President fraudulently claims a war time power to neutralize the life of any US citizen his office solely claims as a “potential”/no reality threat-outside statutory rule of law, outside the rules of warfare, and without regard to guilt or innocence, there should be one fact, outside of pure circumstance, that can trigger such a radical claim and I submit with absolute certainty there is not one fact or circumstance to ever suggest I had any potential of ever being a threat before this extraordinary process started.
Basically this legal theory is a covert military operation running along the top, but since there is a good faith/no reality law enforcement effort running along the bottom, self defense becomes impossible for any one on the control side or anyone that falls to the neutralization side of an extraordinary process, that even has the opportunity they are the target of such a process.
It is a claim to power that is superior to that of overt marshal law because the President claims to have an on demand military grade power that he can covertly neutralize (or ghost) any citizen while concealing it under ordinary and statutory rule of law. In effect, is allows for a superior level of control that is extra constitutional because your entire life (and that of any citizen) can be dropped like an elevator without there ever being direct proof it was the result of the government.
I have been the target of an extraordinary process now for over four years and have been in a constant artificial state that is shy of psychological torture (but has crossed into it a few times) intentionally compounded by manipulation of people in the various environments I have passed through with the premeditated intent of neutralization of life (by causing extreme and constant interference to steer and derail it) concealed by a good faith/no reality investigation. I will explain in detail later in this letter the sequence of events, but I am certain that this extraordinary process was designed to completely write me off and destroy my life with a brutal beginning that utterly failed.
I have absolute-irrevocable-proof that this program was being utilized to directly manipulate the people around my environments long after I first became aware that this program existed and was targeting me and also have proof that this program was targeting me directly- in a non passive way- before I ever had any cause to suspect I was under any kind of investigation - assessment - or surveillance (and at a point in time it would have been impossible for me to know such a program existed) conclusively demonstrating premeditation that was completely outside of any law enforcement basis- and everything that followed was a carefully choreographed slaughter and premeditated crime.
It is within the context of these two conclusive points that I expect my statement of fact to be considered to in reference to probable crimes committed against my family, myself, and the citizens you are charged to protect. I will articulate them below to demonstrate a criminal premeditation.
POINT 1- In my previous letters I articulated an encounter I had with what I feel certain was an undercover FBI agent pretending to be Israeli Intelligence, a dual citizen with the US, half Scottish, and a former employee or contractor with the NSA. He approached me while I was on the road, at my hotel bar, eating. His conversation with me was so scattered and bizarre that I never even offered up the fact that I worked for the government and was the one that ended the conversation never giving him any details about myself. I am certain this was based on hypothetical - no reality - investigative pretences to trigger my extraordinary process that was meant to neutralize life (because of circumstances I am not free to articulate but will generally outline later) based on the fact Cheney was insecure about my personal life but using ordinary (within statutory rule of law) but good faith (no reality) law enforcement as cover to achieve this.
It was long after I realized that I was in an extraordinary process, which I am certain I was not spouse to survive, that I tried to remember anything bizarre that happened before this encounter to see how long this operation was being set up around me. In the days prior to this meeting, before I would ever have any cause to suspect I was under any “investigation”, “assessment”, or any kind of “surveillance”, a friend of mine who I had not seen in a long time called. His name is Eric (mentioned in my earlier letters) and he was a flight instructor with the US Navy. We were best friends in high school but since he was in the Navy he was stationed outside the state and I had not seen him for a long time. He called and informed me that he was in town and he wanted to meet up with some of his Navy friends who where having a party downtown. When I came to his parents house, he asked me if I would be willing to drive their vehicle downtown to meet up with his friends. I agreed and as we started our drive to Chicago I was overcome with a level of exhaustion and inability to concentrate and his simple conversation became very difficult to comprehend. He told he that he had training to “spot” depression and that I looked “depressed”. I told him that I was relatively happy but I was having a very difficult time concentrating. Things got worse and for the first time in my life, felt it was unsafe for me to drive and asked him if it would be ok to turn around so I could go back home. He agreed, and even though we were still very close to the neighborhood we grew up in I was overcome by a level of disorientation to the point that he had to guide me back.
The only proof I have that this nation’s entire shameful episode was a predetermined and concealed war crime almost lost his life in a bizarre accident years later when a drunk driver plowed through his car while still in the service. He almost lost his life, and spent months in the hospital recovering, but that twist of fate may have actually saved his life because the very plane he may have been assigned to later crashed and sank in the Gulf of Mexico with the trainer and trainee inside.
In the years following the start of my extraordinary process, the ability to artificially manipulate a loss of concentration and disorientation became apparent because at times it was perfectly synchronized with the environments around me and at a level, or concentration, that was well beyond the context of the natural body. Not at an unnoticeable shade like a submit happened when my friend visited so he can document “I looked depressed“ for the extraordinary process moving forward.
A confirmation that either he, or the group of people that organized the party, was part of this unacknowledged program would conclusively proof that criminal premeditation-that utterly failed- was the sole purpose for this good faith investigation and the sole reason for all the slaughter that covertly occurred under your nose since then.
As mentioned, assuming the Office of the President does claim a fraudulent wartime power to neutralize the life of any US citizen based on potential threat-outside statutory rule of law, outside the rules or warfare, and not related to guilt or innocence-then there should be a basis for these extraordinary neutralization of lives. In my previous letters, due to the sensitivity, I generally articulated any circumstance that could ever lead to any potential and demonstrated how any one of any significance could have only been circumstance, with absolute certainty due to the laws of linear time. There is also not one fact, circumstance, or opinion before this extraordinary process started to even suggest any potential of ever being a threat unless dick Cheney was paranoid of my social habits. Basically a war crime that can target any citizen for any reason without them ever knowing it and without the people cooperating with the FBI ever knowing criminal premeditation is the sole motive.
POINT 2- Already referenced in my previous letters, before this extraordinary process was triggered I started a graduate degree program at Northern Illinois University. Despite the genuine war crimes that occurred at the beginning of this process, and the constant and brutal hell I have been going through since then (constantly shy of psychological torture and crossing into it a few times) I was determined to complete my MBA, which I eventually did, with absolutely no drama unlike Obama’s probable Tucson project. Like each class, with manipulation materializing by the good faith suspects without any knowledge it is directed at me, I never indicated, suggested, or inferred I was under any kind of “investigation” or “surveillance”. In one of my classes, the instructor started to “develop” a dialogue about a “cabinet” with “classified” information inside. I spoke out and said in my exact words “like our Constitution”. She said in her exact words “or like a spy with a gun pointed to his head”. The entire @!$%#in class heard it and I can only imagine how large their extraordinary envelope had to become around their personal lives. The class was International Marketing at the Northern Illinois Naperville, IL location and was taught by professor Tanuja Singh during the fall semester of 2007 and was first brought to the attention of my Senator (now President) and forwarded to the Department of Justice Inspector General and FISA court in my letter dated May 27, 2008.
Our unacknowledged program is now acknowledged and you have a responsibility to investigate everything within that context.
In reference to my grandmother, I articulated the specific facts of her injury, but feel they could have easily been manipulated around my extraordinary process, which I also refer to as a very controlled extraordinary envelope, to engineer severe stress, anxiety, and continue a threat neutralization process that was triggered (and failed) years ago.
It was her tripping on flat cement that caused her severe trauma and lead to the discovery of cancer she was hiding, but at a point where it would be very difficult to treat. I mentioned the non passive component of this military grade satellite in all my previous letters and submit that one of the non passive artificial manipulations it is capable of is producing is a perfectly synchronized twitch in your leg causing you a slight “trip”, or momentary loss of coordinated movement because this happened to me on occasions before my grandmothers injury and actually increased in frequency during her treatment to feed this process.
Once again, I have no proof this was the direct cause for her injury, but it is a reasonable basis and I submit with absolute certainty that the same manipulation targeted me with the psychological intention to suggest a direct correlation to my grandmothers injury, making the possibility that it was artificially manipulated probable.
From my perspective, beyond the psychological stress (and crime itself) of causing a manipulation that inferred a correlation to my grandmothers injury, I strongly suspect the discovery of her advanced cancer was manipulated around other components of my extraordinary process/envelope. Despite the late stage of the cancer, my grandmother would require numerous appointments and coordination with specialists, doctors, and eventually at home hospice and I would have to be the primary person responsible.
Within the context of the irrevocable proof I have, I strongly feel her care (on top of the natural stress and anxiety it would have caused and the extraordinary stress and anxiety it did cause) was carefully intertwined and manipulated around my work situation.
In my previous letters I articulated how this extraordinary process forced me from a position as a Channel Supplies Representative working for a company called which was contracted with HP. After a continued effort to have me resign using covert tactics that failed (under cover of no reality-hypothetical investigative tactics running along the no reality-hypothetical investigation concealing this entire crime) the entire nation wide contract for every Channel Supplies Representative across the country was renegotiated with new metrics that were directly tied to the number of assigned accounts each rep had. But it was renegotiated with static standards (not taking into account the actual number of assigned accounts any individual representative had) and as circumstance would have it, I had about half of what anyone else in the entire country had and some accounts were even removed from me prior to this renegotiation, and our new metrics, being announced. It was a fail safe dynamic that resulted in a no fault termination from a job I loved and up until the week my grandmother got injured, did not have full time employment.
Within a few days of my grandmother’s injury, I received a call from one of the companies I interviewed with stating that they wanted to move forward with hiring me. Despite the fact that I would always have to put my grandmother’s care first, I still accepted the offer. If some intelligence genius had a way of measuring and analyzing my personality, it was probably the one I would have appeared to be least compatible with because of the extremely dynamic and high pressure environment. It was as a Property Manager with And I started in November of 2009. Their was no official training program and within the context of a very steep learning curve I had to be the primary person managing my grandmothers care and drive her to any appointments. Eventually the cancer caused my grandmother to pass and I had the ability to focus more on my position and even became quite good at it never learning so much in my life. I eventually resigned because Illinois is one of the few states that would have allowed me, at the direction of the board, put home owners in legal via a forced entry and detainer, and if they did not pay a few thousand extra in legal fees it would be on the street for them. I thought that was to much power for me to have and did not want my pen to paper but that is a different story.
But I submit the probable cause of these circumstances (under cover of a good faith investigations, concealing war time powers that can destroy any citizen) was to create enough stress and anxiety to neutralize my life because the combination of having to provide care for a terminally ill family member along side the steep learning curve of a new and difficult profession would be severe for any reasonable person. But the extraordinary stress that was engineered, buy manipulating the possibility that her injury (and some of her symptoms) were the direct result of my government- while I was in a constant, pervasive, artificial state (to this day) just short of psychological torture, demonstrates clear criminal premeditation using your citizens as a tool and toy.
In addition to my grandmother’s circumstances I just articulated (along with my other family member’s circumstances - within the United States of America -I articulated in my previous letter to you) my mother (a US citizen) suffered a bizarre loss of one of her (and my) immediate family members. Her brother, living in Poland, develop a very bizarre cancer accompanied with a bizarre blood disorder that doctors were not able to successfully treat resulting in his eventual loss. Due to the fear of what could happen to them (because they have even less protections from us over there because at least plausible perception is an important barrier in the United States of America) I have not previously articulated my suspicions in any letters -and have not shared any of my suspicions with anyone I know living overseas- but the truth is I strongly suspect this could have been manipulated by my government, primarily as a fail safe and anchor to keep George Bush and Dick Cheney out of prison.
