I kind of feel sorry for the media, they're trying their best to whip up interest, but the public is just not that into it.
I also think it's funny when the journalists describe this as a nasty campaign of historic levels, then we see clips from previous elections of fistfights on the convention floor, Republicans being caught burgalarizing Democratic headquearters, anti-war protestors getting shot, etc.
I think this is a pretty boring campaign year, myself. For some reason the media has to pretend Romney has a snowball's chance in hell of winning.
