Surrogates for President Barack Obama and Republican nominee Mitt Romney projected outward confidence on Sunday in each candidate's ability to win on Election Day.
As the final NBC News-Wall Street Journal poll showed a close race nationally between the two candidates, their top supporters squabbled over who held the upper hand in critical battleground states.
"I'm very confident that, two days out from Election Day, the president's going to be re-elected on Tuesday night," said David Plouffe, a White House adviser who managed the president's 2008 campaign, on "Meet the Press."
There are seven states, worth 89 electoral votes, considered true "toss-up" states on NBC News' battleground map: Colorado, Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia, Florida and New Hampshire. Other competitive states include Nevada, which has leaned slightly for Obama in recent polls, and North Carolina, which has tended toward Romney in many recent polls.
"All these states right now, we think the president's in a good position to win," Plouffe said.
Both Obama and Romney spent Saturday barnstorming these battleground states in hope of shoring up their base and shaking loose prized undecided voters in the final hours of the campaign. But their professed confidence belied a much more competitive battle for the 270 electoral votes needed to secure the presidency, especially as an uncertain finale loomed over the 2012 campaign.
The Romney campaign said its Sunday schedule — which took the former Massachusetts governor to Pennsylvania and Republican vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan to Minnesota — both states which Republicans have only contested as of late — was a sign of surging national momentum. But Democrats castigated those trips as a sign of desperation, as Romney scrambled for new pathways to 270.
One of the most hotly contested battleground states includes Virginia, which Obama has put into play in 2008 and again in 2012. It also has one of the earliest poll closing times in the nation on Tuesday, and could offer political observers an early indicator of the trend lines in the election.
"We're going to win this state, and I think we're going to win it a lot bigger than people are predicting," said House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, the No. 2 House Republican who represents a Richmond-area district.
He added: "I see here on the ground, there is a lot of enthusiasm for Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan."
But political bravado is a well-worn tradition for the closing days of the elections, and Plouffe was quick to seize upon Romney's plans to spend some of his final campaign stops in Virginia and Florida, two states he might not be able to afford losing come Tuesday night.
"We think Gov. Romney's playing defense," the White House aide said of Virginia and Florida. "I'd rather be the president today than Gov. Romney in terms of those two states."
Plouffe also characterized the Obama campaign's position in Iowa and Ohio — two footholds of the president's Midwestern "firewall" — as "commanding," though he cautioned the campaign must execute its get-out-the-vote efforts on Tuesday if it is to secure those states.

I'm shocked!, Shocked I tell you.
I fully expect this to be the case until around midnight on Tuesday.
...the most important thing is the ground game ...the get-out-the-vote drives...the Obama campaign has an excellent track record in this. But - Remember that GOP has worked hard, even committing fraud - please google 'RNC sproul fraud Florida' to learn more about the GOP fraud. .
Remember GOP has not just committed one fraud in this case, this case of Sproul in Florida is one of many cases in a vast right wing conspiracy to steal this close election - Florida again!!!!!!!!!!
hillary/michelle 2016? confirms your insanity
Looking at all the swing state polling, I think President Obama is in good shape.
NC is one I'm not so certain about. I think he may pull FLA out, but with all the shenanigans going on down there, it's anyone's guess. Same with Ohio.
Voter fraud is alive & well here in America.
Was this I wonder mentioned on MTP? Can't watch the progam. Can't stand republicans. They are attempting to outright steal our democracy.

Tehran: Iran has suspended the enrichment of uranium stockpiles to the 20 percent purity needed to bring it a short step from building a nuclear device.
Mohammad Hossein Asfari, a member of parliament responsible for foreign policy and national security, termed the move a ‘goodwill’ gesture, aimed at softening Iran's position before a new round of scheduled talks with the US after this week's presidential elections, reports The Guardian.
Asfari said he hoped sanctions would be lifted in return for Iran's actions, otherwise it would resume the programme. Talks aimed at halting Iran's enrichment programme have made little progress, leading to the west tightening sanctions and increasing the prospect of military action by Israel, the paper said.

Feisty, yes I sure did see last night's campaign event in VA. Wonderful closing moments to this campaign 2012. Just wonderful.
For those of you who are not interested in faith issues, then you can just skip the link below. This is a video released by the President's team today. Very appropriate for the Sunday before Election Day.

As a Christian myself, this is very moving. I like having a President who is a leader of all Americans, not just a chosen few.
Liz Warren’s the true ‘warrior’
“I went to jail 40 times,” said Georgia’s veteran Congressman John Lewis. The man who almost died crossing the Edmund Pettus Bridge with Martin Luther King Jr. nearly 50 years ago sounded more like the preacher he once longed to be. “I never gave up, and I never gave in,” he said as his voice swelled.
“And I believe with every fiber of my being that this woman, this smart, gifted woman will never give up, and will never let you down. She’s a fighter, a warrior,” Lewis said, as he turned to enfold Warren in a bear hug.
Rudy Giuliani munching a cannoli in Mike’s Pastry with U.S. Sen. Scott Brown is a photo op. What happened here yesterday inspired people to leave the church and fan out across Springfield, knocking on doors. That’s the difference.
“What’s at stake right now,” said Gov. Deval Patrick, who fired up the crowd with an impassioned riff on political courage, “is nothing less than the American Dream. Elizabeth is going to win because people see the contrasts that lie ahead and they understand that this is someone who’s already stood up and given voice to their concerns.”
Jackie Shanti left the Old First Church yesterday lifted by the thought she was among that sea of supporters who caused an emotional Elizabeth Warren to say, “My heart is filled with optimism. Together, we do have the power to make this happen.”

To bad GOP supporters care more about making murdered americans a political issue then caring about the families. Course, when they are led by Romney who used the murder of an ex navy seal for political gain, we shouldn't be surprised. I wonder if you are mourning in black, or if you are just blinded by the hate for Obama. Hmmmm..
Democrats - Hope you remembered to set your clocks back 1 hour for daylight savings time.
Republicans - Did you set your clocks back 1 century?
Any sitting President, of ALL citizens in the United States of America, that uses the word "REVENGE," needs to be booted. He wants REVENGE people!!! Just like the middle school bullies and the narcissists sitting in jail!
You can argue it is against the Congress, but you fail to mention, Congress was voted in by society, who are part of the nation, for which, Obama should be representing.
OBAMA HAS NO SHAME!!!
Romney/Ryan 2012 for no more bullying!!
I wish I could be a fly on the wall come Wednesday morning. All that money the wealth has thrown at this election only to see Bishop Romney and Lying Ryan loose. When the rich spend money like this they expect to reap some type of gain for it. Too bad there will be none. The rich will be looking for Romney's head on a platter for loosing.

Revenge as a reason to vote for Obama...
I can give you a real good reason to NOT vote for him:
Our troops have died at almost twice the rate since he became commander-in-chief. Same mission as before...twice the rate. And all I hear is him thumping his chest about bin laden.
President Obama is NOT a competent Commander-in-Chief. If you guys haven't figured out what angle I'm looking at this...it's boots on the ground. In this view, the president is WEAK.
Shouldn't be surprised though...counting to five seems to be beyond his grasp too.
Last night's VA speeches were some of the best politicking I think I've witnessed this election aside from Bill at the convention. Last night Bill was mesmerizing and Obama was uplifting. Great stuff to watch.
Well done and let's hope carries even more momentum forward into Tuesday.
Not a single true item in your post earthpig.....try again.
Nope, it's ANOTHER reason NOT to vote for Romney. :)
That's actually a lie. During the Iraq War more were dying at a faster rate. In the last two years with increased attacks the rates in Afghanistan have risen but are not higher then during the peak in Iraq.
Tell that to all those who came home from Iraq, tell that to all those on the Eastern Seaboard who appreciate a president there to help them unlike the dolt who left New Orleans to drown.
Fact you say? Then let's see you back it up with real facts. :) Even Romney had to back off on that attack because of what a moron he looked like in the debates. Go for it. Let's see if you can do what even Romney and Fux Snews can't and prove Obama isn't a leader. :D
That's not even a good enough taunt to be considered lame. :D
The House of Representatives will be essentially the same as now after the election, with Republicans in control with about 240 seats.
This means that a vote for Obama is a vote for several more years of 'GRIDLOCK', since Obama has demonstrated that he is either unwilling or unable to compromise with the Republicans.
Unlike Reagan and Clinton, who worked closely with an opposing Congress to get lots of good things done, Obama has made only one attempt to meet with the Republicans (on the Debt crisis), and even then he reneged on the 'deal' he made with Boehner.
With Romney as President, we will at least have some cooperation between the White House and Congress, and avoid more GRIDLOCK.