As I will demonstrate, I am certain that I was not meant to survive this process, but when by the grace of God I did, in addition to twisting me into a larger and larger threat (becoming more and more people’s problem by design to ensure this legal theory can never be testing in any court) I do not underestimate that Dick Cheney would force and engineer the potential of international consequence to ensure that it never would. I feel strongly that that my uncle’s passing may have been manipulated by my government -under the pretence of stellar wind’s most sensitive spectrum probing his no reality hypothetical potential of being a threat - but that was well after what I submit can only have been a conclusive procedure determined my absolute innocence. And I submit that the only reason this was done to me, after the most horrific part of this extraordinary process failed to destroy me, was so the potential of threat would outflank the criminal premeditation of my government looking back and my innocence looking forward because putting aside my government’s radical/criminal claim to a war time power, there was never one justified fact or circumstance that would justify this extraordinary process targeting me in the first place.
I worked for the US Secret Service but due to the backlog of clearances that needed to be processed after 9-11, and possibly because of my foreign relatives, I did not have a security clearance processed during my employment and therefore never stood post in the West Wing (with one exception of letting an officer have a bathroom break while at the entrance for a few minutes) even though I could have easily waited until my clearance was processed instead of voluntarily leaving on good terms to explore business/sales opportunities in the area that better aligned with my degree.
There are three other circumstances that are sensitive in nature but that I articulated to the best of my ability, in a general nature, but acutely focusing on linear time to demonstrate any intent or premeditation was absolutely impossible. (I do not know what my rights are since I have been denied the opportunity to have an attorney for the last four years but I never articulated these to any living human and have never put anything to paper outside of my general statements on my letters and I would love to state that in an official level ). I referenced them as 1, 2, and 3 and would like to add a few facts to further demonstrate that they could only be circumstance with absolute certainty. They were originally articulated in a June 30, 2008 letter to the FISA court and that I forward to the Inspector General of the Justice Department and members of Congress, one of them now my President.
1) Nothing to add. With absolute certainty, can only be circumstance unless linear time does not work. Generally speaking, the time frame between meeting this root (a nice relationship) and the time root started work with federal government was at least months and the time before I even found out about it was many more months. But this is the root that would bring me under the paranoia of Dick Cheney without having the ability to go into any detail.
2) Nothing to add. Never was one fact/irregularity/circumstance that could ever suggest any premeditation.
3) The root of this circumstance (date I had) occurred because of a meeting at a bar. Fully articulated in my letter but I demonstrated that I took a taxi to and from that location making any premeditation impossible but I was personally unable to secure my phone records from that time frame because they are not available to customers.
I would like to add the following:
This is a location I frequently visited (and first introduced to) by co-workers with the US Secret Service that I had been going to for years. There were a group of former co-workers that I only called for one reason, and that was to go out if they were available, and almost always to that location. With near certainty, I called the night before at least one of the following: Dave, Patrick, or Erin to check if they were available.
Out of respect for the dignity of these individuals, outside of my general statements in response to my extraordinary slaughter, I have never put anything to paper about these topics. Further more, I have never mentioned anything to any human about any of these topics, even in the most general sense and even through my extraordinary slaughter and with absolute certainty never anything before it started. And the thanks I got was the destruction of my life.
It is my strongest opinion that CIRCUMSTANCE #1 combined with Dick Cheney’s paranoia of my social habits (going out when on the road) was what triggered this extraordinary process with a good faith investigation holding it all together. I demonstrated with FACT # 1 (my confusion and disorientation when driving with my life long friend right before being approached by an undercover FBI agent (likely)) that this process was being framed around me before I ever had any cause to suspect I was under “investigation”, “assessment” or “surveillance” with the premeditated to destroy my life. The good faith/no reality investigation moving forward would engineer the circumstances to write off and dismiss this whole process, and I submit that it was designed so I would not survive it.
After FACT # 1, that I did not consider as being artificially driven till well after my extraordinary process started - but that is easy to determine and establish as criminal premeditation and the start of a war crime - I was on the road with my Employer which was contracted with HP. That is when I was approached by what I am certain was an undercover FBI agent under cover of a good faith/no reality “investigation” or “assessment” but with the principal purpose of further pushing my activity, and generating the circumstances, to neutralize my life since the foundation of a false perception was already being anchored around me for an unknown amount of time.
As mentioned, I was the one that ended the discussion and left never offering any personal information but immediately started to feel an exponential amount of paranoia and anxiety from that point forward. I articulated in my original letters how I felt that the people involved with my sales calls, for my employer, felt like they were somehow being manipulated but in perfect synchronization with a variety of symptoms that I did not have the knowledge to correlate to a program I did not know existed. I eventually called a personal friend, that was also an attorney, for assistance because I was certain that my work activity was somehow being manipulated. A complete account was articulated in my original letters but I had not been in contact with him for a long time previous to this and he had absolutely no idea what my situation was other than I thought I was being followed by the government.
We met at a local bar, and he brought a mutual friend with, but the conversation seemed far from natural and they eventually started speaking as if being prompted and at one point adding to what I was generally saying by actually naming the town I was in without any way of knowing it. After telling him what I thought was generally occurring at my sales calls, he started asking me about surveillance, and then asked me what I wanted. The other friend that started saying denominations of millions and I finally said that until I figure out what was going on all I wanted to do was finish school. He ended the evening by telling me that I would need proof for him to do anything but his personality seemed closer to outright fear than concern or curiosity and mine was closer to literal exhaustion and was probably the principal reason I was not more defensive.
It was the next day that an approximate two week, full blown, psychological war crime started where I was in constant fear that any moment might be my last. What triggered this war crime was fully articulated in my initial letters and was a massage I scheduled, that I desperately needed, where I asked the therapist to massage my neck and she started massaging my heart telling me it was part of my neck. My heart rate started to explode and I asked her to stop in the middle of the session, quickly paid, and raced to the ER thinking my heart was going to explode. I did not want to tell the doctor that I though I was being poisoned by the government, cause my mind quickly considered- no matter how far out of my assumptions and current reality it was-that if the massage therapist was somehow involved, so would the closest ER, so I told him that I felt like I was drugged after hanging out with some friends. He quickly told me that I was overdosing on cocaine and he wanted to administer a huge shot that artificially drove me to a level of fear like a GITMO detainee with a gun to his head. I demanded a drug test and he agreed. I laid there with a run away heart beat and eventually the drug test came back came back clean (but now Bush had my DNA just like Hillary asks her State Department to collect according to Wikileaks) and then slowly my heart rate returned to normal.
This was just the start of the most wicked manipulation any human could ever experience and was so unconscionable that I will never completely speak of it unless this program is officially acknowledged and it is in directly in reference to investigating crimes committed by the United States Government against its own citizens. But within a few days of my initial visit to the Emergency Room, I had a very similar problem, but the second time there was an Aurora Police Officer just waiting at the ER reception desk. I checked myself in but very quickly started to realize, that statically speaking, he was somehow positioned there and I probably should not run to him looking half crazy (unlike your cowardly friend who is my President). Given the reality that anything I told him would end up hurting me rather than protecting me, I quickly checked out. I did have a witness that drove me to the ER the second time that accompanied me inside as well.
This poor positioning tipped me off just enough and was one element that helped me survive a full blown war crime for the next two weeks where I was in constant fear of an immediate end to my life that peaked right before Christmas. It was in the realm of a full blown war crime with psychological pressure so extreme, and a perception so warped, that flight or fight was logically guaranteed, with destruction of any potential I had logically ensured in either direction.
During my most desperate and darkest moments I didn't give into an over whelming fear and drifted into the deepest parts of my sub conscience making the most primitive decision that any human could. This manipulation was set up in such a perverted way that my simplest calculation was that if I avoided flight or fight, at the expense of my perceived destruction, I would slightly contribute to the survival of those around me, a truth they do not know to this day.
As I avoided the most logical response I started to actually develop a slight animosity to those I cared for because this perception was so wicked that I certainly thought my life was over to help ensure theirs. But the irony was that it was my love for them that helped me unwind reality from perception and truth from illusion and was the sole reason that I did not end up utterly destroying myself. Basically a reality that would have been completely invisible from my perspective and perception at that point in time but a glimpse into the most extraordinary design behind the reality right in front of you.
After this period, when literally by the grace and extraordinary design of God, a full blown war crime ended without the premeditated intent of neutralizing my life, or even putting an official dent in my credibility, things settled down by a few shades. Given the reality that this full blown war crime failed to engineer the circumstances to “neutralize” the slaughter that was designed moving forward, both the White House Counsel and the Director of National Intelligence resigned on the same day following that weekend.
But the absolute truth is that for a prolonged period of time after that event my perception was that somehow drugs were being introduced to me in the different environments I was in (masking the artificial manipulations still designed to destroy my life and credibility), with the perception that is was someone being done by the people around me. One of the most extreme examples was one I articulated in my previous letters that occurred on the first day of graduate class at Northern Illinois University that semester. After returning from a break, I put my hand on the table and immediately a deep depression formed in my arm, like some sort of exotic substance just got introduced into me, while simultaneously I developed an extreme loss of concentration with an extreme adrenaline rush. Not knowing what happened, or at that time who I thought did it, I stayed as still as possible and the effects slowly faded away. Also articulated in my original letter was the sensation I felt walking to my car after that class because it literally felt like I was walking through ice water even though it was probably around freezing (probably the same reason Private Manning keeps getting accidentally put on suicide watch by DOD so he is not allowed a blanket in the military brig so he eventually psychologically cracks).
This real and virtual terrorism was constant but due to the poor placing of the Aurora police department initially in this failed extraordinary process, my principal objective that drove me was not to get into any trouble if I did not know how the people around me were being manipulated and suffer through anything until I got to the control of my home. Even though this mindset saved my life, I can not understate the psychological pain (just shy of psychological torture) I experienced even after the approximate two week war crime ended (kind of like why it is legal to water board someone over 200 times- or 10,000- since just once has to be just shy of torture to keep Shameful George out of a federal prison but given that standard you can do it as much as you want).
I articulated in my original letters the indications I had that this process was being artificially driven, well after the full blown war crime period ended, but eventually it became abruptly conclusive to me. I feel certain that after this extraordinary process, under the cover of a good faith/no reality investigation, utterly failed to neutralize my life -or even put a dent in my credibility- Dick Cheney and Shameful George had no choice but to further twist this premeditated crime further into a threat by exploring my hypothetical /no reality potential with the most sensitive spectrum of stellar wind -when there was not a single fact or circumstance to ever justify this criminal act to begin with.
I submit that I underwent a process that could only be artificially driven (where the bodies probably used to be dumped in the Egyptian dessert under the rendition version) that was so sophisticated and thorough that it could not be less than conclusive in determining my innocence. And the only reason for the outright slaughter of life and rights that occurred in the last four years was an attempt to conceal a genuine and horrific war crime by twisting a threat farther and farther into being everyone’s problem.
