LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- With a touch of humor and at one point admonition, President Obama urged supporters at a Los Angeles fundraiser here not to lose enthusiasm for his campaign just because he had one lousy debate performance.
The president kicked off his remarks with an allusion to last Wednesday night that the whole crowd seemed to pick up on. Praising his opening acts at the Nokia Theater here, which included Stevie Wonder, Jon Bon Jovi and Katy Perry, Obama said, “These guys perform flawlessly night after night.”
“I can’t always say the same,” he continued, waiting a beat for comic timing.
And later he reminded his audience that he had some imperfect moments during the last campaign as well.
“Everybody always remembers the victory but they don’t always remember the bumps in the road; things always look good in retrospect.
“But in the middle of it, we were – we made all kinds of mistakes. We goofed up, I goofed up, but the American people carried us forward,” urging his supporters not to forget that they stuck by him even when he hiccupped in 2008 – something he hopes they do over the next 30 days.

What's not to be enthusiastic about? Obama gets his butt handed to him in the debate. Now we find this wasn't the real Romney meaning Obama got his butt handed to him by a total stranger.
The Obama supporters should be jumping for joy, what other president has almost shut our government down twice in fourteen months and set up the government to shut down on March 1, 2013.

Oh he will definitely lie to you that that much. Just don't count on anything from him. He has this pesky problem with accountability. Fortunately, it appears voters are starting to realize it.

Syria is not Libya. Even in Libya it is generally accepted that the al-Qaeda elements attacking the Benghazi consulate were awash in arms "left over" from the influx of NATO help.
There are many opportunities for al-Qaeda in Syria and some evidence that they are there.
Obammy is done. He had his chance and did nothing to bring America together. He has divided the Nation. Send him on his way and let's take back our country.
I agree with that................we just got back from a 2 wk road trip from Virginia to Maine, over to Buffalo, and back to Virginia. Over 3000 miles.
I saw many more Romney yard signs and bumper stickers than Obama's.

The US was strong and had more money before Obama. We are under so much more debt that he is going to destroy the American dollar to get out of it.

I see some of you only vote for Obama because he is nice? Just being nice doesn't cut it. His policies are his weakness. We need a President that can lead not mister nice guy. He is too weak to run anything and he has proved that over the last 3 years and 10 months. I guess once you're brain washed the spin cycle takes over so you don't have a clue as to what you are talking about. Obama wants our nation to the know the guilt he suffers with over accepting a Noble Peace Prize he told the world he neither earned nor deserved has him trying to earn that prestigious award and the respect that comes with it.
That 's why he's funding the development of children's TV programs in countries like Pakistan. Even though he knows that 1 in 6 American children go to school hungry, their sacrifice is helping to strengthen his presence in the international community.
And for that sacrifice the children are making, he's had his democratic congress lift the ban on horse meat for human consumption and redefine Pizza as a health food. Now, when they go to school hungry, he's proud to announce they will be served a nutritious meal of pizza with a horse meat topping.

Absolutely! When I talk to my friends that are undecided on how to vote, I just remind them who supports the President! That is usually enough to help them make up their minds. Obama's supporters are a who's who among the worst of the worst!

Gov. Romney..... the next time you debate the President, simply remind the voters of the organizations that endorse the President! That will be enough to make a lot of people think twice about voting for him! His supporters are the worst of the worst in the eyes of many Americans!