Backhouse "President Obama - Champion for the middle class. 5.5 million private sector jobs over the last 33 monthS."
What a joke - The middle class has suffered more under Obama than any other President in modern history - average family income is down about $5,000 per year, and fewer people are working today than when Bush left office - according to the official government Bureau of Labor Statistics.
Instead of making things better - Obama has made things WORSE for the Middle Class.
Hillary/Michelle???
That'd be aawwwweeessssooommmmeeee!!!!!
They never give up!
If you can't beat em... then cheat em;
The Republican money machine is getting desperate. They have realized that you can't win by running a campaigned based on 90% lie's. Here's is one of there biggest which is the platform of his whole campaign.Mr. Romney says when I'm president, I will create 12 million jobs, but in the next breath Romney says the Government doesn't create jobs.
So how does that work? If the government can't create jobs then how can the government create 12 million jobs?
Obama wins by double digits
Romney closing Nonunion plant in Freeport on Nov 5th and shipping jobs to China!
Mr. Romney holds a controlling share (51%) in Bain.
Nine years ago, the company bought two camshaft factories that employed about 500 people in Michigan. By 2007 both were shut down. Now Asimco manufactures the same components in China on government-donated land in a coastal region that China has designated an export base, where companies are eligible for the sort of subsidies Mr. Romney says create an unfair trade imbalance.
But there is a twist to the Asimco story that would not fit neatly into a Romney stump speech: Since 2010, it has been owned by Bain Capital, the private equity firm founded by Mr. Romney, who has as much as $2.25 million invested in three Bain funds with large stakes in Asimco and at least seven other Chinese businesses, according to his 2012 candidate financial disclosure and other documents.
That and other China-related holdings by Bain funds in which Mr. Romney has invested are a reminder of how he inhabits two worlds that at times have come into conflict during his campaign for the White House.
As a candidate, Mr. Romney uses China as a punching bag. He accuses Beijing of unfairly subsidizing Chinese exports, artificially holding down the value of its currency to keep exports cheap, stealing American technology and hacking into corporate and government computers.
“How is it China’s been so successful in taking away our jobs?” he asked recently. “Well, let me tell you how: by cheating.”
But his private equity dealings, both while he headed Bain and since, complicate that message.
Mr. Romney’s campaign insists he has no control over his investments since they are held in a blind trust. That said, a confidential prospectus for one of the Bain funds, obtained by The New York Times, promotes China as a good investment for some of the same reasons that Mr. Romney has said concern him: “Strong fundamentals” like manufacturing wages 85 percent lower than what Americans earn, vast foreign exchange reserves and the likelihood that China will surpass the United States as the world’s largest economy.
“Accordingly, Bain Capital expects to see an increasing array of high-growth companies available for investment,” the prospectus says, noting the relative dearth of private equity in China.
Among the companies in which the Bain funds have invested is a global auto parts maker that is in the process of closing a factory in Illinois and moving most of the equipment and jobs to Jiangsu Province, where the Chinese government has built it a new plant; a Chinese electronics retailer accused by Microsoft of selling computers with pirated software; and a Hong Kong-based Chinese appliance maker that was sued for copying another company’s design for a deep-fat fryer.
Asked if Mr. Romney sees any conflict between his Bain investments in China and his policy positions, the campaign said: “Only the president has the power to level the playing field with China. No private citizen can do that alone.”
The campaign said Mr. Romney put his fortune, estimated at $250 million, in a “blind trust” when he became Massachusetts governor in 2003. “The trustee of the blind trust has said publicly that he will endeavor to make the investments in the blind trust conform to Governor Romney’s positions, and whenever it comes to his attention that there is something inconsistent, he ends the investment,” the statement said.
Should Mr. Romney become president, however, the structure of the trust would most likely not meet the federal requirements for independent management. It is managed by a Boston-based law firm, Ropes & Gray, that has a long history of doing legal work for both Mr. Romney and Bain Capital, including representing some of the same Bain funds in which it invested Mr. Romney’s money.
Mr. Romney’s trustee, R. Bradford Malt, who is chairman of Ropes & Gray, declined to comment.
Bain Capital declined to comment on specific investments, but said in a statement that its Chinese holdings “are consistent with the widely accepted principle that the private sector has a critical role to play in the continuing interdependence of the world’s economies.”
Last year, Mr. Romney’s trust sold its stake in an array of foreign holdings, including two Chinese state-owned companies: an oil company and a bank that have done business in Iran. But Mr. Romney continues to have money in Bain funds with sizable holdings in China.
He has as much as $250,000 in the Bain Capital Asia Fund and as much as $1 million each in Bain Capital Funds IX and X, all Cayman Islands entities used by Bain to make sizable investments in China, according to the 2012 candidate financial disclosures and confidential Bain prospectuses obtained by The Times through a public records request.
Among those funds’ holdings is $234 million that Bain invested in 2009 in Gome Electrical Appliances, a major Chinese retailer that was accused by Microsoft this year of selling computers with pirated software. In 2007, Bain’s Asia fund also invested $39 million in Feixiang Group, a Chinese producer and exporter of chemicals that is a designated “state high-tech enterprise,” making it eligible for tax breaks and other government incentives. Ropes & Gray represented Bain in the partial sale of Feixiang three years later for a 53 percent return on the fund’s investment.
The Asia fund withdrew from another deal in 2008 that could have proved politically embarrassing to Mr. Romney. After the Bush administration objected, Bain dropped plans to team up with a Chinese technology giant, Huawei, to buy 3Com, a network equipment maker that supplies software and equipment to the Pentagon and other federal agencies.
The administration said intelligence reports indicated that Huawei, which was founded by a former People’s Liberation Army officer, posed “national security problems,” according to a lawsuit stemming from the deal’s collapse. A House Intelligence Committee report released Monday said Huawei continued to have troubling connections to the Chinese government, something the company denies.
Bain’s interest in China dates to when Mr. Romney ran the firm. During a panel discussion at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston in February 1998, he told of touring an appliance factory in China where 5,000 employees “were working, working, working, as hard as they could, at rates of roughly 50 cents an hour.”
Not long afterward, a Bain affiliate, Brookside Capital Partners, acquired about 6 percent of Global-Tech Appliances, whose factory in many ways matched Mr. Romney’s description. The next year, Brookside and another Bain-related entity increased their stake to 9 percent, before selling their shares in 2000.
Just before Bain bought shares, a French firm accused Global-Tech of stealing its deep-fat fryer design. In a decision affirmed by the Supreme Court in 2011, the company was found to have willfully violated the French firm’s United States patent, selling the knockoffs even after it was sued.
Mr. Romney also has millions invested in a series of Bain funds that have a controlling stake in Sensata Technologies, a manufacturer of sensors and controls for vehicles, aircraft and electric motors that employs 4,000 workers in China. Since Bain took over the operation in 2006, its investment has quadrupled in value. Bain continues to own $2.6 billion worth of Sensata’s shares.
Two years ago, Sensata bought an operation that made automobile sensors in Freeport, Ill. At the first meeting with the plant’s 170 workers, Sensata managers announced that by the end of 2012 all the equipment and jobs would be relocated, mostly to Jiangsu Province. Workers have staged demonstrations, pleading for Mr. Romney to intervene on their behalf.
Chinese engineers, flown to Freeport for training on the equipment, described their salaries as a pittance compared with Freeport wages. Tom Gaulrapp, who has operated machines at the factory for 33 years, said he fears he will go bankrupt after he loses his job on Nov. 5.
“This goes to show the unbelievable hypocrisy of this man,” he said of Mr. Romney. “He talks about how we need to get tough on China and stop China from taking our jobs, and then he is making money off shipping our jobs there.”
It is often difficult to determine precisely how much Mr. Romney benefits from specific investments by Bain funds, since his money goes into a pool used to buy stakes in companies. In the case of Sensata, however, it is clearer because he reported a charitable donation of $405,000 in Sensata stock that he received as “partnership distributions” in 2010 and 2011, according to his tax returns.
Jiangsu Province, where most of the Freeport jobs are moving, is one of China’s designated “export bases” for auto parts. Asimco, the other auto parts manufacturer in Bain’s portfolio, also has factories in Jiangsu Province and three other regions designated as export bases.
The Chinese government incentives offered to companies in those “bases” set off a complaint from the United States to the World Trade Organization last month. The United States asserted that in 2011, China spent $1 billion on grants, tax preferences, lowered interest rates and other subsidies to increase exports of auto parts in violation of fair trade rules.
Mr. Romney has been critical of these types of Chinese incentives to bolster exports.
The state-controlled Chinese Academy of Sciences has provided free research and development to Asimco, which exports at least 15 percent of its products, primarily to the United States. The authorities also gave the company land to build the factory that replaced the plants in Grand Haven, Mich.
Asimco’s China operations became a point of contention in bankruptcy proceedings that accompanied the closing of the Michigan plants. The bankruptcy trustee said that internal Asimco e-mails showed the company had transferred money to China to qualify for a Chinese tax rebate available only to manufacturers of exported products.
Jack Perkowski, the former longtime chairman of Asimco who now advises Western companies seeking to enter the Chinese market, said Asimco never benefited from export-related subsidies because most of its customers are in China. “I honestly can’t think of anything we could have gotten that was tied to the fact we were exporting,” he said.
But the company is striving for more overseas buyers. Last year Zhang Dejiang, the Chinese vice prime minister in charge of transportation, visited an Asimco assembly line and offered encouragement to workers. According to a statement on the company’s Web site, Mr. Zhang was particularly impressed that “the company’s products can rival their Western counterparts.”