This realization was a double edged sword. I became very grounded because I realized that the people around me were not directly trying to hurt me, but having such a hardened extraordinary envelope around me - to ever allow this - also meant that the most perverse and non passive spectrum of stellar wind could target me - and it has to this very day. It artificially generates manipulations that are far removed, in range and intensity, from what any mind or body could naturally produce. This process can suppress/enhance the full spectrum of emotional and biological functions in such an aggravated way that it directly correlates to the effects of Chinese water torture, where a suppression/enhancement takes away from your normal and natural way of functioning (from a manipulation that is less than torture) so the psychological pressure and emotional stress slowly build just to the point of psychological torture until it targets another function with the cumulative effect still building. The reality is an artificial state, “less than lethal” according to our Justice Department, that is constantly shy of psychological torture but that creates a constant level of extreme stress and I am quite certain that this continuous process, of keeping people in a less than lethal, less than violent, less than conclusive, state can tip their natural health toward genuine chronic diseases to further destabilize them and those around them (like what Mubarek is going through now somewhere in Egypt cause what goes around went around for him).
A very, very light way of articulating this is like walking around with a thumb tack in the back of the head (or a permanent migraine headache) slowly causing a debilitating effect on every part of your life. Except this process, and these manipulations, can target everything from the equilibrium in your sinuses, to a constant manipulation of the pressure around your ears effecting your sinuses and equilibrium, to the cranial pressure around your head, to your ability to dissipate agitation, to an extreme manipulation in sinus pressure that masks a manipulation in perception and the manipulations of equilibrium I previously mentioned- and this is a very small sampling of the less than lethal state I have been in since this realization. At any one moment of time, it is less than lethal, less than violent, less than torture, and less than conclusive but the continuous suffering it has caused is unconscionable. Having to continuously suffer through this, and concentrate on it when a normal state of mind would not require any concentration of focus on this, does effect things like motivation even though it is still very strong and perfectly in tact in my sub conscience. During some periods it causes a nearly debilitating effect on some things like basic motor skills of the body. Exponentially compounding the psychological stress is the manipulation and full blown interference provided by my extraordinary process (which is designed to tip less than lethal states into neutralization of life) and was/is nothing short of a brutal hell that I have been living through for the last four years for absolutely no reason other than being proof that could put two Presidents on death row.
Despite this conclusive reality, I have never had an emotional outburst or any social/emotional incidents with any one since this process started. I have no history of mental illness, and the weeks before my meeting with what was probably an undercover FBI agent, I had absolutely no emotional issues what so ever other than living life within the assumptions that this was a normal country. In fact, approximately a year before this process started I had a psychiatric evaluation by the Alexandria Police Department as the final stage of their hiring process that I passed with flying colors, but declined to proceed further since I decided to move back home due to the cost of living. Having said all that, I have no intention and no thought to be a harm to myself or anyone else.
On the control side of this extraordinary process, when there are classified legal opinion that allow any and everyone to become a potential threat, to explore their hypothetical-no reality guilt, managing their threat immediately replaces guilt or innocence by design because you can administer a level of control that is far outside statutory rule of law, the Constitution, and even the rules of warfare. All for the purpose of covertly managing a manipulation to neutralize the target of an extraordinary process that failed, me, and now anyone else that does not submit to this level of control. The following is my very strong opinion about what happens to your citizens and is completely extrapolated from everything I witnessed and the way this military grade satellite targeted me.
For the longest time it felt like the FBI was running around paying people to interfere with my life. It took me a very long time to extrapolate that they were under far more control then I was and running through a parallel side of an extraordinary process, what I coined the control side. Because while the neutralization side of an extraordinary process is manipulated to force fight or flight in an attempt to neutralize life, it is the control side that makes this possible, but it needs to be manipulated in the most “organic” ways so the forced informant/suspect/cover asset that causes a negative emotional response can honestly claim they never had that intention.
I was not able to understand how people in different environment’s can “broadcast” something very personal while not being offended or changing their personality to much while doing so. For example, in my original letters I articulated how the evening before I knew I was going to receive a no fault termination and get let go for not being able to achieve my new “metrics” while at, I was in a pub and in walk in two young adults that sat down right next to me and started their own discussion about one of their co-workers that just got fired. This manipulation was so frequent and natural that I started to realize that a whole deep and wide pool of citizens (Loon Lake, not Groom Lake Penetta because that extraordinary level of moral support first materialized a little over a year agoJ) were compelled into some sort of non disclosure for some length of time, and generally run thro ugh their ordinary lives, trying to prove and demonstrate they are innocent within this good faith pile of @!$%#. They slowly get introduced to others in this good faith pile of @!$%#, almost certainly via a series of inference or the like, becoming accustom to al totalitarian level of control instead of being sickened by it.
When they are around the target, which is in a much deeper and more synchronized artificial state then they are in, the routine they get accustom to intentionally directs some sort of inference that is designed to eventually cause a debilitating effect or negative emotional response from the target. I will use Obama’s core belief as a hypothetical example because the following is not directly what happened to me but the concept and environments are.
You get fired and your boss says God be with you that you find something you are a better fit for.
Your friends start calling asking you about work and they start to end their conversations that you are in their prayers, even though they have no history of ever using religious overtones.
You receive emails from family members that for the first time contain heavy religious inference.
You go to church and sitting next to you is someone broadcasting how they just accepted a job offer similar from the one you got fired from.
All of a sudden you have a nervous breakdown and start screaming at everyone you see that they are the anti Christ as the local police get called and Commander and Chief Coward says Amen Brother to his intelligence trash.
This is an extraordinary process in a nut shell and it is more shameful than anything a dictator in the third world does, as citizens are compelled to destroy other citizens, so our barbaric bitch looks clean. I feel certain it was a similar extraordinary process that led to the premeditated neutralization of Dr. Bruce Ivins, “principal” suspect in the anthrax investigation. It was disclosed that his co-workers received some sort of a non disclosure and he had the strongest perception that they conspired with the FBI to force him from his job. As his life “started” a downward spiral that he blamed on the FBI (never knowing it was being carefully orchestrated and manipulated by our military grade pile of perversion), one of his “friends” convinced him to join a “12-STEP” program but something “triggered” the perception that his counselor -that he was paying to deal with the FBI destroying his life- was working for the FBI in some capacity (which she acknowledged after his overdose) and after he threatened her and it was off to the funny farm. After he overdosed, knowing his character just got destroyed, the first thing my paramilitary trash did was trigger the press releases that they were about to arrest him which was an outright lie later retracted. The craft of intelligence trash because no society forces their citizens to worship, with what is a murder programming running through their head, while they pray to Jesus, as they trick their sub conscience that it isn’t.
The control is so extreme that in the same pub I articulated above, I had a covert Wikileaks episode. Having a drink by myself, in walks in a nice girl who was a leasing consultant at the apartment complex I lived at. We had little contact previous to this, but within about 15 minutes of her coming in and sitting next to me, she was telling me how she had the “hots” for me since she saw me, she used to be a stripper, and wanted me to come back to her place so she could give me a lap dance. By pure coincidence, she just obtained the sources and methods to move out of her mother’s apartment in the same complex. I politely declined and she told me the offer was open but I settled for Comcast cause I wish this was a normal occurrence but it wasn’t you brave excuse of an Attorney General. Sure enough, a few days later I see the guy she used to date back together with her. (Do you know our CIA probably covertly frames people for rape). Anyway, this is only one example of how the FBI literally treats people like their private security slaves and they are your citizens because I have no idea what she went through to make sure my intelligence trash had control over her for the rest of her life.
The closer the people on the control side of this extraordinary process are to the neutralization target, the more manipulation they have to accept and therefore the more control the government has to infer and plausibly demonstrate. But how does this good faith pile of @!$%# maintain so much control over these people? The greater the inferred control is around the radius of any one person, (using the same bureau time share crap that wires anyone into this pile of perversion) the more someone will accept a continued pressing of fight or flight, but it’s carefully monitored so it is at a level that they don't. Take this process, of an increased pressing of fight or flight (using any good faith investigative pretence that can run up and down any business, social, or life process), as the inferred control around a person increases, and you will be able to exponentially increase what they will accept the longer this process continues.
Your reactions are carefully measured so you are pressed just far enough to avoid fight or flight, but this is the critical point where deniability, control, and genuine brain washing start to set in. Along a linear time frame, when your own fight or flight is being pressed, as the inferred control around you becomes more apparent, the more consequence you will also dismiss as circumstance as opposed to premeditation, a bedrock of control.

At some point, you will start to dismiss (or accept) premeditated consequence as circumstance (as long as their is the smallest measure of deniability built it) but at a level no reasonable person not going through this extraordinary process would ever consider as reasonable circumstance.
The reason becomes either deniability or acceptability/survivability because as long as there is the smallest measure of deniability built into each covert tactic, you can not justify fight or flight within the normal assumptions of our society, no matter how apparent the premeditation is.
Acceptance/Survivability causes instantaneous guilt, because you feel powerless to do anything since your control is being carefully gauged to see if you need to fall off the control side of the extraordinary process and into the neutralization side. At some point, you will submit to control so the plausibly deniable interference or outright destruction to your life stops.
But deniability has the potential to be far more destructive, because as you go through an extraordinary process, you will accept greater and greater consequence to avoid the guilt of not doing anything about the previous ones, despite an exponentially increasing appearance of premeditation. You will also greatly increase what you will accept as circumstance, to you and those around you, as you move forward through this process. This is partly because it would become exponentially more painful looking back at events through a better lens of reality so you accept more and more false perception moving forward.
Basically a self serving paradox where you accept or dismiss a greater level of abuse for the purpose of control as you start to fear thinking it is the direct result of the government, no matter how apparent it is, because what it would say about you.
Basically a process where everyone is intentionally put in a compromised position should the truth ever be revealed, even though no one should ever be ashamed of acknowledging they were shamefully manipulated, and their rights utterly destroyed, especially since it has nearly a 100% success rate within our strong and proud assumptions.
Eventually the fear and anxiety that initially get people through the control side of an extraordinary process dissipate as they are released into a functional way of life with minimized interference. But the level of control they were sunk into remain, like a behavioral/personality modification for the rest of their lives. Training people to faithfully act and take direction, but only when you need to and in such a way that they don’t think there is anything “unusual” about it is literally an absolute form of control that North Korea could not emulate. At the end of the day, a large swath of your citizens are literally forced to be on-demand agents and an extension of the state, protecting the President’s pride for the rest of their lives so we can have a level of orgasmic safety that bent the reality of our free and open society well past a dictatorship.
Truth to power in my case is the greater the difference between reality and perception the more dangerous a person or government is and with President Obama taking the oath of office we witnessed what would be the most destructive transfer of power in United States history-making the core elements of our democracy an unrecoverable failure in reality, no matter how well concealed it is, cloaked in the tough decision-no choice dark, dangerous, fluid world we always lived in but decided to live normally in.
Basically a solidification of the most perverse political dynamic our country ever witnessed where, generally speaking, opportunistic pigs on the right and orgasmic cowards on the left need to stay one step ahead of what Newt will say and what PaPa Bush’s political network will do when the next asymmetric attack occurs. So our barbaric bitch -no choice/tough decision- Obama accepts no risk with what we think are our strongest protections and continues to legitimizing a fraudulent legal theory where he can throw any US citizen his government wants up into an unconstitutional and extraordinary world running over this entire country, where war time powers can covertly crush them, while a no reality-good faith investigation, that runs along the bottom of this entire country, uses the full force of ordinary rule of law to ensure the power driving this process never gets acknowledged. Our barbaric bitch refuses to acknowledge the simple principal that security takes away from freedom, and maybe our people should decide what is most important, he continues to ensure security in this no choice/tough decision extraordinary world but to ensure this power, that makes us safer than a totalitarian dictatorship, never gets acknowledged so we can maintain the perception that we are aligned with our core principles and keep him off death row, many US citizens have suffered, been humiliated, or even been destroyed in the most unimaginable ways because the yet-unaffected society at large never get to see the severe consequence of an ultra fanatical and criminal approach to national security.
