The L.A. Times reports: “The House Ethics Committee is considering dropping the case against Rep. Maxine Waters, a move that would clear the way for the veteran Los Angeles lawmaker to become the top Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee. The secretive panel on Thursday signaled that the long-running case may be nearing an end by calling an unusual public Friday session to take up the matter.”

If the alleged committee enforced the rules equally, especially now, the Grover loyalists would be removed!
She should sue the House Ethics Committee for defamation of character.
Don't you mean "definition of character"?
Another failed republican witch hunt. Anybody keeping score on how many republican witch hunts have failed? I know zero have succeeded. The republican do nothing congress does like to waste their time don't they. I guess when you only work a third of the year and you don't plan on doing anything constructive you have to do something to fill that time.