And why do they bitch that Obama hasn't, when he hasn't raised corporate taxes and this trend is 30 years old so it can't be blamed on the last four years or ACA?
Yeah, so nice of Barry to stop by NJ for a few minutes to bless us with his prescence.......NOT! Too bad Chris Christie isn't a candidate. He is already more suited for office than Barry will ever be.
Tuesday's the day. We've lost a lot this week, but we haven't lost our memories. NJ will not forgot how "good" Barry has been to us when we vote.
One and Done.
Feisty,
Obama thinking he will get the NASCAR vote is like Romney going after the homosexual crowd. LOL
I hope your prediction for VA is better than your prediction on the WI recall election.
BTW, Obama had his Saturday Ohio rally at the Mentor gymnasium where McCain had his Saturday rally in 2008. It only holds 4,000 seats. Big difference from the 80,000 crowd Obama had on Saturday 2008 in Cleveland.
Beautiful sunny fall day here in MA. Hope it lasts through Election Day.
A little trivia pertaining to the sun:
One day you'll look to see I've gone
But tomorrow may rain, so I'll follow the sun.
This is considered to be the first Beatle song ever written. It was recorded in '64, however, Paul wrote it when he was just 16 yrs old, in 1959, when they were The Quarrymen.

After years of supporting Democrats and being called "Libtard", "Communist" and "Fascist" and having my patriotism and love of country questioned...
...after months of supporting Democrats and being called a freeloader and a leech...
...and after months of hearing Mr. Romney attempt to con his way first into a nomination and then an election through lies, deceipt and just plain standing for NOTHING...
...I can think of no better revenge than voting to re-elect President Obama on Tuesday.
Let's compare Obama's rhetoric in 2008 with his performance now;
1 – Promise - 'Investments' in Green Energy would create millions of new jobs. Reality – Billions wasted on Green Energy companies (like Solyndra) have been wasted, and no new jobs.
2 - Promise - My health care would go down and I would be able to keep my own plan? Reality – Health care costs have skyrocketed, and many employers are canceling coverage for workers.
3 – Promise - You would cut the deficit in half in 4 years. Reality – Four straight years of record deficits averaging about $1.3 Trillion (The largest Deficit under Bush was only $459 Billion in 2008), and the National Debt is $6 Trillion higher than the end of fiscal 2008.
4 – Promise - Unemployment would drop to about 5% in 4 years. Reality – We are still stuck near 8%, which is higher than the 7.4% for Bush's last full month in office.
5 – Promise - Energy costs would drop as we shifted to 'Green Energy'. Reality – Energy costs have skyrocketed (Gasoline is more than double the $1.84 per gallon when Obama took office), and food costs are increasing dramatically.
GRADE - F
Those of you undecided please do not vote on the past. Do your homework. Voting for Romney is a dangerous option;
Romneys tax plan has been shown to be mathematically impossible. and will add to the deficit, and increase taxes on the middle class, and reduce them for the rich. Romney will make health care harder to attain.Romney will allow the banks once again to fee and regulate you to death. Romney is for coal permits that allow top mountain drilling that is known to pollute communties aquifers.ie Big business before community, he has a history of trumping communtiy over big business. The only country out of 21 in the world that wants Romney to win is Pakistan, What does that tell you.
If you have sons and daughters in the military you can bet there will be more war, Romneys get tough with others attitude which was tempered by his advisors , (and this was painfully obvious in the foreign policy debate) will return if he is put into office. I truly do not want those that have lied to my face ,your face, with their finger on the button.
Do not allow polls and biased political ads to decide for you, form your own opinions,do your homework, Everything I have said about Romney I can back up.
PLease do not look where we have been look where we are going now ,which is forward.
Vote Romney and you will turn back the hands of time. Please do not vote on the past, Vote FORWARD.
Since I live right on the state line and work in TN, I find no better time to move to NC and become a resident of that state to vote for Romney in a crucial battleground state.
FOR ALL YOU OBAMA VOTERS NBC WILL NOT REPORT THIS SO I WILL
Sources who have debriefed the team that was at the CIA annex the night of the attack in Benghazi say that the CIA operators from the Global Response Staff, or GRS, were equipped with Mark 48 machine guns and had two types of laser capability. Each weapon had both a “passive” as well as a “visible” laser that could be used against the Libyan attackers.
The presence of laser capability on the roof of the CIA annex confirms what Fox News sources that night in Benghazi originally said, which is that they had laser capability and for 5 hours and 15 minutes were wondering where the usual overhead air support was, especially since, according to this source, they radioed from the annex beginning as early as midnight asking for it.
The presence of lasers raises more questions about why air support was not sent to Benghazi even protectively once it became clear that the fighting had followed the CIA rescue team back to the annex.
U.S. military officials say they "thought the fighting was over" after the team left the consulate and that there was a lull in the fighting.
Fox News has learned the guns were fitted with PEQ-15 lasers. The “passive” laser is not visible to the naked eye but can help team members identify hostile forces when the shooter is wearing NODS, or Night Observation Device attached to their helmet. The visible laser system places a red dot on the attacker and warns the attacker not to shoot, encouraging them to flee the scene. U.S. troops often use the visible laser to scare children or other civilians who find themselves in the middle of combat activity. When civilians see the laser they often back off in order not to be shot.
The GRS team that was present at the CIA annex provided security for the CIA station, as they do around the world. They are highly trained in countersurveillance, close target reconnaissance and in depth reconnaissance. Enemy fighters have learned in Afghanistan and Iraq to use their cell phones to follow or intercept these “passive” lasers without having night vision or NODS.
The Annex team also had Ground Laser Designators, or GLD. This kind of laser equipment emits code and signal when there is overhead air support, unmanned aerial surveillance, drones or Spectre gunships, for instance.
A source present the night of the attack says that the GRS team that was defending the annex asked where the air support was at midnight. Former SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were killed 5 hours and 15 minutes later.
The military is preparing a timeline from the night of the Benghazi attack and plans to outline what assets were available to commanders in the region, including AFRICOM commander General Carter Ham, who was visiting Washington, D.C., on September 11 and was in the Pentagon overseeing the operation that night.
Pentagon spokesman George Little says, “On the night of the attack on American personnel and facilities in Benghazi, there were no armed unmanned aerial vehicles over Libya, and there were no AC-130s anywhere close.”
On Thursday, the CIA excluded Fox News from a briefing for a small group of reporters in which they provided a timeline from the night of the attack in which they explain that at 5:15 a.m. (7 hrs and 28 minutes after the attack on the consulate began) five mortars are fired at the annex, three of them striking the roof and killing Woods and Doherty.
The CIA told the Washington Post’s David Ignatius that “the rooftop defenders never ‘laser the mortars’ as has been reported,” a reference to an earlier Fox News report. The CIA added the “defenders have focused their laser sights earlier on several Libyan attackers, as warnings not to fire.”
The U.S. military says that two unarmed Predators were overhead Benghazi that night and providing one stream of video back to Washington beginning at 11:11 p.m. (1 hr and 24 minutes) after the attack began.
U.S. military sources say that the second Predator was not armed even though it took off from Sigonella Air Base in Sicily after the attack began to provide back up to the first Predator which was at the end of its orbit and running low on fuel. US commanders say that in reference to the drones positioned at Sigonella: “Not all aircraft are armed. Ours are not.”
According to military sources, Libyan authorities have not given the U.S. military permission to fly armed drones over populated areas like Benghazi. However, for some time the unmanned aerial drones that have been watching Libya’s chemical weapons sites did have permission to be armed.

Jeff...
Check how many of our brave have fallen from 2001-2008. Then look at the numbers from 2009-present. Hard and fast numbers do not lie.
Spin it however you may...
ps-Iraq is a closed book. Our commander-in-chief f_cked that one up too.
The twisting of the "revenge" phrase by the GOP/TP is just plain silly and desperate.
Word games.
@allen;
What is your point sir? There is no doubt we could have taken action, you go ad nauseum to prove an obvious thing? The point is more why we did not respond with armed forces. Do you not know that the players in the attacks dress as civilians do. Sending troops or airstrikes into the unkown can lead to a massacre. We might of even killed those that helped us earlier.More lives would have been lost, and the community that was once helping us would immediately turn against us.
Obama had two generals in the area and his SOD advising not to send troops in. But hey you know better than they do the protocol for these situations right Allen?
AllenJames,
I didn't realize your anonymous, online, post is considered a credible media source.
allenjames - you know no more than anyone else about Benghazi and to post your lies is dishonest at best. The families have asked that this not be used in the political arena yet the radical righties just have to spout their lies in hopes of convincing someone they know something that - amazingly - even our offiicials don't know yet.
There is a formal investigation going on - the appropriate action for the tragic events which took place. You and your ilk who choose to make this a political football show the worse of America.
Obama/Biden 2012
The very same people who are lying to you about Benghazi are the very same ones who lied us to the Iraq war where over 4000 innocent Americans dies and hundred of thousands of innocent Iraqis.
While you want to bring up the hard and fast numbers. No American would have died in Iraq if the republicans had not told lie after lie to get us there.
But go ahead and believe them as you know they lied about Iraq and good thing we found those weapons of mass destruction.
Only in the republican world is ending a war and saving American lives is a f_ck up.
Like we all don't know that the reason the republicans did not want to leave Iraq is because they wanted to use it as their base to attack Iran. With only two wars destroying the American economy the republicans had planned for a third and President Obama ruined their war plans.
I too think the best revenge for all the republicans lies is that I voted a straight democratic ticket.
The libs already have their excuse in place for when the President loses the election.
The problem with the presidents campaign is that they're to lazy to do their own polling. They put too much confidence in the liberal polls, and just go off what those say.
Pres. Obama biggest errors this campaign:
1) Failing in the first debate
2) Thinking "Big Bird" was a viable attack line
3) Using childishness to rally his base "Romnesia" "Revenge" or anything Biden said
4) Assuming that America would never hold him responsible for his failures.
That is why he'll lose the election. Not voter fraud as the libs are trying to already claim. They're scared, its obvious.
Just an FYI!
60 Minutes today will have Reid & McConnell sitting together and being asked why they don't play nicely together. Wonder how they're going to respond.
Heartfelt thoughts to all affected by Sandy!
OBAMA/BIDEN - 2012 - Voted Democrat ALL THE WAY!