It legitimizing the most radical claim to power, inherited from his predecessor, the Office of the President ever had. As my young Senator I wrote him several letters, and he even requested more information about an abuse of power so extreme that is was without conscience. Generally speaking, I articulated how a fraudulent and criminal claim to power almost succeeded in neutralizing my life for no apparent reason (I am certain there were many citizens ghosted that no one ever heard about), but to conceal and post facto legitimize this power after this extraordinary operation failed, the full spectrum of stellar wind was employed to explore my no-reality potential, without a single fact to justify it, so threat would outflank my innocence to keep George Bush, Dick Cheney, Michael Hayden, and Director Muller off death row.
At issue when this neutralization failed, via a genuine and full blown war crime, was that Shameful George had no problem covertly slaughtering life and shattering the Constitution as he twisted me into a bigger and bigger threat making it more and more people’s problem. All I wanted was a return to a normal way of life as he forced me not to have one and to fight for my rights, dignity, and an end to a daily suffering that can only be considered disgusting and a cumulative amount of suffering that could only be considered unconscionable. And this could have only been to keep constructing and legitimizing a legal theory to keep the most disgusting @!$%#s on the face of the earth off death row as they probably erodes national security, instead of ensuring it, in order to destroy any proof of my claim because the integrity of our institutions, assuming my claim ever got there, was so strong.
The problem with an unacknowledged power, using an unacknowledged program, operating well outside statutory rule of law, the Constitution, and the rules of warfare is that it would probably be easy to defeat in any court of law and it would literally be death row for Shameful George, and now Obama, and that’s why I am certain this extraordinary process was designed to neutralize my life without anyone ever knowing there was criminal premeditation behind it and an absolutely wicked manipulation around me.
But the perverted and dangerous paradox of living in a shell of democracy, whose government works well outside the people’s strongest assumptions for the exponentially smallest amount of safety (in an untested and easy to defeat way), is that the only way the credibility of its cherished institutions can be protected, and my intelligence trash kept off death row, is to destroy the proof (literally your own citizens) whose intact survival is the proof itself. After I was forced to realize a military grade satellite was causing my constant suffering, all I wanted to do was return to a normal way of life. There was already a full blown paramilitary operation completely around me and the same military grade satellite was monitoring my every move, word, pen stroke, and even thought (similar to the comprehension you feel as you read this as Penetta’s trash monitors it). I am certain the priority was keeping the most disgusting @!$%#s on the face of the earth out of prison and their was a continued effort to destroy the proof and claim my life carried without reasonable regard to the destruction is was causing and the larger threat my intelligence trash was creating.
Before my Senator, President Obama, took office the only request that I communicated to him was that he end the non passive surveillance targeting myself, that caused me an unconscionable level of suffering, as well as those around me who may be experiencing a lighter, more infrequent, and more organic artificial state for the purpose of control as opposed to neutralization.
I guess he was inspired and if you are bored take a look at the phrases of some of my letters and pull up some of the campaign footage. Not long after that, Dick Durbin was on Obama’s campaign trail saying on nationwide TV, and before his own tight reelection that “there will never be an invasion of privacy like this again” and before long there was a hearing on C-SPAN where a @!$%#in Senator started reading out loud on nation wide TV a classified memo from Robert Gates that leaks from national security investigations could cause a grave threat to national security. It felt like he signed, sealed, delivered my fate, but for six months after he took the oath of office I did not write a single letter or make a single correspondence relating to my situation, hoping he would terminate the non passive surveillance that was targeting me and those around me and I chose that time frame because it was aligned with a treatment of Guantanamo Bay detainees review. On of the first things President Obama did was go to a foreign country and on their soil tell make a bizarre and obscure reference about “respecting their privacy” again - but it would be at the absolute slaughter of ours to keep our poet looking competent - as Dick Durbin was back in post election mode telling his FBI Director that his bureau was a world class or premier law enforcement agency again.
So while the perception of rule of law was taking the assumptions of a society at large in one direction, the reality that he was legitimizing the most radical and criminal claim to power was going in another direction. I still found myself in a constant “less than lethal state”, shy of psychological torture, with extreme manipulation on the control side of my extraordinary process causing as much interference, stress, and hell as possible.
Six months came and went but I still wanted to wait a little while before climbing back up the mountain his peaceful transfer of power threw me off of. What forced me to pick up right where I left off with Shameful George was another bizarre but very audacious and manipulated job interview process. I attended a job fair at the school I depleted my saving getting a graduate degree at, Northern Illinois University, and got accepted for a campus interview for a Manager in Training Program for the Menards Home Improvement Center. I took the time to drive to DeKalb, IL and had a successful campus interview and scheduled an on site interview at the Aurora, IL location. I interviewed with the store manager and the conversation became bizarre as he started to use phrases I wrote in previous communications and he began to tell me how stable his life was by having a career as home improvement professional as he became critical of why I had a no fault termination on my application. Unlike my intelligence trash, I never lie about anything (and my entire application -the good, bad, and bureau ugly was 100% accurate) because few careers offer the safety and stability to hide such perverted incompetence. Despite this Dr. Phil episode, I told the truth, remained confident, and asked for the job and he gave it to me saying it would be a good place for “me to make a name for myself“. The HR person was ready to schedule my orientation but then he suddenly stopped and said he would have to have the results of a drug test first. I asked him if he could schedule the orientation and have it contingent on the results but he said no without reason. So I took and passed the drug test and did not hear back from them. I placed numerous calls, and when I finally got through to the HR person he told me they had already filled the position with someone else but could not give me a reason why. I asked them if I could be considered for the next orientation and he told me they would not be able to without any explanation. This is the absolute truth about what your intelligence trash does to your citizens under the cover of good faith piles of investigative @!$%# concealed by the bureau.
Returning me to a normal way of life as a home improvement professional in the Spring of 2009 was to great of a risk for the President of the United States of America to take so I was tried to try and make a name for myself elsewhere as I was forced to learn a hard “lesson” but without slaughtering a single life or shattering a single principle either before or after.

Try to keep up Attorney General but the only problem is that when the last FISA legislation was passed under cover of “telecom immunity“, the Bush administration tried to keep local and state authorities from investigating violations of the law by the federal government via the terrorist surveillance program. It was stripped away by a Democratic Senator but shortly after that US Attorney General Mukasey quickly revised our @!$%# stained Bureaus Domestic Operations Guide Book and updated it with the “hypothetical potential” standard and forever made worthless what reality is under cover of bad guys from Pakistan. The same exact end was achieved under false means basically demonstrating this entire legal theory is a criminal fraud, in reality a criminal enterprise, and the fraudulent war time power that can neutralize the life of any US citizen was/has always been the same but the only thing that had to change was the level of reality (now none) our law enforcement (FBI) got to use to conceal it.
As our FBI got transformed into an intelligence service, not only did our opportunistic pigs and orgasmic cowards in Congress refuse to reconcile the President’s power driving it, but they also refused to acknowledge what the consequences were of fusing the very two different worlds of law enforcement and intelligence together - or even what either world was. I do not think any developed country curses their people with such a mutually opposing mandate, because of the outright consequence of being able to conceal covert activity via a gun and badge. But given the reality that our pigs and cowards would not interfere with this fusion, having a basis of a higher investigative standard- especially given the reality that our President was driving this new agency with concealed and extraordinary power, would have been critical. Instead it dropped to the rock bottom level (just like the credibility of the bureau will one day, so help me God) of no reality and you literally have the very worst of two worlds fused into one big @!$%#in JOKE. Assuming this fusion occurred for discovering the truth is the most dangerous and incorrect assumption you could make because it is designed to wipe innocent citizens (potential threats) off the face of this earth in the most disgusting ways because the integrity of our court system would utterly laugh at this shameful concept if there was proof of it.
Next time our three intelligence geniuses are providing a photo op for our Congressional Committees, all they would have to be asked is if their respective, horizontally compartmentalized and multi leveled, efforts always-without exception- enrich the truth or makes it easier to conceal with covert intention at any level. First they would each need to be individually asked if they are even operating off the same Constitutional interpretations because the reality of these answers would show they are running nothing less than a full blown-but organic-criminal enterprise.
Somehow it is the word “ensure”, that acts as the fraudulent legal trigger of concealed war time power, that allows my JOKE to bend a free and open society beyond that of a totalitarian government in terms of concealed control -even though the concept of “guaranteeing” absolute security is not in the Constitution. This big JOKE (now my country‘s institutions and core principals) runs along the same lines as the JOKES in congress that pays homage to these felons because they need to look “intelligent” getting the latest threat primers on camera but they are really on an orgasmic hair pin trigger to keep themselves safe from headlines about what will always be the thing least likely to happen to me - putting aside the 30,000 citizens that die every year via ordinary crime because of my right to have a gun. And now these same JOKES want to avoid headlines of a concealed slaughter of liberty, real dignity, unconscionable suffering, and even life that utterly exploded under their brave and tough leadership. In reality, when the first page of history was written, one of the infinite number of possibilities was that our collective arc of justice, that has been slowly improving under this country for over 200 years, would utterly snap back to before it started because all we sacrificed to gain abolishment, suffrage, civil rights, equal rights was -in reality-neutralized with the concealed claim that the President can covertly destroy, and even force to end, the life of any citizen that has any potential of being a threat to him or his political mandate. The stage was set accordingly and we all got the performance we deserve but I am certain there are strong undercurrent taking this country to a very bad destination since we refused to pivot from the core under the thinnest cover of courageous sacrifice concealing the deepest shame of cowardly slaughter.
To be quite honest Attorney General, I am quite proud to possibly be the first US citizen to survive an extraordinary/extrajudicial neutralization of life to the point the FBI has to conceal it with a no reality standard because I am certain it probably never got to that level of reality with other innocent US citizens that were ghosted never even knowing they were under any kind of investigation. The real and horrific consequence of having an amateur hour intelligence service (my @!$%# stained FBI) roaming around with a no reality standard investigative standard, while having the full weight of ordinary rule of law to conceal illegitimate war time powers - that can covertly destroy and US citizen - exploded under the leadership and principle of the poetic speaking insecure barbaric bitch who is always afraid of having Penetta yell at him and having you look differently at him.

This is primarily because he has no clue how to politically stand up to his opponents and acknowledge that freedom and security start to become mutually exclusive at some point, probably soon after my government claims to be able to commit felonies outside statutory rule of law and assume concealed military power to force false assumptions to hold. But it is the suspension of reality, so my government can pretend they don’t act outside of statutory rule of law and the public’s assumptions, that caused many US citizens, including yours, to pay a very heavy price that they would be scared to death to tell you about. And it is primarily to make sure there is no “conclusive” proof of what power the President claims to have in the first place because reality is so far off the mark from perception that if his claim were to ever be tested in any legitimate court it would literally be death row for him. So having legitimate institutions, within this extraordinary power and reality, is also part of the problem because my barbaric bitch has to be filthier than a dictator would when he can’t have the appearance of putting me under house arrest. In a few years Jeb Bush might be saying he “inherited extraordinarily difficult circumstances”.
