Time for everyone to come together, except the results of the election and work together to make America even greater than it already is. It's up to us the American people, not the politicians, not the plutocrats, not the Democrats or Republicans, it's up to us we the people.
Hey, Mo and Chilled! Are y'all familiar with Matt Taibbi, the Political Correspondent from Rolling Stone? Last month, he did a terrific and very eye-opening (if a little brief) piece on how the mass corporate media creates most of the election coverage themselves in order to have something to report on.
His thesis is that, if it weren't for having new polls popping up roughly every eleven goddamned minutes, the corporate news outlets wouldn't have much left to yack about and would have to content themselves with covering stories that might actually have some direct bearing on our daily lives.
He's a great writer; his book Griftopia, on how the grey-suited thieves crashed our economy and wound up getting paid gigantic bonuses for having done so, is the one thing I've read that can make some sense of the incredibly complex financial instruments by which the fat cats pick the pockets of the Productive Class. Recommended! (But not for Romney voters; they already know the truth, that it was welfare mothers in the Chicago projects who wield such staggering influence that they brought America's economy to its knees.)

The media does an excellent job covering hurricanes, the causes of global warming, not so much.
The media donates air time to colorful rightwingers like Donald Trump, but can't make time to interview scientists and economists.
I think, when the money from negative campaign ads goes away, the TV broadcasters will find they have lost viewers.
Personally, I have cut back on my T V watching, and I feel healthier for it. I don't trust todays "journalists."

I agree FoxTrotsky, the media creates the BS, which serves their own interests, not the peoples, it's up to we the people to not to be lead by the media and take what they say with a grain of salt.
It is an Election Day Episode of "Darth Rove." AKA. Karl Rove. The GOP/RNC "Master of Madness and Misinformation." Progressive Power Productions knows that "Darth Rove." AKA. Karl Rove. Loves to lie to anyone who will listen. He also likes to make excuses for his evil personality.
"Election Day."
Scene One opens with Darth Rove pacing around his huge pit of fire. At times he will stop and stare up at his posters of Hitler.
Hoaky Hannity enters Darth Rove's. Crazy Chamber Of Tea Begger Crap. "Master. Romney is here to see you." Announced Hoaky Hannity limping back towards the large Chamber Door.
"Good! Get him in here my zombie!" Ordered Darth Rove. Glaring with fire spewing out of blood shot eyes.
Scene One ends with a very happy "Romulian Romney" skipping into "Darth Rove's" Chamber of Death.
Scene Two opens with Darth Rove pointing his cane at "Romulian Romney."
"You had better win the Presidential Election tonight boy!" Warned Darth Rove as fire is spewing out of his ears.
Romney gave a big thumbs up and exclaimed." No problem Karl! I have lied everyday duing this campaign, and I am so proud to be a "Flip-Flopper!" I am the 'boss' Karl, and I will be sending all Government Programs over to my buddies on Wall Street. I made it clear in one of my many quietrooms that 47% of Americans are expendible to me."
"This is good Romulian!" Responded Rove grinning showing his small black and yellow teeth.
"Karl! My Ads are such a lie, and I love to step up my Ads of lies to the hilt! Laughed Romulian Romney. Suddenly he does flips in the air going up and down the chamber floor.
"Stop that! Now get over here Romulian!" Ordered Karl.
Scene Two closes with Romulian Romney doing flips back towards the huge pit of fire.
Scene Three opens with Darth Rove getting very angry. Fire begins shooting out of his pit of fire is hitting his Chamber ceiling.
"What are going to do if you lose?" Asked Darth Rove, rubbing his puggy little hands together.
"So! I will just deny that I lost, and pretend that I won! You see Karl! I will do anything to close the deal." Yelled Romney shaking his fist in the air.
"What??" Darth Rove starts turning red.
"That's right Karl! Even if I lose? I will still give a huge Victory Speech stating what I will do as President. I will go to the White House and turn it into a huge Casino." Explained Romney grinning and clapping his hands together.
"Are you insane?" Asked Darth Rove. Flames of fire came shooting out of his blood shot eyes.
In great anger. Romney yells back."I might be Karl! You and America will never know for sure! Suddenly "Romulian Romney" starts skipping around "Darth Rove's" Chamber of Death.
Scene Three ends with Two Nurses in white coats carrying a Straight Jacket. They come running out from the huge wooden door behind the tall throne of "Darth Rove."
"Get him! Get this Pathological Liar out of here!" Ordered Rove shooting huge streaks of hot flames at the skipping Romney. The nurses from the local Mental Hospital drag Romney to the chamber floor, and put the GOP/RNC "Intervert and Chief" into the Straight Jacket. As they carry "Romulian Romney" out of the chamber. "Darth Rove" is yelling into the smelly air. "NO!!!"

Remember to get out and vote America! Chant this as you go to the polls. Hey! Hey! Ho! Ho! The Party of NO has got to go!!
There is an old saying that goes, "It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings". Well, she's all warmed up and warbling herself silly. By the end of the day it will be all over but the cheering. Democrats will be cheering and Republicans will be crying in their beer.

Progressive= Forward 11 no argument from me. Thanks for your support and for supporting our President and our troops. By voting Democratic you are doing both. Remember Romney didn't mention veterans or active duty military once in his convention speech. Obama did.
Who are you liberals trying to convince ? your selves ! obama had his shot and he blew it on obama care, here it is 4 years later and the country as a whole is in worst shape than it was when obama started his lying campaign. The economy is not moving, unemployment is in real numbers at 14 percent, regulations are in abundant numbers, restrictions that hold back growth are what obama is bragging about, and the worst aspect of the obama era is the cover up of fast & furious, not willing to enforce immigration laws, or close the border to Mexico, and the Benghazi fiasco, obama lied, and is still trying to prevent the truth from coming out, he is responsible for the deaths of 4 Americans, and the attack on the American consulate which is a act of war yet obama refuses to recognize the issue. This is pay back for a president who didn't do his job, a president who is bowing to countries and apologizing for "mistakes" made by the United States of America. The unAmerican attitude that obama has is astonishing. Obama has exposed him self as a Muslim brotherhood sympathizer, and should be questioned about his honor to protect America at any cost.
That is very true baldeagle11. Progressive Think Tanks were not shocked at all that the GOP/RNC "Coward" made no mention of the troops. The GOP/RNC "Bain Trained Speculator" has no Foreign Policy Policy ideas, and no sense of Patriotism. The GOP/RNC "Intervert" hid out in France during the Vietnam War. WOW!