Updated for 1:00pm EST on Sunday, November 4, 2012:
*** Mischief alert: Quite a bit of suspect outlier polling favorable to Romney being floated out in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan today in the face of multiple polling which confirms strong Obama leads in each of these states. The Karl Rove axiom of 'shape perceptions to alter outcomes,' perhaps?
Obama's leads have been strengthening in Ohio and Nevada over the weekend and Romney has stabilized his position in both Florida and North Carolina.
Iowa, Colorado, New Hampshire, and Virginia remain in a state of flux with new RCP numbers likely to be released within hours.
---------------------------------------------------------
Real Clear Politics (RCP) consistently has been the "go-to" source for accurate averaged daily polling data for both FOXNEWS and NBCNEWS. With less than 35 hours to go in the 2012 presidential campaign, RCP continues to report that Obama leads in eight of their 11 toss-up states with Romney leading in three.
In descending order of 'percentage of lead' in favor of Obama, followed in ascending order of 'percentage of lead' in favor of Romney, here are the published averaged numbers from RCP as of 1:00pm EST together with the most recent FiveThirtyEight election night probabilities of victory for either candidate:
In WISCONSIN, with 10 electoral votes, Obama's lead has fallen to 4.2%, down from 5.0% on Saturday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama a 94.2% chance of victory here, up by 0.9% from Friday and by an astounding 8.5% since Tuesday.
*** It should be noted that RCP's average in Wisconsin has been influenced by an outlier poll from the right-leaning Rassmussen which has the race at a dead heat when four other current polls have Obama leading by 8.0%, 7.0%, 3.0%, and 3.0%. In fact, the 7.0% Obama lead was affirmed recently by another Right-leaning poll (WeAskAmerica) which is wholly funded by the conservative Illinois Manufacturing Association.
In PENNSYLVANIA, with 20 electoral votes, Obama's lead has fallen to 3.9%, down from 4.1% on Saturday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama a 97.3% chance of victory here, up by 1.2% from Friday and by a significant 3.2% since Tuesday.
*** It should be noted that RCP's average in Pennsylvania also has been influenced this weekend by the release of an outlier poll from the conservative Pittsburgh Tribune-Review which has the race at a dead heat when two other findings have Obama's lead at 6.0% and 3.0%.
In MICHIGAN, with 16 electoral votes, Obama's lead has fallen to 3.8%, down from 4.0% on Saturday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama a 98.8% chance of victory here, up 0.4% from Friday and by 0.7% since Tuesday.
*** It should be noted that RCP's average here has been influenced by yet another outlier poll released by Baydoun/Foster (D), a self-described Democrat-leaning voter analytics consulting firm based in Michigan, which has Romney up by 1.0% when four other polls have Obama leading by 6.0%, 6.0%, 5.0%, and 3.0%. In fact, the 5.0% finding for Obama was published late last week by Rasmussen, another Right-leaning poll. The irony is that Baydoun/Foster has consistently produced polling results which favor Republican candidates up and down the ticket in Michigan and their results, by and large, remain highly suspect.
In OHIO, with 18 electoral votes, Obama's lead has settled at 2.8%, up from 2.6% on Friday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama an 85.0% chance of victory here, up by 4.3% from Friday and by an astronomical 11.7% since Tuesday.
In NEVADA, with 6 electoral votes, Obama's lead has risen to 2.8%, up from 2.4% on Friday.
FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama an 89.5% chance of victory here, up by 2.3% from Friday and by an astonishing 9.8% since Tuesday.
In IOWA, with 6 electoral votes, Obama's lead has risen to 2.5%, up from 2.0% on Saturday morning. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama an 83.1% chance of victory here, up by 1.5% from Friday and by an astounding 9.2% since Tuesday.
In NEW HAMPSHIRE, with 4 electoral votes, Obama's lead has fallen to 1.5%, down from 1.8% on Friday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama an 79.4% chance of victory here, up by 0.7% from Friday and by an astounding 9.1% since Tuesday.
In COLORADO, with 9 electoral votes, Obama's lead has fallen to 0.6%, down from 0.9% on Friday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Obama a 68.1% chance of victory here, up by 2.4% from Friday and by an astronomical 12.7% since Tuesday.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
In VIRGINIA, with 13 electoral votes, Romney's lead has fallen to 0.3%, down from 0.5% on Friday. Interestingly, FiveThirtyEight increased Obama's chance of victory here (and not Romney's) to 71.0%, up by a substantial 6.2% from Friday.
In FLORIDA, with 29 electoral votes, Romney's lead has risen to 1.4%, up from 1.2% on Friday. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Romney a 53.8% chance of victory here, down by 1.0% from Friday and by a stunning 10.9% from Tuesday.
*** It should be noted that RCP's average in Florida does appear to have been hyper-inflated by two recent outlier findings in favor of Romney, the first a 6.0% margin yesterday from the right-leaning Mason-Dixon Group with localized results for only the two cities of Tampa Bay (site of the 2012 RNC) and Miami (Marco Rubio stronghold), the second a 3.0% margin from Gravis Marketing, a polling firm funded in large part by BAIN Capital, and an appreciably older finding by The Sunshine State News, an ultra-conservative website/blog which had Romney leading by 5.0% on October 24. Minus the influences of these extreme outliers, Romney's true lead is likely well under 1.0% and quite possibly closer to that of dead heat.
In NORTH CAROLINA, with 15 electoral votes, Romney's lead is holding at 3.8%. FiveThirtyEight currently gives Romney a 78.7% chance of victory here, down 1.2% from Friday.
So...
In order for Obama to win re-election the least complex route would be through maintaining his current lead in the five toss-up states where his existing margins are widest (Wisconsin at 4.2%, Pennsylvania at 3.9%, Michigan at 3.8%, Ohio at 2.8%, and Nevada at 2.8%). Doing so would bring his electoral vote total on Election Day to 271. In this scenario, Obama could still surpass 270 while failing to hold Iowa, New Hampshire, and Colorado.
However, should Obama fail to hold the strategic prize of a hotly-contested Ohio, the loss could effectively be neutralized by any of the following combination of wins from states where FiveThirtyEight is currently forecasting Obama victories:
Path #1: Obama loses Ohio but holds the remaining three states where he presently leads, New Hampshire, Iowa, and Colorado resulting in 272 electoral votes.
Path #2: Obama loses Ohio but steals Virginia while also taking only one state from among New Hampshire, Iowa, or Colorado resulting in 270, 272, or 275 electoral votes, respectively.
Interestingly, with Romney's lead having diminished significantly in Florida over the past two weeks and with Hurricane Sandy forcefully highlighting the stark contrast between the candidates regarding the value and necessity if not the mere existence of FEMA in a state which has perhaps the greatest dependence on federal storm relief efforts in the nation, a 3rd path has now emerged which could provide for some interesting election night television:
Path #3: Obama comes from behind to win Florida. This scenario would require only that Obama win the three states in which his present leads are widest (Wisconsin at 4.2%, Pennsylvania at 3.9%, and Michigan at 3.8%), resulting in 276 electoral votes.
For Romney to unseat Obama, he not only would have to hold the three states in which he presently leads, North Carolina, Florida, and Virginia bringing his electoral vote total to 248, but also steal victories in at least one of the following possible combinations from states currently leaning Obama, listed in descending order of likelihood based on the reverse engineering of current FiveThirtyEight numbers for election night chances of victory:
Path A: Romney steals both Ohio and Colorado resulting in 275 electoral votes (least unlikely outcome).
Path B: Romney steals both Ohio and New Hampshire resulting in 270 electoral votes.
Path C: Romney steals both Pennsylvania and Colorado resulting in 277 electoral votes.
Path D: Romney steals both Pennsylvania and New Hampshire resulting in 272 electoral votes (most unlikely).
Working against two of these scenarios (Paths A and B) are rising averaged polling numbers over the past two days for Obama in Ohio; however, in that same forty-eight hour period Romney has succeeded in reducing Obama's averaged leads in Pennsylvania, Colorado, and New Hampshire. Perhaps somewhat mystifyingly, the Romney campaign continues to make pronouncements alluding to their having embraced the "Pennsylvania Strategy" included in Paths 3 and 4 above, the two paths which have the least likely chance of success.
So, is this a bold strategic maneuver on the part of Eric Fehrnstrom or a feint designed to counter Obama's anticipated re-allocation of campaign resources to a quantifiably softening political landscape in Florida? If it's the latter, a review of the published travel schedules for the President and key Democrat surrogates in these final two days does not suggest the Obama campaign is taking the bait.
In any event, should Romney fail to steal either Ohio or Pennsylvania he could overcome this shortfall by capturing the four other states in which Obama's current leads are smallest (Colorado at 0.6%, New Hampshire at 1.5%, Iowa at 2.5%, and Nevada at 2.8%) resulting in an electoral vote total of 273.
FiveThirtyEight this morning estimates the chance of Election Day victory for each candidate as follows: Obama 85.1% (up significantly from Friday morning's 80.9%) and Romney 14.9% (down by a similar margin from Friday's 19.1%).
FiveThirtyEight now also projects that on Election Day the final electoral tally will be as follows: Obama 307 (up 8 from Wednesday's 299) and Romney 231 (down 8 from Wednesday's 239).
Lastly, although it makes no difference in terms of the final result which can only be determined by the Electoral College, FiveThirtyEight currently predicts a national popular vote distribution on Election Day as follows: Obama 50.6% (up from Thursday's 50.4%) and Romney 48.3% (down from Thursday's 48.6%).
With only 35 hours of campaigning left, and with Friday's published October jobs report playing to predictably mixed reviews (economy adding more jobs than expected; unemployment rate ticking up one tenth of one percent to 7.9%), holdout voters may now be left to nothing more than the proverbial 'feel in their gut' as Tuesday approaches.
Don't forget to stock up on the 7-layer dip for an exhilarating night of television on Tuesday!
I may be agnostic but, I have one thing to say.