As mentioned, I submit that every word -as it pertains to me- in this letter to you, in my previous letter to you, and in every attached letter is the absolute truth without any manipulation or exaggeration and expect this letter to be treated with the highest legal standard. If there is any legal instrument I can execute to strengthen the legal standard of what I have included please forward it to me.
Right now the legal standard for “poisoning” in the state of Illinois is a “physical substance”. If you want to help “ensure” this is not happening to your citizens, you may want to draft your own opinion to the Justice Department that you (which you hopefully do) consider a concealed and digital version, that artificially effects the mind and body, to be the exact same thing as well as aggravated assault. And possibly consider updating this statute. It is your duty.
I look forward to your review because your citizens rights are also being slaughtered no matter how embarrassed they would be to consider that reality now because screwing people into an increasingly compromised position is what this little bitch, with Penetta by his side, does best. Dear Ms. Kagawa:
Thank you for your response and for following up on my situation. I understand and appreciate that such a situation would be approached with the utmost of caution by your office. I occasionally put myself in your shoes, reading my letters, and can only imagine what your thoughts were. The fact that Senator Obama has officially followed up on each of my claims is a testament to his character and leadership. Having said that, I stand by every letter I wrote your office and submit that every statement I have made is true and that there will never be any facts to the contrary.
Unfortunately my situation has not been resolved, and like a bad script, this article II operation is moving forward using razor thin investigative excuses to interfere and undermine every aspect of my life. In my most recent letter, I tried my best to articulate how this investigation has been encompassing an illegal operation that uses razor thin investigative excuses to steer every element of my life. I articulated and submitted my recent career as a small cross section of this operation because it offers me the most documentation and clearly defies all investigative logic, but this process is being undertaken in every other aspect of my life as well.
With respect to my career, my employment was terminated on April 18th of this year. I have included my most recent letter to your office that documented overlapping and scripted scenarios that I believe were crafted by the National Security Service working with the CIA. These where just the situations that I was able to document and each one clearly steered with toward poor performance and me loosing my job. Over the last year and a half, I have traveled a three state territory of behalf of the HP employees I supported, and despite the fact that they were probably arranging many of these visits on behalf of the National Security Service, I performed at the highest caliber possible. I was proud of my job and did it to the best of the ability and I didn’t want to give the National Security Service any excuse that I was avoiding any location or person. At the end of the day, if the coins lands one way, they can simply say that I was hiding behind these people and spreading them to thin with - since I wasn’t avoiding.
If “threat neutralization” is the mandate of the FBI, than all the Director and his/her national security agents need is a degree of plausibility and a claim of ignorance to accomplish anything. If you can target and “investigate” an individual forever, based on cherry picked circumstances that can never be addressed, you can work backwards through a person’s entire life and forward through the rest of their life. As you perpetually investigate whether a crime ever occurred, the government can use the thinnest of investigative excuses to steer and derail every element of a person’s life and it would be obstruction of justice if any one interferes. In my situation, I was approached by an undercover agent pretending to be a spy in November of 2006. Not knowing what the purpose of this was, I correctly assumed the government was following me and it soon became clear that every element of my life was starting to be interfered with. For over the last year in a half, I have been able to drill trough one FBI/CIA career trap after another as this project management progressed forward to a deeper and deeper level with each phase line. Had I not been approached by this agent in November of 2006, I would not have had the situational awareness I did, and one of these career traps could have easily got me fired in late November or early December of 2006 without me ever knowing the government was behind it. If the President didn’t authorize a deeper and more obvious level to this operation - I’d still be trying to apply to jobs online completely oblivious to the reason why no one is calling me back. Plausible freedom is a dangerous concept.
In 2007, the FISA court approved over 2000 FISA warrants, and according to the letter of the law, that suggests that it’s more probable than not that there are over 2000 spies and terrorists working the country side. That doesn’t include the sub groups of people that the President doesn’t think need to go through the FISA count, probably because there isn‘t enough circumstantial probable cause. I have carefully articulated how the FBI, with compartmentalized support from the CIA, can steer any element of someone’s life using razor thin investigative excuses. After seeing how they threw caution to the wind with my life, I am truly scared to know how many people of this group of over 2,000 have had an element of their life either steered or derailed without ever knowing the government was behind it- and how many may be completely innocent.
Even more alarming, if the President feels he can go around the FISA Court, and he is the ultimate Decider, this investigative process can be unleashed unto any US citizen regardless of the facts. Investigators don’t need any probable cause to “investigate” and the President can meet them in the middle and dish up Article II authorized surveillance, unleashing the full force of this pro-active “investigative” process. If the investigators don’t have a FISA warrant or Article II authorized surveillance, they can just do it the old fashioned, round about, way. Secure all the email and phone records of a subject using national security letters, fellow them everywhere, and simply compel every citizen they know to work with the government. The same investigative process can be unleashed without even the FISA circumstantial probable cause. Regardless of whether or not there is a warrant, I strongly feel that this could be the most dangerous precedence ever set in our nation‘s history. An FBI, working with unparallel support with any intelligence agency, having the ability to compel every US citizen to work with them, using razor thin investigative excuses to steer any element of any ones life, possibly having illegal use of “surveillance” technology running along side that process, and denying anyone the right to interfere with this shameful process because it would be “obstruction of justice”.
Their investigative foundation into my situation lacked all logic and is proof of a baseless investigation. If it was so important to parade me around a three state territory to determine who or where my contact may be, why was every possible “plausible circumstance” created to make my employment as difficult as possible. In the last letter I sent you (also included) I have documented the most obvious circumstances that were carefully crafted to steer me toward unemployment. The first one was in the beginning of 2007, when a co-worker suggested I should start calling on some accounts that would have resulted in my termination. Imagine if I got fired in January or February of 2007 and more than a year of investigate work would have never resulted; the perfect fall back in case a much deeper process determined I was never a spy. For over a year, I drilled through one FBI/CIA trap after another and never gave these “investigators” any excuse not to find my “mystery” contact. When it started to look like this fall back wouldn‘t work, the FBI simply asked HP to rewrite their contract with my employer.
Unable to squeeze the determination out of me, the fall back was a simple mathematical formulas that would have been extremely difficult for me to achieve even under the most ideal situations. Per the request of HP, increased the number of account visits I had to have every week and they also created a new metric called “face-time” that dictated how many hours of face time I needed to have every week.
In my last letter to you, I included a dialogue between my manager and myself over the new expectations and the plausible disconnect we had over how many accounts I was cleared to call on with this new metric of “face time“. I was told by him that I could call on A and B accounts. One of my HP counterparts, Michelle, told me not to call on her A accounts. A classic damned if you do, damned if you don’t. I was able to drill through that trap when I dug up an old document from Michelle stating the she “owned” the A accounts and I should not call on them (this document was also included in my last letter to you).
This dialogue started after these new metrics were “turned on“ and it clearly shows that my manager thought I had 70 accounts that I was cleared to call on and that metric was suitable for 70 accounts. When I produced documentation that I wasn’t allowed to call on the A accounts, rather I was only cleared to call on 30 accounts, he didn’t adjust my metrics. This metric had to be fixed to get me terminated. Somehow it was acceptable for the metric to stay the same even though the number of my fixed accounts dropped from 70 to 30. The FBI quickly poured cement over this plausibility problem. They asked HP to take away all the A accounts from every rep across the country. Despite the logic problem, that the metric stayed the same for 70 accounts vs. 30 accounts, it was a perceived level playing field, and it was plausible enough on paper. I’m sure in plausibility world, that then became the plan between HP and all along, despite the fact is still doesn’t address the core logic problem. This project management had to go forward, and I found out that reality no longer mattered in la- la land.
To meet this metric, I would have to spend about two hours with every reseller, every single time I visited them ,and that would have to be about every other week. Even if there was no interference from the FBI in setting my appointments (95% of my calls went to voicemail) it was nearly impossible to have something new to present for two hours every other week. Setting that aside, during my two years with the company I never received any formal training and can honestly say that I got hired, was successfully employed for nearly two years, and got fired without ever meeting my boss a single time. Right after I got hired over the phone, my manager at the time left for three months of maternity leave and I had no manager at all. I quickly and pro-actively learned everything I needed to in order to support my HP counterparts.
Once this new metric was turned on, and I didn’t achieve it, my manager sent me a corrective notice (attached). I tried my best to explain to him that I did not have enough action points to articulate information for two hours every other week but he said he wouldn’t accept any excuses. If I quit my job I would have to pay pack close to $3000 in tuition assistance. I told him that I didn’t think I’d be able to achieve this new metric but I’d do my very best and give the company 100% until the day he would have to fire me, which I did and which he did- the first time in my life I was ever fired, and from a job that I used to enjoy.
Prior to this new metric, I had no disciplinary action and an above average performance appraisal. I have attached this performance appraisal. I never had a single instance of misconduct or a single complaint from a customer. I applied for unemployment benefits, and an unemployment claims specialist for the State of Illinois found that there was no “deliberate or willful” action that caused my termination based on “..not achieving company established goal for face time with clients”. I have attached this finding. It was an uphill battle for the last year and a half to keep my employment -working against this project management -so at least I can say I got fired through no fault of my own knowing the government didn’t succeed in having me quit. True life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness may have to wait eight months but I’m moving forward.
In the mean time, I have posted my resume online and search through my online agent every day applying for good jobs that I qualify for. I am certain that every employer I apply to is quickly contacted to unleash this investigative containment process. I have little proof of this, but the response to my resume was much greater last time I had to look for a job. If the FBI can simply compel Monster or Career Builder to work with them, will they even need a FISA warrant in the future? Even if the FBI wants to tickle my funny bone, and let an employer follow up with me, they can cement over that as soon as the employer hears I was terminated from my last job -even though I am somehow collecting unemployment. Before I submitted my claim for unemployment, I filled out applications for part time positions at various retailers in my area. I filled out an online application with Sears, and as part of the online application, I was able to select an open interview day and time. When I followed up with them to reschedule my interview, I was told that all the positions became filled and there was no longer any need for an interview. I will have to wait until the FBI publishes a list of Patriot Act approved jobs, and I’m sure they will all have a dynamic element to them allowing for the greatest amount of plausible conflicts to occur. The Sears that I applied to was on RT 59 in the Fox Valley Shopping Center in Aurora, IL.
In respect to my other claim, that there was a non-passive technology targeting me with a dual purpose, I submit that there is such a technology and it is still being used. I thank you sincerely for requesting an explanation from the CIA, but submit that it was an Article II lie. I understand that there is nothing else your office can do, and do not request a response in reference to this, but it is the use of this technology that has needlessly spun this national security black hole.
In my most recent letter, I have tried my best to articulate how this operation uses any investigative excuse to effect every aspect of my life. I am certain that what makes this pretence possible is the use of a spy satellite over this country that can communicate with people and also gauge the emotional reactions of people as well. If anyone under oath ever swears that there isn’t a spy satellite over America that belongs to us on paper, then we are buying air time from one of the allies we support.
