It's already started here in Missouri ForePlinger. The Karl Rove lies are all over TV. Not an ounce of truth in anything these ads say. I know most of the conservative republican rural areas that the republicans have kept economically depressed for years will vote for Akin's and Willard/Paul, but I'm hoping enough voters will see through the lies to turn Missouri blue.
Some earmarks are just service to constituents, others like 'bridge to nowhere' are just a government waste,
either way, earmarks (pork) means brutality to pigs - you have to slaughter pigs to get pork? Doh.
I just might donate to Rob Zerban's campaign ... it'd be delightful to see Ryan voted down as VP and voted down as Congressman ... all on the same ballot!

EARMARKS ? EARMARKS? THat loser John Sidney McCain was a dope, (Still is actually) he spoke endlessly and frequently about how HE was going toe "END' earmarks when he made his abortive attempt for the White House.
Good old loser Sid was not able to grasp the fact that WE THE PEOPLE didn't care as much about 'earmarks' as this doddering fool did.
We cared about stopping the invasion of our Nation by the Mexicans. We cared about the defense of our Nation. We cared about the economic situation of our Nation. We cared about how to deal with two immoral and illegal wars. We cared about why we continued to give BILLIONS to our enemies. WE cared about all the things that would keep America strong.
But this frenetic old bag of bones knew better, he knew that 'earmarks' would save the day.
He should resign now. TERM LIMITS will keep America safe and free from ass h's like this cretin and his pals, McConnell , Graham and Lieberman.