Romney 2012 – Proven Leader / Proven Results !!
Romney is such a poor candidate he shouldn't have been the nominee in the first place. Deep in their dark hearts, rightwingers know they are "stuck" with Mittwit the flip-flopper, Etch-a-Sketch, and Liar in CEO. (Please refer to the Joe Isuzu ads -- so appropriate.)
I hope the rightwingers look at General Colin Powell, Chris Christie and others (Charlie Crist, Michael Bloomberg, heck the Salt Lake Tribune) and PUT COUNTRY FIRST, not Party.
We know President Obama, and we know he has earned and deserves four more years. Why take a chance on Mittwit the snake oil salesman? Heck, why vote for any obstructionist Republican who when they bothered to show up for work have focused like a laser on abortion, contraception, and voting against equal pay?
Obama/Biden - 2012!
GOP/TP playing word games with "revenge" is just immature and a waste of oxygen and time.
Hey, just a question here: Why doesn't G.W. Bush campaign with Romney?
silverton - everything the Republicans say is a waste of oxygen and time!
Obama/Biden 2012
Although deplorable for both parties.
Final Fact Check - Who Tells the Truth More
From politifact.com. Counting as true, statements rated as true or mostly true.
Romney = 62 true or mostly true statements out of 202 checked statements
Romney tells the truth 30.6% of the time.
Obama = 205 true or mostly true statements out of 452 checked statements.
Obama tells the truth 45.3% of the time.
Don't believe me go to politifact.com and do the math yourself.
At least President Obama has tried to run a positive campaign by saying "don't boo, vote." The revenge comment is simply an extension of this, which rightwingers could never understand because they are Haters. But even if taken in the negative context they try to spin this into, let's remember REAL history.
The Republican/Tea Party and Mitch McConnell et al, made it VERY clear more than once that their primary objective was to make the president a one-term president -- Not to make the American people the most important objective per their oath of office, rather revenge has been the rightwing goal (and always has been their mindset -- they did it to Clinton too).
Now with this reminder, and the pitiful un-American record of the GOP/TP (especially after 2010) in obstructing economic recovery, the only other word for this is TREASON. Do I want revenge in the sense of seeing as many of these unpatriotic douchbags thrown out of office? You betcha I do!
Vote a Democratic ticket all the way down the ballot -- Our country's future is truly depending on your votes!
True:
That is such a blatant lie, that Obama is "running a positive campaign."
A president represents all of the nations citizens. To even use "REVENGE " as a final campaign suggestion, is HORRIBLE and DIVISIVE beyond measure. Obama never even uttered that word against Bin Laden. Disgusting!!!
American's oust him!!!!!!
Romney/Ryan 2012
The GOP/TP has proven it is not willing to work with the President on anything even if it means America has to suffer more. Not one single politician from the Republican Party has ever apologized for the crushing hardship their last Administration (Bush/Cheney) thrust upon our country.
Not one single Republican ever said SORRY.
Silverton:
Is Obama in kindergarten, "never said sorry?" If that offends the leader of the greatest nation on earth, imagine what a wimp he is to the nations that really want to obstruct and inflict harm beyond your Bush whining.
Romney/Ryan 2012

Finally, a REAL AMERICAN to vote for.................ROMNEY!
CLINTON ENDORSES ROMNEY!
In an interview with CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight," Bill Clinton, a top Obama surrogate who is set to raise cash with the president next week, directly contradicted Democrats who have attacked Romney's business record, suggesting it does qualify him for president.
"I think he had a good business career," Clinton told guest host Harvey Weinstein, a movie mogul who is one of Obama's top fundraisers. "There's no question that in terms of getting up and going to the office and, you know, basically performing the essential functions of the office, the man who has been governor and had a sterling business career crosses the qualification threshold."
Adding that he has "friends" in the private equity business," Clinton suggested it was dangerous for Democrats to go after Romney's record at Bain Capital—adding that in private equity, "like everything else you try, you don't always succeed" in saving companies or making them more productive.
"I don't think that we ought to get into the position where we say this is bad work," Clinton said. "This is good work."
Thank you Bill Clinton, your endorsement proves Romney is the right choice for America.

I can't hear you rightwingers -- it's just more blah blah blah alternative universe tripe. Hell, we have good ole Jim Spence above trying the old GOP playbook of stealing elections by posting the incorrect date of the election. What's the matter, can't you win based on merit?
EVERY American citizen should care about a fair election system. We need to legislate Citizen's United and end money in politics altogether. AND let's get to work taking elections out of the hands of states and make elections a federal, standardized, regulated process that voters can believe in. Belief in our institutions have been destroyed by the rightwing. Save this great nation and throw the Teapublican traitors out!
You KNOW Romney isn't ready for prime time, yet you are willing to throw the United States of America under the bus yet again for shallow, inane Party Politics you actually believe is more important. Learn a lesson for once in your simple-minded lives. Remember the disaster that Dubya was, and stop doing this to our great nation.

Independent,
The President never asked for an apology from the GOP. (Please try to read these posts on the Vine more carefully in order to comprehend their simple meanings. I sense you are missing the points made because of your intense anxiety.)
The American people have yet to hear any Republican say he/she is sorry for the catastrophic economic disaster thrust upon our nation by their own Party.
Bullpucky. You made the statement therefore it's not my position to prove your lack of facts wrong, it's yours to prove it's correct. Stop being a lazy earthpig.
That is their tactic. Lie, say it's the truth then refuse to back it up with facts and tell me it's my duty to prove his lies are lies.
There's a two word phrase I have for you earthpig, but being I'd get banned for saying it to you I'll leave the words to your imagination. :)

CHRYSLER CONSIDERING MOVING JEEP PRODUCTION!!!!
Well it appears that the taxpayer bailed-out Chrysler is looking back and now considering cutting costs by shifting production of all Jeeps to China, which has a strong desire for Jeeps.
In a Bloomberg interview, Jeep's president said the automaker plans to restore Jeep production in China, suspended in 2009, and is considering making all Jeeps in China. "Fiat SpA, majority owner of Chrysler Group LLC, plans to return Jeep output to China and may eventually make all of its models in that country, according to the head of both automakers' operations in the region," reported the business wire service.
Mike Manley, chief operating officer of Fiat and Chrysler in Asia and president of the Jeep brand, told Bloomberg, "We're reviewing the opportunities within existing capacity" as well as "should we be localizing the entire Jeep portfolio or some of the Jeep portfolio" to China.
Chrysler builds Jeep SUV models at plants in Michigan, Illinois and Ohio. Manley said the firm is in talks with China's Guangzhou Automobile Group Co.

Fiat SpA (F), majority owner of Chrysler Group LLC, plans to return Jeep output to China and may eventually make all of its models in that country, according to the head of both automakers’ operations in the region.
Fiat is in “very detailed conversations” with its Chinese partner, Guangzhou Automobile Group Co. (2238), about making Jeeps in the world’s largest auto market, said Mike Manley, chief operating officer of Fiat and Chrysler in Asia. Chrysler hasn’t built Jeeps there since before Fiat took control in 2009.

In another potential blow for the president's Ohio reelection campaign, Jeep, the rugged brand President Obama once said symbolized American freedom, is considering giving up on the United States and shifting production to China.
Such a move would crash the economy in towns like Toledo, Ohio, where Jeeps are made and supplied, and rob the community of the economic security they thought Obama's auto bailout assured them.

Michigan, 22 Oct. (AKI/Bloomberg) - Italian car gian Fiat, which controls the Chrysler Group plans to return Jeep output to China and may eventually make all of its models in that country, according to the head of both automakers’ operations in the region.
“The volume opportunity for us is very significant,” Manley, who is also president of the Jeep brand, said in an interview at Chrysler’s Auburn Hills, Michigan, headquarters.
“We’re reviewing the opportunities within existing capacity” as well as “should we be localizing the entire Jeep portfolio or some of the Jeep portfolio.”
Chrysler, which entered an alliance with Turin, Italy-based Fiat as part of its US-government-backed bankruptcy, is relying on growth in China to counter weakness in Europe’s auto market. The carmaker is targeting 500,000 annual sales outside North America by 2014, more than triple its overseas deliveries in 2009.