Using this as a pretence, I am certain that nearly every individual, in nearly every situation I have found myself in over the past year, has been working with the FBI in a classified way and doing and saying whatever the FBI or CIA tells them to; what I call the human element of the domestic surveillance program. This may take a leap of faith, but I stand by every claim I make as completely true. I submit that this process is used under the pretence of isolating who my contact may be by gauging my reaction to different things people may do or say. Alongside this process, it is also used as a legal and security shield to contain a much deeper process. I submit that this process can extract information regardless of whether a person is by himself or not. To cement over this deeper process, this technology has also been used in the most wicked ways within these “contained” environments of informants. While people around me may have been doing or saying things thinking they are helping the FBI isolate who my contact is, the reality is that over a year ago, this much deeper process had, with what can only be near certainty, determined I was never a spy or committed any other serious crime. While these “informants” are doing and saying things that build on past situations and infer personal information, I am certain that things were done to enhance, suppress, and manipulate many of my emotions to cause an emotional outburst and help pour the cement over this entire process.
In my last letter to your office, I documented what I feel was laying of the foundation of this illegal operation. Before this deeper process started to take place, I am certain that a carefully choreographed and premeditated effort was made to have me committed and write off the deeper process that was planned.
The days prior to December 18, 2006, I couldn’t sleep for close to four or five days. The slightest noise would wake me up and keep me up for hours. This could be anything from a loud car, a neighbor playing music, or my sub pump going off. On December 18th, I was spouse to support one of my HP co-workers, Michelle, at a location in the Chicago suburbs. Once I arrived there, I felt extremely sedated and had dry mouth. I smoked marijuana twice in my life when I was much younger and it felt identical. I was unexpectedly asked to explain my sales role in front of the entire sales team and somehow managed to get through it. We had the option of going to a party after the event but asked if I could be excused so I could go home. I had placed a call to a friend, Adam, to get help. Buy this time, I realized that the police had encompassed me a work, school, and even social settings. At this point in time, I still had no idea what was causing these extreme sensations. Adam was a civil rights lawyer and I wanted to explain my problem to him. We ended up meeting at a local bar along with another friend, Kurt , younger brother of my best friend, Eric, who is a naval flight instructor. I started out the conversation by saying I felt like I was living in the Truman Show. Slowly into my conversation, I started to pick signals that they were somehow being prompted what to say. I was explaining a sales call, where I met a sales representative at her customer’s location, but didn‘t immediately remember the town, and somehow Adam muttered it as if he was somehow having a dialogue with someone else. The conversation started to get strange, like I was talking to a government official through them. They brought up things like my knowledge of White House security, and at one point, Adam muttered in what sounded like disgust, “how much did this operation cost?”. It felt like it was an ad-hoc interview with the government talking through them. Despite that, I was very careful not to mention anything that I felt was sensitive information. I think this could have easily been spun into circumstantial facts or worse. We ended the meeting and I didn’t know what to think. Adam gave me a card, but I was confused and didn’t know whether or not I retained his help. Adam now works at an Indian Reservation out of state and never was able to provide any assistance. This downward spiral started a few weeks prior to this meeting, and it seemed like this was an opportunity to keep it from regressing further. In reality, one foot was on solid ground about to follow the other one off a cliff.
The next day I was extremely soar and I made an appointment to get a massage. Toward the end of the massage session, I asked the therapist if she could massage my neck. She started massaging my heart area with the massage oil instead and when I asked her to massage my neck, she stated that my heart was part of my neck. Very shortly after that, I heart started to race and I asked her to stop and that I wanted to end the session. I quickly paid as my heart rate continued to increase and I felt I was in a panic. I drove myself to the Emergency Room which was a couple of miles away. The establishment was in Naperville, IL and I have attached my credit card statement.
I told the triage nurse that I though I was drugged. I started to feel like I was on a knife’s edge. I wanted to get a urinalysis to see if I was drugged but I didn’t want to tell the doctor that I thought my massage therapist was trying to poison me courtesy of the CIA or FBI cause it might be off to the funny farm. I quickly told him that I was with some colleagues that I didn’t know that well and I think one of them may have spiked my drink (I wasn’t drinking any alcohol). He said my eyes were dilated and he was certain that I was overdosing on cocaine. He pulled out an serum that was very large and caused me sheer panic I don’t think I ever felt before. He wanted to administer it right away but I demanded a drug screen first. He put the serum on my clip board and told me to tell the nurse if I changed my mind. During the wait for the drug screen, my BP and pulse continued to go up but eventually the results came back and I was clean. The culprit, a heart palpitation even though I have never had one before and I was never even hooked up to an EKG during my stay. I was discharged but still very shaken up. I called my mother and asked her if she could pick me up and drive me home. He am certain that he is covered under telecoms insurance. This event happened at Rush Copley Medical Center on Ogden Road in Aurora, IL on December 19, 2006. The physician was Dr. Kwan and I have attached all medical records that I have been able to secure. A couple of weeks later, I followed up with my regular physician and had an EKG performed that came back perfectly normal. The Dr. I saw for the EKG was Dr.
I submit that ever letter of my statement is true and I will swear to it in any forum or during any interview. If I am misstating a single fact, the FBI can arrest me for obstruction of justice. This town was turned into an unofficial interrogation site. The interrogators were US citizens compelled to work with the FBI, but the cause of the terror I felt, I would later learn, was a spy satellite. Each person, doing their small and plausible part, along with the FBI, can claim ignorance, and their involvement as an “informants” will be classified for the rest of their lives.
The days after this, I felt like I was walking on a knife’s edge. I wanted to tell people to truth, but when I did, it seemed to cause more harm than good. My best friend, Eric, the Naval Flight Instructor, replied to me in a text message “if that’s true you will be dead or in a nut house”. My other best friend, Theo, came a to visit me a couple days later. He brought coffee for both of us. Soon into our conversation, the dialogue started to shift again, as if he was being prompted what to say somehow. I got so paranoid, that I checked his ear for some sort of communications device but there wasn’t one. He then took out his cell phone, and with the camera function, started taking pictures of my random things like my faucet and the food in my pantry. The plausible implication was that he was getting information about my food for the government. I asked him to leave as I tried to figure out what was going on. Soon after he left, the coffee he had brought me started to cause a sedated feeling. The implication was that it was somehow tampered with but I would later come to realize it was a spy satellite working in perfect synchronization with what classified informants were being asked to do and say.
Up to this point I have made every effort to leave the details about my friend’s involvement in this “investigation” out of my letters. There has been considerable strain put on all my friendships and I hoped to minimize sucking them into this black hole and hopefully repair my friendships one day. I am certain it was a standard operating procedure to secure the cooperation of all my friends, using intimidation and threat of implication, prior to this illegal operation being carried out. These were all life long friends who have character second to none and I can only imagine how they were “compelled” by the FBI. If they refused, I feel certain there was an implication that the FBI would unleash this investigative process against them and derail their careers and other aspects of their lives. I feel certain that close friends and some family members have been completely “encompassed” by “informants” as leverage, and if they ever step out of line, the same investigative process, that can derail every aspect of your life, would be unleashed against them. When “threat neutralization” is the mandate, there is no shame to great.
Over the next few days, I would have trouble sleeping. The people working at the places I bought cigarettes from would pull the cigarette brand I usually bought from places other than the shelf, at one point from a safe. Often times after eating, I would feel paranoid and my hear rate would go up.
After the New Year, things started to settle down. I never gave the FBI and CIA the cement they were looking for but the Decider authorized the next step of this project management anyway. I articulated in my previous letters my body’s sudden reaction to a Asian gentleman at a trade show with a post it note sticking out of his watch. This experience, along with one I had in a gym, where I would feel a pulsing sensation on one arm and then feel my leg on that side of my body get heavy; followed by the same thing happening on the other side of my body, made it clear that there was a technology driving all the things I had experienced in the past couple of months that interacted and directly “enhanced” the mind.
I am certain that this is the same technology used in “enhanced interrogations’. Normal sensations are greatly “enhanced” or manipulated causing the most extreme fear and mental agony that you would not be able to imagine and that I can not articulate. I am certain that everything is carefully masked by what the interrogators do. For example, shinning a light and turning on a radio to keep someone from sleeping. At some point in time the normal mind would get so tired that you would fall asleep standing up. Using this process, that employs a spy satellite, the mind would not let the body fall asleep under any condition, causing a mental agony along with your sleep deprivation that is mental torture. The things keeping the person up start to drive that person crazy without them ever knowing it is a satellite keeping them up. A stress position that is suddenly enhanced to maximize discomfort to an almost unbearable level. A slap in the side of the head that causes a sensation of pressure that won’t go away and can’t be relieved and causes mental agony after a short while; which could also be dismissed as sinus problems during the course of a national security “investigation“. Despite the wide range of application, I feel each of these techniques follows the same principal as someone being water tortured. Something that isn’t quite acute physical pain, but yet the pressure and agony are persistent and slowly build to the point of physiological torment that can easily be considered psychological torture.
Never having been committed, arrested, or having a single emotional outburst witnessed, I never gave the CIA or FBI the cement they needed. Since every aspect of my life moving forward would be completely encompassed by “participating “ informants, the Decider simply authorized the CIA to go to town on me. At this point, I would have less rights and dignity then a Camp Delta detainee, who would have the dignity of defending themselves against anything they were accused of. Far more importantly, I’m assuming everything they experience was carefully masked, so if ever released, they would actually have a more normal life then myself. The ones who the Decider authorized a deeper interrogation of are probably the ones that the CIA officially lost track of after they were rendition, and are fading away to history, possibly having been innocent.
The most explicit example I have of this one -way democracy that has evolved over the last seven years is an exchange I had with one of my graduate professors. During the course of teaching a class, she stood next to me and made an obscure reference to a file cabinet containing “top secret” documents. I made on off the cuff comment, “Like our Constitution.” She replied, “Or like a spy with a rifle pointed to his head.” I am certain that she was being prompted to say this using the technology that I made reference to; and that she along with the entire class have been compelled to cooperative with the FBI and are ,what I refer to, as the “human element” of the domestic surveillance program. The entire class witnessed this exchange but they will be classified informants for the rest of their lives. The only thing they’d be allowed to say outside of class is any reference to anything strange I did in response to this “plausible” dialogue. If I were to stand up and say, “I’m not a spy and there will never be any proof” according to the law, they would have to deny any participation with the FBI, and the normal course of action would probably be to require a physiological evaluation, especially in light of the recent tragedy at NIU. This is exactly how these one way-cowards have been operating over the course of the last year. I have proudly had my picture taken in front of the flag as well, but I have never had to hide behind it. Creating and controlling every situation I am in, they create plausible circumstances that build on past experiences and make inferences that I cannot defend myself against. Any attempt to do so would require these classified informants by law, to deny any involvement with the FBI, and they would be free to spread, like wild fire, any reaction or emotional outburst I may have; exactly the cement the FBI and CIA wants. This process has been undertaken and built upon in every situation I have found myself in; school, work, social, ect. In this case, I kept my cool, bit my tongue, and went on as if it’s just another day in la la land. I have the utmost respect for this teacher. She was one of my undergraduate teachers and I enjoyed her course so I decided to take one of her classes in graduate school. I ended up getting an A in the course, and hope to one day have the opportunity to tell her my side of the story. The fact that the FBI can compel every single individual to cooperate with them is a sign of the law less culture that has evolved. I feel certain that there is an implicit threat that this investigative process will be unleashed onto anyone who refuses to cooperate with them. The class was International Marketing at the Northern Illinois University at the Naperville, IL campus taught by Tanuja Singh during the fall of 2007.
