Dan Senor is one of Romney's closest advisers on foreign policy. Since Paul Ryan has been selected as the GOP's vice presidential candidate, Senor has been traveling with Ryan-but today, he left the trail because of the "foreign policy developments" and is in Boston and NYC.

Senor is the former spokesman for the American government in Iraq (the Coalition Provisional Authority at the beginning of the Iraq war under George W. Bush) and is a particularly close adviser to Romney on the Middle East. (He has traveled with Romney to Israel three times, as well as written a book on Israel that Romney often cites). With Ryan, he consults on domestic and foreign policy issues.

Last month, the New York Times described Senor as an "advocate of neoconservative thinking that has sought to push presidents to the right for years on Middle East policy." Senor led a foreign policy briefing for Ryan on the plane yesterday from Seattle along with Jamie Fly, executive director, Foreign Policy Initiative and Reuel Marc Gerecht from the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

The attack on the World Trade Center was a clever well thought out plan, using our own planes as weapons, the enemy infiltrating from within the country hidden in the crowds at the airport, very difficult to trace.

All politicians tend to be very evasive about what they are saying and what they are answering. I would bet that the pool tends to gang up on Romney a bit more since he has avoided reporters more lately. As I said, whoever put out that video, regardless of their immediate motives, put the events into motion that killed Chris Stevens. The President's foreign policy, as to which Chris Stevens was integral, didn't do that.

The video was motivated by right-wing hate and/or a conspiracy from which the President could not hope to benefit.

The Obama propaganda machine attempted to eradicate all record of that initial comment and what you've been fed by the media is the "sequence of events" that was re-written in order to specifically allow Obama to make the outrageous statement that Mitt Romney "shoots first, aims later."

Politics aside.........the President still needs to answer the question why we left the security of our embassy in the hands of the Libyans. A country that just underwent political revolution. Shouldn't we have at least a platoon of U.S. Marines providing security at all embassies, especially on days of significance like 9/11. It's interesting that Romney considers the condemnation of religious intolerance in this video to be apologizing. Religious tolerance is an American value too.

The president or vice president saying we got Osama is no more innaccurate than a coach saying we won.

The reporters did not realize that the microphone was on, and they clearly plotted to attempt to keep repeating the same inane question over and over (One reporter after another belligerently asked Romney why doesn't he regret the comment he made about the Obama administration apology to Muslims for the Youtube video. ) Watching that, my admiration for Mitt Romney increased.