The President said that he would bring the nation together. That did not work.
The President said that he could work with the opposition party by reaching across the isle. That did not work.
The President said that his administration would be free from lobbyists. That did not work.
The President said that his administration would be the most transparent ever. That did not work.
The President said that he would fix the economy within three years. That did not work.
The President said that his health care bill would lower health care costs. That did not work.
The President said that he would not raise taxes on 95% of Americans in any way. That did not work.
The President said that his stimulus spending bill would solve our employment problem. That did not work.
The President said that he would cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term. That did not work.
I see a pattern here. The President said that if he could not fix the economy within three year that he did not deserve a second term. The President also said:
The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies.
And the cost of our debt is one of the fastest growing expenses in the Federal budget. This rising debt is a hidden domestic enemy, robbing our cities and States of critical investments in infrastructure like bridges, ports, and levees; robbing our families and our children of critical investments in education and health care reform; robbing our seniors of the retirement and health security they have counted on.
Every dollar we pay in interest is a dollar that is not going to investment in America’s priorities. Instead, interest payments are a significant tax on all Americans–a debt tax that Washington doesn’t want to talk about. If Washington were serious about honest tax relief in this country, we would see an effort to reduce our national debt by returning to responsible fiscal policies.
Increasing America’s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Leadership means that “the buck stops here. Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.
~ Senator B. H. Obama, March 2006
OBAMA’S JOBS COST $200,000 EACH AND ONLY PAY $25,000 EACH.
60% of the jobs lost were good mid-wage paying jobs, 58% of Barrack Husseins jobs are low-wage jobs replacing them.
Forward?
Seems more like REARWARD!
Obama aide explains 'voting is best revenge' comment.
Obama cites gains of more than 5 million new jobs since he took.
Hmmmm, 5 million jobs.
We The People are on the hook for the $863 billion $timulu$. Remember, this is borrowed money. For this "investment" we have allegedly been blesses with these 5 million jobs. Simple math shows this has cost us over $200,000 per job. If this isn't enough to outrage you about Keynesianism, you are hopelessly indoctrinated.
Now, let me educate you about what types of jobs your $200,000 investment are being created.
Although six in 10 jobs lost during the Great Recession paid mid-level wages, the majority of new jobs created in the recovery -- positions such as store clerks, laborers and home healthcare aides -- pay much less, according to a new study by the National Employment Law Project.
The study covered jobs created from the first quarter of 2010 through the first quarter of 2012.
Lower-paying jobs, with median hourly wages from $7.69 to $13.83, accounted for just 21% of the job losses during the recession. But they've made up about 58% of the job growth from the end of the recession in late 2009 through early 2012.
Those jobs have been concentrated in three industries: food services, retail and employment services, such as office clerks and customer service representatives, the study found.
In contrast, mid-wage occupations with median hourly wages from $13.84 to $21.13 -- jobs such as construction workers, real estate brokers, and data entry clerks -- have accounted for just 22% of the new jobs in the recovery after making up 60% of the job losses in the recession.
So, we're paying $200,000 to create jobs making $25,000 a year. I'm not an economist but it would seem like our return on investment isn't very good.

Greed isn’t someone wanting to keep more of what they earn, its people demanding a greater share of money that someone else has earned.

Young O'bama had the luxury of no track record back then. Now its Romnesia and revenge.
Will,
The GOP and Tea Party refused to work with the President. Everyone, even Mitt Romney himself, knows this. The way our democracy is set up, it requires at least SOME compromise from both parties. When one party such as the Republican Party refuses to budge on anything, then our democracy cannot work.
Very simple.
Obama' done a great job..! USA (as a world economic leader) has dropped from 1st to 7th under his watch, and we've also been downgraded in our credit rating under his watch for the first time ever! $6 trillion in new dept under his watch! He wants us to believe 8% unemployment is the norm! And don't forget he wants us also to believe the 'private sector is doing just fine'! He also has increased the size of government over 14% under his watch! Black unemployment is almost 15%, yikes.... don't blacks wonder why he has abandoned them?
His photo opp in NJ after Sandy was a sham.... left them with food and gas shortages and sustained power outages to go back to campainging and fund raising.
Don't forget that little thing called Obamacare.... we should all be feeling it's expensive costs in our pocketbooks by now... my family sure is....!
I do give Barry some cred.... he's a perfect late nite comedy show sidekick! Who can forget his joke, 'you didn't build that'.... lol, what a crack up he is!
Please vote for recovery!
ROMNEY/RYAN 2012.... to help us unwind the damage of the obama years!
Silverton, thank you for reading my post and commenting. Actually my father was born in a town called Silverton. The President made promises without conditions to include and action of congress. During the first two years of his administration the President had majorities in both houses of congress. He told the Republicans that the Democrats won the election so things were going to be done his way. The President said that he would bring the nation together. He said that he could work with the other party by reaching across the isle. The President said that deficit spending was bad and vowed to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first administration and then proceeded to run up some of the largest deficits ever. It was the deficit spending that gave rise to the Tea Party and lost the Democrats control of the congress. You talk about the Republican party refusing to budge but how about the Democrats? The Democratically controlled senate has been stalling almost all legislation passed by the house and has failed to pass a budget in years.
Jeff...
Spin away little man. Numbers don't lie.
Folks.... don't believe the liberal media! They are overwhelming giving obama a 'bye' on his benghazi lies and coverup! American's died while Obama watched and worked diligently on a 'spin' that would postpone any truth until AFTER the election! When he loses the election, he'll probably avoid any repercusions... If he wins (God Forbid) the stonewalling will continue!
Romney/Ryan for truth and real change!
Backwash, Obama isn't the champion of the middle class I'm in! Nice spin, but no facts girl....
This thread is dead. You rightwingers can STFU already.
2 more days and America will be rid on the great mistake of 2008.
So many have realized what a horrible mistake they made voting based on emotions rather than policy.
As real Americans vote to correct the incompetence of a junior senator whose only accomplishments were organizing a few picnics in Chicago and writing a couple books, about himself, we see the tide has turned to a real leader, Mitt Romney.
It's so sad to see so many Americans supporting a statist who promotes class-warfare in our nation. The nation built on Freedom, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. So many submit to his advocacy of only being middle class rather than striving for more.
I don't know anyone who grows up wanting to be poor or middle-class, everyone wants to be rich someday. Of course in the statists mind the only wealth should be with the chosen few in government because they know what is best for everyone else.
Outlaw 16 oz. beverages. Shut down children’s lemonade stands for lack of permits. Free birth control so 30 year old professional student bimbo’s can have recreational sex at will. Name one thing that isn't taxed, regulated or subsidized.
America is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave, it's the land of the herded and home of the scared. It's time to rid ourselves of this social/economic justice nonsense and expression crippling political correctness that Progressivism wreaks on us.
Barrack Hussein promotes mediocrity. Our great Republic was built on American exceptionalism. It's time to elect a leader who promotes that.
Greed isn’t someone wanting to keep more of what they earn, its people demanding a greater share of money that someone else has earned.
I'll vote for anyone who will try to improve my standard of living ...without destroying someone else’s!
ROMNEY/RYAN 2012 FOR REAL AMERICANS©
NOTE: Liberals/Progressives remember to vote on November 7th.
After the President is re-elected and we have flushed out some of the treasonous Tea Party, we can move on to our next mission. Target the sponsors of any FOX news medium and boycott them. I have seen this strategy work when I was on the Parents Television Council years ago and concerned parents across the nation boycotted sponsors of tv shows that had adult themes, but were scheduled during family hour. It only took one letter or email from each parent, and we were able to get things done. The Fox channel was one of the worst.
Fox media is a biased news rag with reporters that should be reporting in the National Enquirer. It is brainwashing innocent people across the nation and leading them like blind, unthinking sheep.
Time to step up and boycott their sponsors.
TP... then go home, your spin and lies bore us, just like your annoited one who's currently occupying the oval office.
I voted for the Mormon, because I don't trust the Muslim! And I am very proud to be an American... unlike you or Barry apparently!
Eva,
Try to keep up and watch something besides FOX news. You will find out that President Obama is a professed Christian, and also you will be relieved to know that NO, we will not have to have microchips implanted in our bodies if Obamacare is implemented. LOL
Eva... let me tell you about 'true patriot' (or toilet paper for most of us). His idea of work is to stop once he fills out the paperwork to get his government benefits (courtesy of BO, who stinks btw). In the meantime he thinks he's performing a service posting meaningless and mostly cut and paste remarks from others at this blog. Perhaps if he got a real job, he would also get a real life! .... eh?
Memphis: Why do you pretend to know anything about anyone else that posts here? You know nothing. You are a typical TPRepublican - all talk and no facts. What did you contribute? Again - nothing. You are useless.
How about you give us a list of Romneys promises. The current ones - but hurry cause they'll change within minutes!!! Than give us a list of how he'll achieve those promises. Please use honest math instead of Romney/Ryan math that can't possibly work.
Otherwise - stfu.
Taxi
I am an independant and have researched the candidates and so your post is useless and its obvious that you have not researched the canditates.
When people find the personal relationships between obama, bill ayers, George Soros, and the agenda along with the politics of the Benghazi lies and cover up- many will not for for the clown Obama.
Backhouse go to the CBO and you will find a net loss of 548,000 manufacturing jobs under Obama and more on the way depending outcome of nov 6.
It is sad to see many of you spreading lies and propaganda on these posts.
ROMNEY/RYAN 2012
And you're voting from the stance of a lie. How noble of you. I wonder if that works well with your moral high-ground falsely calling Obama Muslim.
Your opinion is worthless.
Polls do not vote. The people do. Get out and vote America.
Pres. Obama has had a great ground game since the 2008 primaries...But be vigilant, get off your butt and get out to vote -