There was another situation that occurred in my class room when the foundation of this investigation was being laid. In late November or early December of 2006, I was taking an IT class at the Northern Illinois campus at Hoffman Estates. This was after I was approached by the undercover agent, where I knew I was being followed, but before I realized that every aspect of my life was being encompassed and before this downward spiral started. Toward the end of the class, the instructor asked the entire class if any one had ever been to Las Vegas. A very attractive girl raised her hand along with a few others, including myself. He then asked, who’s been to Las Vegas more than two or three times and that girl was one of the only people to raise their hand. He then transitioned into another conversation, explaining to the entire class that while he was in the military he was involved in nuclear strike planning and briefly described some of the bio metrics involved. I was a little surprised to be hearing this, but at the time, I didn’t think he was speaking on behalf on the FBI or CIA. He then asked the entire class if anyone had access to similar nuclear installations. Apparently no one did, including myself. In retrospect, I am certain that it was a shameful and childish attempt for me to disclose the fact I worked at the White House in front of the entire class and probably give them a virtual tour that would end with …“and that‘s how the President would start World War III” . Well, we still have eight months. I took my job very seriously, and despite the fact I never had a security clearance, and never had access to any classified information, I never told anyone, including my best friends or family members, about anything that I felt was remotely sensitive. Along with the circumstantial facts the FBI and CIA were trying to create out of thin air, the implication that I had a loose lips, when I’m certain that there is not a single fact to support such a claim, are embarrassing. The instructor also added an extra element to our overall grade. He made every class member fill out a survey ranking every other class member based on their contribution to the class and the results would effect our grade. I am certain this was to create an association matrix of everyone that either knew me or liked me and it was the FBI’s job to find out why! The professor was Dr. Beatty.
Another shameful example of how situations are carefully scripted, and meant to build on top one another , was the night prior to my employment being terminated when I walked to a local pub. Due to the circumstances, I rarely go out, but I refuse to be a domestic surveillance prisoner and still venture out from time to time, making sure to never drive if I drink. What greeted me at the pub was at least a couple of conservations ,scripted by the one way cowards, where the people around me would be talking about co-workers that just got fired. Knowing full well that I was probably going to get fired the next day, I simply bit my tongue and tried to enjoy myself realizing this is a perfectly plausible conversation in Bush-Cheney la la land that is bringing out the best in Americans. Please keep in mind, to add insult to injury, I was still employed that night ,and a portion of my tax dollars were going to fund this operation. This occurred on the evening on April 17th of this year at the Maple pub in Lisle, IL.
To truly add insult to injury, a few days after my employment was terminated, my lease was set to expire and I had made moving arrangements. I secured a rental truck reservation over the phone at a local U-Haul store in Aurora, IL close to a month before my move date. The day prior to my move, I received a call and an automated email from U-Haul stating that I would have to pick up my rental from a location in Bedford Park, a town close to 40 miles away. When I called to U-Haul in Aurora to inquire about this, they told me the truck that I was assigned had experienced “maintenance problems” the night before and the closest location for another truck that day was the Bedford Park location. Maybe Karl Rove was seen in the area with a socket wrench and dirty hands. They refused to switch my rental with any later received reservations. I already had secured help for that day and you have to pay a per mile charge as well. As with many times in life, my Mother was my saving grace. She spent much of the morning calling on my behalf and was able to find another carrier with an available truck for that day. I have attached the automated email. The place I called to make the reservation was the same place that I was originally spouse to pick up the truck and that was the U-Haul on RT 59 and RT 34 in Aurora, IL.
If anyone accepts this chain of events as “plausible” and serving some sort of investigative purpose, than we truly got what we deserve with this President. Far from “rising above our challenges” and never changing who we are, we have developed a national security protocol where Americans are compelled to gut one another on behalf of the Federal government. I respect the overall mission of the law enforcement and intelligence community - I used to be a part of it- but their shameful craft has spiraled to an absolute rock bottom that brings out the worst in every American encompassed by these investigations/operations. In the long run, such a culture will be far more destructive to our way of life then any sleeper cell ever would have been. When you force people to fear, you eventually become what you’re afraid of.
I submitted in my last letter to your office that during the Spring of 2007, a much deeper process was carried out, that I can only imagine was driven by a spy satellite, due to its precision and remarkable capabilities, that can isolate any information regardless of your surroundings. I am certain that process conclusively determined that I was not a spy - nor committed any other serious crime at any point in my life. During those months, since the FBI and CIA never produced the cement they wanted, this technology was used in the sickest and cruelest ways to write off this process. I am certain that after this deeper process produced all the necessary information, information that would prove I am innocent, the Decider simply tucked that compartmentalized information away and made one of the many shameful decisions of his life, allowing all other aspects of this operation to continue moving forward for nearly the last year, with the peak being in late spring and summer of 2007. He authorized a process that allowed this satellite to target me in the sickest and cruelest ways to write off this process and pour cement over his exponentially growing arrogance, ignorance, and incompetence by simply reaching for a higher level it.. At this point, the President didn’t just double down, but switched to the table that allowed the greatest odd and obtained an unsecured marker.
Up to this point, I submit that thousands of people have been sucked into this national security black hole as classified informants, doing and saying whatever the government wanted them to with the belief that they are helping the government isolate who my non-existent contact was. In reality, they became professional and pro-active observers, documenting any emotional outburst or any other unusual observation while my life ran through their carefully scripted conversations; conversations that built on previous experiences and were synchronized with the non passive use of a spy satellite that was targeting me. The goal was to document enough observations to be able to pour cement over the much deeper processes I would experience. Never having a single documented observation that would imply mental instability, other than the truth of my letters, the process was allowed to go forward. After the truth was extracted at the most compartmentalized level - every other aspect of this operation has been going forward. It has been sucking in thousands of more people at the entry level of this article II operation, needlessly restricting their full rights for the rest of their lives. Meanwhile, my life continues to run through their carefully scripted conversations, that are perfectly synchronized with a spy satellite, with the goal of documenting and creating enough occurrences to pour cement over this entire process while steering every element of my life to reinforce that perception.
If Senator Obama wins the Presidency, he will realize just how far his shameful predecessor went to cover up his incompetence and disregard for the law. Just scratching the surface of what these satellites did, I experienced well timed losses of balance, loss of reading comprehension when I really needed to read, loss of concentration when I really needed to understand. For a period of time, every time I touched my keyboard to work, my blood pressure would start to elevate rapidly and my chest would tighten. Loss of orientation when I was in a visiting a new town on behalf of my employers. Simply put, I experienced perfectly synchronized medical and mental occurrences/enchantments that went exactly against nearly every thing I was trying to accomplish. I will at any point in time swear to every letter I am writing.
It was in the summer of 2007 that I went on a mini letter writing campaign. In retrospect it may have lacked some tact and judgment, now knowing that every circumstance can easily be spun to fit an operational and investigative goal. The only thing I did was document exactly what was happening to me and distribute it to organizations that I thought would be able to assist or address my situation. If ever interviewed, I would confirm every word of every letter I wrote and I can be arrested for obstruction of justice if I lied about anything. I am certain that documenting what is happening to you is still 100% within your first amendment rights, and that is all I did. I submit that I was not looking for a plausible soap box and my only goal was to bring about a degree of freedom to my life that would be free of baseless interference and the non passive use of what I am certain is a spy satellite. One thing that can not be denied was that I documented the certainty I had that everything I looked at was being gauged. I went every where my employer told me to, avoiding all the government’s traps to get me fired for as long as possible, so I could say -even at the entry level of this criminal process- that I was not trying to avoid anyone or any location and I never had a mystery contact. In the end, I make no excuses, experiencing a level of this technology that was so disturbing that I can not articulate it and only the next President will realize how shameful it was, if he or she cares to ask. The only thing I am guilty of is removing the dividers that have been carefully set in the well compartmentalized, article II operation. The unfortunate paradox in this situation is that the more reckless and repulsive the use of this technology became in order to pour cement over its own use, the more convinced I became that I had to tell the truth to protect myself and those around me, and the greater of a genuine national security concern this whole situation became. Round and round we went.
Soon after these events started occurring, I visited an optometrist and then an ophthalmologist. I had an optometrist examination at the Glen Ellyn Vision Center. As my evaluation was starting, I was asked to take a auto refraction test. Immediately before this process, I felt my eyes change focus and I am nearly certain it was so I couldn’t get an accurate examination. After the test, the operator was surprised by something on the print out the machine produced. I then had my vision checked manually by my doctor and it corresponded to the auto refractor. When I asked to have a copy of all the results before I left, the assistant gave me everything but the auto refractor results. I asked for a copy of that to, and she refused. Before leaving, I asked her to talk with the owner because I felt it was my right to have it. When I got home, there was a pleasant message waiting for me that they will mail me the results. As luck would have it, when I got my prescription for my eye glasses filled, they seemed to make my vision worse rather than better. Luckily, before this operation began, I had a very light prescription. In case something with my new CIA prescription didn’t fit within the plausibility scale of my past medical records, the auto refraction results would indicate that I wasn’t misleading the optometrist. The optometrist evaluation was done at the on October 1, 2007.
A few days later, I had a complete ophthalmologist evaluation done. I had my eyes dilated and had an extensive examination, including a few specialized tests. The Dr said that my eyes were healthy and their was nothing to suggest such symptoms. Please keep in mind that during these medical “experiences”, I had a high deductible insurance policy and have been paying a good portion of these medical bills out of pocket. I had this evaluation at on October 6, 2007.
The most reckless example that I can articulate, and that other people clearly witnessed, was the one I articulated in my last letter to you. This was before I started experiencing the visual and motion perception problems I articulated on a daily basis. There was a semi truck driving on the shoulder on the left side of a three lane highway and their was a car pacing the truck on the right side of the highway, leaving me no choice but to try and pass in the center lane. At the moment I tried to pass, the truck rapidly swerved toward my lane, but never crossed the diver line. In reaction I swerved to the right and almost lost control of my car trying to avoid the car in the left lane. Each individual involved did not break the law in Patriot Act plausible world, and they would never be able to admit that they were classified “informants” for the FBI since that would compromise national security. The reality was they acted more like Interstate stalking specialists, learning the plausible craft of national security investigations. This event happened on April 24th, 2007 driving through the Madison metro area in the afternoon. I was driving Northbound on Interstate 39/90 in route to an training in Wausau, WI scheduled by my HP counter part, Michelle.
I assure you, this technology is still being used to target me. It is what has contained this shameful compartmentalized operation, making constant surveillance possible, and giving investigators the pretence to have the people around me do and say anything as an investigative excuse. For every single day for over the last year, this technology has been used, in varying degrees, to enhance my senses and emotions, create artificial sensations, and have them run parallel to the investigative scripts and scenarios I find myself in trying to life my everyday life. I am certain the only reason the national security service has access to your medical records in to set a plausibility scale for the CIA using this technology. I submit that this technology can enhance any bodily or mental function normally controlled by the brain, and my biggest concern is that some processes can be reinforced until a genuine medical condition develops. During the course of some national security investigations/operations, FBI informants, working with perfect synchronization from a spy satellite targeting a subject, can document a variety of medical or mental symptoms. Once documented by a physician and secured by the National Security Service, the plausibility scale widens and the CIA can go to town. A degree of plausibility and a claim of ignorance that can “neutralize” any threat even if no laws were ever broken.