Really? Is this why BUSH spent 1000 vacation days and 171 million while campaigning for re-election? How about when 43 americans were murdered in 12 embassy attacks. How about when 5K americans were killed in Iraq.
Oh yes, the GOP is so focused on running this country..... Oh wait, I forgot... we can't reference Bush. We are still pretending that his terms never happened right.
Pigotry
Clinton will lie and Obama will back him up. They make a great pair.
I cannot believe that there are so many ignorant educated people in America. How in the name of God can you people vote for Obama again, he has not done anything to help America. Sixteen trillion dollars in debt, even if Romney had eight years in office he would not be able to pay this back. How can you claim to be a Christian and vote for this man, if you do then you are making a mockery of Christianity, it would be better if you were to denounce your faith and then vote for him. I ask you people can you spend your way to prosperty without using other peoples money, of course not, and Obama is doing just that, he will never have to worry about a single thing for the rest of his life, his children will have the best of everything, Michelle might spend it all if she continues to travel all over the world if Obama is re-elected. But of course she will stop traveling so much when she does not have tax payer money to do so. If you people want to see a really ignorant person then vote for Obama and go look in a mirror, but of course if you are living off the government and you do not need to, then of course you want Obama back. Biden has secured a huge government contract for his brother James, 1.5 billion dollars, the man is part owner in this business and he knows absolutly nothing about the business.
Jerry-1927474
I agree, I cannot believe how many ignorant uneducated Americans there are now.
1. How did we get to 16 trillion for our deficit. I mean, 11 TRILLION was added by BUSH and the GOP voting 19 times to raise the debt ceiling. Why did we have to spend 5 trillion when 'our unemployment rate' was so much lower..It just doesn't make sense to me.
2. How can Romney attack Obama for not paying down the deficit in 4 years, when he said it would take him 10 to 12 years... but he wants to add 7 TRILLION to it?
3. How did GOD and Christianity become the national religion of the United States. I mean, GOD Is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution is he? I read the first amendment and it clearly states freedom of religion, which means, freedom from religion and religious tyranny right? What was the US Supreme Court thinking when they ruled more than once on separation of church from state. Talk about ignorance and uneducated americans..
Bonus: Why does god sanction legitimate rape? When a 12 year old girl is raped, is this what god wanted? Why do men feel they have the right to force women to make choices for their bodies..
4. I ask you, why can the GOP spend 54 BILLION on Fossil Fuel industries that are making a record 100+ BILLION in profits. Can you help me understand this type of corporate welfare.
5. I also don't understand why the GOP rewards companies that move jobs to other countries. Why do we pay higher taxes so corporations who move our jobs away can pay less.. I don't ge it.
6 Why was Bush allowed to take 1000+ vacation days and spend 171 MILLION. Isn't that disgusting and gross?
7. When did god make a corporation a person? I don't see this anywhere in the Bible. I have looked through several in the fiction section and I just can't find this passage... can you help me.
Yes.. what happened to the uneducated ignorance americans.. oh wait... 'ummmm... hmmmm
Hey Jerry they have not come up with a cure for stupid. Anyone voting for Romney is just that stupid. How can you see all of his flip flopping, saying he doesn't care for 47% of Americans, wanting to change the tax rate so he does not have to pay anything. Romney and his supporter are just plain stupid. And come Wednesday morning they will feel even more stupid once they realize all their money went to waste.

Hey Jerry,
Where in the constitution does it say anything about God? God is never mentioned except in the date "year of our lord" which was common language used throughout the world at the time.
I just can't figure out how Christains became so hateful. I guess you never studied the words of Christ.
Remember Obummer took $716 Millions from the seniors medicare to start Obummercare
Remember Ty Woods, Doherty, Smith and Ambassador Stevens faces...the one Obummer left behide
Remember the promise of cutting our debt in half
Remember all those great vacations that your taxdollars paid for...for the Obummer family.
Remember the promise that our unemployment rate was going to be 5.2%
Remember Libya was cause by a video tape and it was spontaneous...BIG FAT LIE!!!!!!!!!!
Remember our defense industry employees who are going to get the layoff notices after the election.
Remember you CANNOT trust Obummer....THE ONLY JOB HE WANTS TO SAVE IS HIS OWN!!.
Jerry - I cannot believe so many people are so delusional they could vote for Mitt Romney - who stands for nothing for more than a day before he stands for just the opposite. He doesn't like Americans - just needs them to win the White House so he can say he did one better than his Dad - who was twice the man Mitt will ever be.
sharriannie - your lack of intelligence and class is out there for all to see. You're a typical Republican - crude, stupid and classless.

@Seeking SAnity
Wrong I am a democrat who will change party affiiation immediately after the election. This democratic woman got sick and tired of the bull sh!t attacks on women. Obummer is a slick Chicago community origanizer and that's all he is. He hasn't the class to represent the UNITED STATES of AMERICA.
GOOD FOR AMERICA
ROMNEY/RYAN 2012
I think I get why men vote for republicans. It is the new family plan.
If a man wants a family, he just finds the woman he wants, then he rapes her and the republicans promise to make the woman carry the child against her will and then most states gives the rapist visitation to his child.
This is the republicans vision for a free America.
To top it off, the only way the republicans can even hope to win is by keeping Democrats from voting. When voter purging isn't enough, then republican operatives actually throw away democrat registration forms. Does that sound like freedom to you?
And Sharri, no one believes you are a democrat. I know not one democratic woman voting to make herself into a second class citizen with stupid men like in Akin or Murdock in government in charge of her body.
sharriannie - you're no Democrat and you're not an Independent either. You're a dyed in the wool, ignorant Republican who, like a 3rd grader, has to call the President names. Your lack of character is out there for everyone to see. And, your lack of intelligence is only overshadowed by your eagerness to show it.
Our President and First Lady have more class and elegance than Mitt and Ann could ever hope to have. They come across just like you do - crass, crude and classless.
Obama/Biden 2012 to keep intelligence and class in the White House!

As a Christian (who still believes Mormons are a cult), I will not denounce my faith.
I will however, vote for Obama.
Sanity
It you who are uneducated and your statements and hate have been reported to the higher ups of the vine.
I have asked you several times to give me the personal relationships between Obama,Bill ayers, George Soros, and the agenda and you have refused.
Whats the matter Sanity you have your blinders on, closed minded, and afraid of finding the truth.
I know you have not checked the background or ideologies of either candidate or you would be able to answer my questions.
besides Obama,s relationships can you tell me where and how Mitt and Ann lived when he was attending Harvard.
Why don't get off the distorted NBC rhetoric and lies and find the real truth.
America there is still a bigger GOP/TeaBegger Elephant in the Voting Booth on November 6, 2012. Hey Virginia?Ask "Crazy Cantor" where he was on the night of Janruary 20,2009? Now it is obvious that the GOP/TeaBeggers do not want to talk about the night of the GOP/TeaBegger "Caucus Conspiracy." On that night the GOP/TeaBegger "Fourteen Felon's" met in the backroom of the Caucus Steakhouse Resaurant. There they decided to 'conspire' against the US Economy, the Office Of The Presidency, and the US Constitution. Read all about it America! It is a shocking episode that takes economic and poltical conspiracy to a very high level. Progressive Think Tanks were always wondering how very coordinated the GOP/TeaBegger tactics of 'obstruction' were working. Then this very troubling event broke out in the news, and many reports started flooding in from various sources. These reports were very thorough in nature, and very specific. "Nutty Newt" made it clear that the seeds of political descent were planted on Janruary 20, 2009. Little "Richie Rich" Ryan was leading this "Conspiracy." What was their message America? Read all about it America, and then come to your own conclusions. Hey! Hey! Ho! Ho! The Party Of NO has got to go!!
I was just reading a story that originated in the Columbus Free Press- I'd post a link, but I'm not permitted to do that yet, and the story is on the main NBC News site for anybody who wants to look for it- stating as a fact that the (Republican) Secretary of State of Ohio is installing some very suspicious software on the voting machines in two of the most heavily populated counties of that state, Cuyahoga and Hamilton, among others.
The story quotes some software experts who all agreed that this particular "patch", as they're called, would not only allow mass 'switching' of votes, like what has been alleged to have occurred in Ohio in 2004, but would allow the malefactor to commit this foul and infamous crime undetected!
Those of you who read my posts are aware that I have been whoopin' and hollerin' since I first got on this page about what I see as the utter dead certainty that the Forces of Darkness intend to steal this election, just like the b******s did in '00 and in '04. Now it's happening right before our weary eyes, and the low-down thievin' cheatin' lyin' POLECAT who's responsible only says, in defence of this unspeakably vile offence, that it's "allowed under the contract"!
However, I am more than just a little encouraged by the mere fact that NBC even posted the story; perhaps one of my Fellow Travellers who is more Net-savvy than I am (that would be damn near all of you!) will keep an eye on this story and let us all know how- or IF- it develops.
LOL....preparing the prepackaged exuses if Romney wins.
"racism" "the machines were rigged" "voter suppression"..
And they claim the conservatives are conspiracy buffs.....
Hiya, Bob Vaginal Probe! I like you because you're one of the very few of your political affiliation who is either brave enough or oblivious enough- still trying to figure out which- to show up here and post your limp, flaccid attempts at wit when the Rape-publican Party by Credit Downgrade has another streak of bad news.
I like a man who has the courage of his convictions, even if he's devoted to the gang of criminals who are systematically dismantling America's ability to compete in the world as quick as they can find buyers for our physical plant.
Say, if your friend Jo Anne Smith ever comes back from Tora Bora or wherever the Hell she's lurking these days, give her my best; and tell Joe in Albany, who's also been M.I.A. for a spell, that after he gets done washing my socks, he can go fix me a cheeseburger.
Peace!
I was watching live in 2000 daddy and jr. bush the night they called Florida for Gore and jr. jumped up angry and yelled he couldn't have won Florida, THEY promised me Florida, right before the screen went black.
At the time I wondered how could someone promise him Florida, wasn't it up to the people's vote.
Then the ensuing mess and I found out. First it was the confusing butterfly ballot that caused democrats to vote for the wrong person. Then the republicans were fighting against a recount. The way all close elections were decided before.
Never in our history has the supreme court decided the president instead of counting the votes.
With the bush presidency you saw the republicans take a surplus and turn it into the largest deficit in our history. Then the republicans want to blame the deficit on President Obama.
Just like when the republicans voted against jobs for our veterans, and now want to blame the lack of jobs on President Obama instead of their vote.
Grow up, it is time to care for America and quit believing all the republicans hate and lies. The republicans lied about creating jobs in 2010 and are lying to you now.
"A" in creativity
"F" in reality.
The scales have been forever tipped by Republican Governor Chris Christie and Hurricane Sandy, our President will win for 4 more years
Bravo, and a star-spangled, twenty-one-gun "ATTA BOY!" to the good Gov. Never thought I'd be complimenting that man, but he is setting the bar for how a Governor should respond and behave when faced with such a grave crisis.
According to our friends Pat and Amy B., who are in a position to know, Governor Romney, when faced with a natural disaster of rather less menacing proportions, just couldn't be bothered to respond at all for the first few days!
Remember, folks, that's his belief in "limited government" in action; allowing people to suffer and die with their self-respect intact because they didn't take any assistance from the government.
Latest polls showing Romney with continue momentum.
Wel then, by all means, do share them with us?
I can't seem to locate any...
Always knew he was an ass kisser, never cared for christie.
*jeopardy music playing*
Have you located those polls yet?
....early morning poll showing Romney up by two in Ohio!
There is momentum in two turds swirling down the crapper. Is that what Truth Conveyor has in his or her tiny Republican warped mind?
Truth, Your namesake is everything but the Truth,
On a side note, I know I'll vote for the team that will benefit Engineering, Construction Co's any related to Infrastructure. ... The team that will help rebuild our infrastructure that has been so badly neglected during the 8 yrs of Bush and impossible for Obama to implement with the Obstrvctionists ( Including that lit'l Vamp Ryan)
For the better of our country and Infrastructure, Vote Obama/ Biden
Michigan Mark,
Translation: Government give us more money so I can keep my job.
Objectively please look at OB's results. They suck. Sorry, but they do.....
What truth? You long for the good old days of the bush recession. So are you telling us you like the results from the bush presidency better than from the Obama presidency?
So those results of bush (recession) that Romney wants to go back to is okay with you because the job growth the last few years suck.
Grow up, it is time for you to stand for the real truth instead of standing by the Romney lies and calling them truth. Did Romney ever release his taxes to proof anything he was telling you was true? Sure he released 1 and part of another show years fixed for your viewing pleasure but no real truth.
Romney is the worst kind of liar, one that would lie (like about Jeep), when the truth would serve him better.
Although deplorable for both parties.

Americans First,
Did you just wake up from a four year coma? If so, let me be the first to tell you that Bush has not been POTUS for the last four years. Also, and I think this will make you happy, Bush is not running for POTUS this year.
The last four years have been on the watch of this person who's name is Barak Obama. Bush is long gone. You may want to do some quick research on Obama's failed record so that you are making an educated decision before you vote.
Also, not sure if your coma took place before the last election results were in and the promises that were made (er lies) to us were fullfilled. But just as an FYI Gitmo is still open. Comprehensive immigration reform was never attempted by Obama. The deficit is running at $1 trillion per yer (NOT reduced by 50%), and unemployment has been over 8% for the entirety of the Obama administration with the exception of the last two months. It is trending upward though as last month the rate went up once again. IN short, the middle class has screwed by this POTUS.
I hope the meds work well for you in your recovery. Good luck!
Meat Loaf endorses Governor Romney!

Sorry not proud of Mosshelles America the last 4yrs
First Read not surprisingly ignores late breaking state polls in PA and MI, which show a dead even race in both. Obama firewall cracking.
Minnesota is in play as well, a 1 point race per a GOP poll.....
And as the liberal genius Nate Silver tells us, state polls are more important.
! point poll as per a GOP poll in MN? And all the others?
Wisconsin State Journal in Madison Wisconsin home of Tammy Baldwin just indorsed MITT ROMNEY
They indorsed Obama in 2008
Hate to disappoint you, Bob, but MN is NOT in play and never was. The final PPP poll of the state shows Obama ahead, 53%-45%.
And I know THIS will disappoint you. They also show both amendments, voter ID and the marriage is one man one woman, going DOWN!
MN remembers its progressive roots with pride.
so did many others....1n 2008
ahh yes first read...a clear cut prime example of way too many lemmings and not nearly enough cliff......
If you're from Iowa, Tramp, jump off that cliff yourself. FOOL!!!

Your high.
that was just reported on by David Gregory
He's not up by 6 in Florida. Get off the crack pipe.

Real clear politics has him up by 1.4% you tards.
kandibar - That WAS NOT reported on David Gregory! Why do you post lies that anyone can debunk in less than a mibute? You clearly are delusional!
Obama/Biden 2012
After the President is re-elected on Tuesday. Our country needs to look into the voting system. It has become a pattern over the years of Republicans trying to suppress the vote in states like Ohio and Florida. That needs to be permanently stopped. There needs to be a bi-partisan/non-partisan group set up to run the election process. Freedom to vote for all our citizens is the precious right of all Americans. We can no longer permit a political party (any political party),to steal the people's vote from them. If they won't reform themselves. Then we the people must do it for them.
Joe Trippie just announced that it is stunning to him that the Obama camp still believe that Florida and Virginia are still in Play and that Obama could win there!!!
It's great. Let the Obama campaign continue to waste money on a lost cause. Apparently, funnelling money to losers like Solyndra was good practice for them.
Virgina voters are independent, they list no party affiliation. They vote Democrate and Republican. Its a good mix. They also have BS filters in their brains. Think about that. Florida is ruled by a criminal governor that suppresses voting, yet people wait 7 yrs to vote in a very hot line. All is possible
The GOP/TeaBeggers planned their 'revenge' on our nation and President on Janruary 20, 2009. The GOP/Tea Beggers are still at it in 2012. Just as "Nutty Newt" had perdicted in 2009! The US Department Of Justice needs to get involved quickly. For the last 4 Years the GOP/TeaBeggers in Congress. Have made their "Blood Oath" a strong political and economic reality. At the "Caucus Conspiracy" the GOP/TeaBeggers dscussed of how to suppress the vote for 2012. That is fact!
"There are seven states, worth 89 electoral votes, considered true "toss-up" states on NBC News' battleground map: Colorado, Iowa, Wisconsin, Ohio, Virginia, Florida and New Hampshire"
If Romney wins PA, or MN, or MI, what will First Read say? "Oops"
Romney is at 50% in 3 swing states Obama is at 50% in 1 the rest are dead even
Romney will take Iowa.....no matter what "jody in iowa" ..who probabliy doesnt even live here ...says.
opps? i doubt it... more like whine about it. and scream unfounded nonsensicle accusations...kinda like the facts they make up as they go.

Seems to me that it was the Son of a Bush who was holding hands with the King of Saudi Arabia... kissing his feet... arranging special permision for the Bin Laden family to leave the U.S. on their private jet while all of U.S. airspace was locked down on 9/12/01... pleading like a rejected suitor with the King to pretty please don't cut production to jack up the price 'cause I don't wanna be remembered as the President of $5.00 a gallon gas...
Everything on here except the foot-kissing is true, verifiable and part of the public record. Deal with it.

New York Times reporter interviewed by Chris Wallace said the organic intensityand motivation in Ohio, Wisconsin, and other swing states is all with Mitt Romney
Gov Scott from Fl is going everything to suppress voting in his state.
It is looking good for Romney. All freedom-loving Americans need to get out and vote for Romney to put him over the top and out of reach of the voter fraud schemes perpetrated by the left. We can take our country back from the Liberal Elitists in the Democratic party. The recovery starts in two days.
We need to ensure that Obama's title beginning Wednesday morning is Lame Duck President.
Sarah-3152994 - this and many other Freedom Loving Americans has already cast her vote for President Barack Obama - to ensure that all Americans keep their freedome. I could never vote for Romney to take our country backward by 100 years!
Obama/Biden 2012

NEW RULE
If YOU voted for Bush, who lied and caused the deaths of over 4,000 Americans in Iraq.
Then YOU have no right to fake concern over 4 deaths in Libya. YOU LOST that right by not complaining about Bush.
Should "We The People" be confident in our vote?
RNC/GOP steals elections?
USA Democracy as 1 person = 1 vote a myth?
Lets see...
Your vote is tabulated as digital data and transmitted on election night. At that point your vote is as safe as a bet in an online casino. It can be rerouted to GOP servers in Tennessee for "recalclulations" as factually occurred...