I have no existing medical conditions with the exception of elevated blood pressure that started to become apparent during the course of this investigation. I immediately saw a doctor and started taking a prescription medicine to have it well within a normal range. I exercise two to three times a week and eat healthy. I have absolutely no history of any mental illness. Prior to this investigation/operation starting, I have absolutely no history of any mental episodes including panic, paranoia, or hysteria and if you were to interview every single person that knows me they would confirm this. Prior to moving back to Chicago, I took a psychological exam as part of the hiring process with the Alexandria Police department and raised absolutely no red flags. I stand behind my claim 100% that the FBI and CIA are misusing informants and a spy satellite to create conditions to document mental and medical problems in order to pour cement over this entire criminal process.
Please never accept any claim that I am intentionally steering events toward misstatements. Having completely failed to pour the cement necessary to suggest I have a mental disorder, I believe the only option for these professionals is to claim that I may be trying to steer events to suggest my side of a fabricated story is true. I am submitting that my side of the story is 100% true, and that the government is using a technology in an illegal way to steer events in my life. Using my vision as an example, we are at a point were both parties can say my eyes are fine. I am stating that there is intentional manipulation of my vision and sensory perception due to satellites. The government is saying that I am lying and may be possibly steering events that create that perception. If my claims are true and such a technology is targeting me, I realize that the irony of this well compartmentalized, article II, operation is that the closer I get to articulating the truth, the more focused this beam could be. The more I say something is happening to me, the more they can say it’s not, as they continue to reinforce its use. The more they reinforce its use, the more I feel I have to tell the truth. It’s quite the paradox and here we are. We are at a point where either I am an shameful manipulator or a truly sick person or it is the various compartments of this government that have developed a shameful craft that takes each of these qualities and spin them 180 degrees with a premeditated focal point. If all you need in each compartment is a degree of plausibility and a claim of ignorance, then you better trust the person who sets the dividers. Despite the risk of telling the absolute truth, and allowing this process to compound my problems, I have an element of faith that guides me to believe that telling the truth now -especially in the face of pure hypocrisy and reckless arrogance- it is more likely that a greater good will materialize one day for me and the people I care for.
I do not know what triggered this investigation but have assumed it was an online application to the CIA in October of 2006. I used key words in the “skills section” to bypass any screening filter, but also made mention that I did not posses these skills and my only intention was to have my application reviewed by a person. It was a final, and poorly thought out, attempt to be considered for government employment before I committed myself, and my check book, to completing my graduate degree. In my last letter to you, I explained, that along with my employment with the US Secret Service, there are also some circumstantial facts that I am nearly certain would be against Federal statute to articulate. I have been denied legal representation and I don’t know the full scope and the details of this law. The saving grace for the FBI and CIA is this law because they can hide behind these facts and I can never address them. The FBI has had close to two years to investigate these “facts” and if caught in one lie or misstatement I would be charged with obstruction of justice. I am certain that after all this time, there is still not a single fact that a crime ever occurred. It would be very easy for me to demonstrate with 100% certainty that these facts can not be anything but pure circumstance given my job and where I lived. If it wasn’t my email to the CIA that triggered this investigation, then I can only assume it was another illegal program, possibly “data-mining” that somehow took these raw facts and spit them into a national security investigation in some sort of plausible manner. If this is correct -I have absolutely no proof that it is- it would be a testament to the fact that I was not trying to avoid any documentation of my activities because I never imagined they would come under any scrutiny.
I am certain that every effort has been made to negatively effect my quality of life in the hopes that I did disclose this information. Please don’t underestimate how shameful this President is. I am certain that a shameful craft has developed at the National Security Service that uses overlapping investigate excuses to negatively effect someone’s life and create an entrapment funnel.
I also made mention of mail I received directly from the CIA in reference to their employment process. I have kept all the mail from that period, never showing it to any living soul. I have attached a copy of the initial letter that initiated the hiring process. I feel these letters and being used as circumstantial facts because they contained the locations of the interview locations. As mentioned, I can say with 100% certainty that I have never been within close proximity of these buildings, with the exception of my actual interviews, and there no facts, and never will be, to suggest otherwise. At this point, depending on how the dirty coins lands, I will damned if I do or damned if I don’t. I feel that destroying some of the documents I was given from the Secret Service, and never asked to return, were also used as circumstantial facts. None of these documents were classified and I felt I had the legal right to have them. My basic logic was that since I was actually employed by the Secret Service, I had a professional responsibility to destroy them after my though process became extremely paranoid. Ever since I was approached by an undercover agent, I knew I was being followed and carefully documented that in my last letter. I had no idea why I was being followed, and I didn’t have a single thought about any documents I had in my possession. It wasn’t until over three weeks later, when things started to take a downward spiral, that I became very paranoid and I started to go through all the documents that were given to me in my previous years. As mentioned, no living soul has ever seen any of these documents, even though it was within my right to show them to whom ever I wanted. I would swear and confirm every word in this statement now or at any point in the future.
Throughout this entire process, I have had access to over $20,000 in cash advances from credit cards, and if I was guilty of any serious crime, I would have probably got on the first plane to Brazil after I was approached my an undercover federal agent in November of 2006 and would have learned how to surf. I wrongly assumed, that in America today, you are innocent until proven guilty and I’m still waiting to be interviewed as every aspect of my life can somehow be derailed using razor thin investigative excuses. Who needs a court, a lawyer, or even probable cause when you can contain and isolate someone in an ad-hoc domestic surveillance prison? In hindsight, if I ever tried to get onboard a plane leaving this country, even for a vacation, I would probably develop some sort of medical or mental condition in route and the plane would have to turn around. Cancun will have to wait until I am employed again and someone with a degree of decency and commonsense gets elected to run this country. I’ll have to hold my breath and hope I still have credit at that point.
Despite my hint of sarcasm, my spirits are high. Despite being fired, I feel I have maintained my resume through this process fairly well and an certain that I will be able to find quality employment once this “investigative” interference stops. I have no doubt that the next eight months will be an uphill battle as every effort is made to pour cement over this operation. I am on track to graduate with my graduate degree this fall and hope the next President will give me a degree of freedom so I can use it. My biggest concern is that a similar investigative process may be unleashed to target my friends and family members along with the possibility that this satellite can be used in a non-passive way to target them as well. I can only ask that you make every effort to address the use of these satellites in a forum where Article II lies won’t hold legal ground and try to modify any legislation that would make such non passive use, that I articulated, illegal under any circumstances. I am certain that in trying to approach my situation and claims, you will encounter a classification regime that is more creative than the worst loan product, but in this case, the product is the protection of our country and our freedoms.
From my perspective, if “threat neutralization” is the mandate, this investigative process can be unleashed without even a FISA warrant. The FBI can simply use national security letters to collect phone and email records of everyone you know and follow you to fill in the gaps. Once accomplished, simply compel every person to do and say whatever they want to steer any element of anyone’s life using razor thin investigative excuses as the pretence. I would consider any legislation that would require a surveillance warrant from a criminal circuit court, rather than the FISA court, before any investigative process would cross a threshold of actually interfering with any element of anyone’s life. There should be probable cause before the government can interfere with any aspect of your life and only if it serves a genuine investigative purpose, and that probable cause should be of the higher level of the criminal court so investigators are not investigating and creating pure circumstance. Furthermore, any technology that contributes to any investigative process that interferes with any element of a person’s life should only be approved by that criminal circuit court judge. Until the FBI is “probably sure” that a crime ever occurred, they can use the FISA court all they want to conduct surveillance that does not interfere with someone’s life.
I realize that even swallowing this possibility takes a leap of faith, but I stand by every word I say. I have viewed my service from both sides of the fence in such a way that few people have. On one side, meeting and shaking the hand of the leader of the free world whose job it was for me to protect. On the other side, having that service be used as a pretence for the same leader to unleash all his men, and most of my community as a proxy, to destroy every element of my life. Believe it or not, the irony goes much deeper than that. My immediate concern is the use of these satellites to target American’s in a non passive way and I appreciate the fact that any attempt to resolve my specific situation would be difficult at best. I hope you can seek a clearer picture of the methods the FBI uses to compel people and the pretences they use for investigative purposes. The notion that they can compel every citizen I come into contact with to cooperate with them is appalling and goes against every reason we have national security programs to begin with- the protection of our freedoms. I have come to understand the shame of this President and his inner circle who have developed a craft of selecting self serving facts and spinning the truth 180 degrees around them. If the next President wants to uphold all the laws of this country and protect genuine national security at the same time, I have no idea how they would get out of this national security black hole.
In the past, when I wrote your office, I usually sent a similar letter to other Senators on the Judiciary and Intelligence Committees, the members of the FISA court, the Inspector General, and your fellow Senator in Illinois. My response to your correspondence will only go to your office and I give you the discretion and permission to share this letter as you feel appropriate.
I stand by the fact that I have never broken any serious law, and it was the zealous and incompetence of the President and his deputies that guided this entire process, throwing caution to the wind at every phase line and exposing me to a deeper and deeper level of this technology to extract information and a sicker and sicker level of this technology to pour cement over it. During the course of this process, the President would simply double down over and over again in an attempt pour cement over his previous incompetence, arrogance, and pure shame and justify it as the “greater good’. Right now the table is overflowing with chips. His selective interpretation of the greater good is nothing more than a shameful way to cover up his incompetence and ignorance since he is the one that signed off on this unsecured marker that our history has never seen before. Time will only expose these qualities, and all the lives needlessly destroyed, as it traces his dangerous gambles back to the original bet and truth point. In the end the house will always win, and when it’s time to call in the marker, the bank will be left holding the bag.
The next President will inherit a decision that no President should have to make. I am certain that every single statement I have made can be verified by the next President and he or she will have to decide whether it is more important to give one innocent citizen his freedom back or keep this process going ensuring an added degree of security to every single citizen in this country. I submit that I have become a national security concern through no fault of my own and I hope the next President will find a balance that lets me live with a degree of decency and freedom and the only request I have is that any satellites cease targeting my family and I in any non-passive manner. I sincerely think that the Senator you support is truly the best candidate to find this balance, and more generally, lead this country in the right direction. I am not just saying this for flattery, but have taken many of his words to heart. My parents, who are divorced, are not perfect and I feel that every opportunity was taken to leverage some of their shortcoming and make implications and inferences that would make their operation more plausible. I submit that they gave me hope, love, and an education along with the courage to never give up. They reinforced these qualities during a childhood that was second to none and these qualities were set so deep that the even the most shameful of operations will never come close to squeezing these qualities out. I appreciate your assistance and appreciate any further assistance you may offer and truly wish Senator Obama a successful presidential campaign.

I may not agree with Mitt's politics, but a rich, successful businessman does not run and serve as Governor (which is the state-level version of the Executive in Chief) and run for president twice unless he wants the job.
You know what people who want to be pres "less than anyone" and have "no desire to run" don't do? Run for office.
