Let's discuss Romney's refusal to release his tax returns and what his role in Bain really was.
He's released enough of his tax returns to show he's a rich guy who pays his taxes and gives millions to charity who the IRS has no problem with. His role at Bain was one of a visionary who created a lot of jobs and opportunity for Americans. Far more than Obama ever did.
A more interesting question would be, "what was Reggie Love's role at the White House that would earn a nobody a spot on the Olympic closing delegation team?"
Or,"Why did Janet Napolitano fire competent experienced people to put her gal pal with no experience in charge?"
Everyday it's a new controversy which hints at lawlessness with the thugs from Chicago and the brain dead continue to caw, "tax returns, tax returns".
WTF has Romney's tax returns, which the IRS has reviewed with a fine tooth comb and not made a peep about, got to do with anything? It makes you people look like idiots.

Unfortunately, Mitt's bus tour on the "Third Grade Express" might just bring out more of his wimpiness. The name calling "put up or shut up," his total lie on welfare, stating that the President is waging a "war on religion," as well as him asking to "tone the ads down" so nobody can comment on Bain or MA isn't going to impress the working middle class.
Well, Mittens, hopefully you'll have people that THINK and READ demonstrating on your tour. This country is SICK and TIRED of your lies! Go back home Presumptive Nominee Ken Doll (wherever that home may be!) and take your money and horse with you.

The Republican Party is one BIG SCAM. They want Republicans in office so they can continue to screw the system tax wise, while the rest of us foot the bill. They want Republicans in office so they can continue to go forth with their voter suppression all over the country. They want Republicans in office so that they can get rid of unions and hire cheap labor. They want Republicans in office so they can get rid of Social Security and health care legislation. They want Republicans in office so they can get rid of public educations.
All of these goals would of course benefit the wealthy. They are the ones scamming the system. They can buy whatever they need, including the media and elections.
And if they can't buy the election, then they'll go ahead and attempt to steal it. These are the same people who want Republicans in office so they can continue to scam the system, so they wouldn't think twice about stealing the election.
Democracy means absolutely nothing to them.
The rest of us need government intervention to make and keep laws that benefit a democracy FOR ALL.

As far as vetting a sitting President. God laws! you should have checked your facts 4 years ago and/or speed-dialed the Supreme Court. (But then, again, you RWNJs can't stand them either.)

What does speed dialing the Supreme Court got to do with anything layton? When did the Supreme court ever take up the question of Obama's qualifications for the Presidency? Are you claiming some secret judicial meeting? You play checkers when the game is chess.

Conservative, the President is likeable. He is trustworthy. He is honest. He admits mistakes (as do I).
If you are claiming that Mitt Romney is the best person for the job as President, tell me why. I'd so love to hear it.

You think he's honest? He's the biggest liar to ever hold the presidency. He's never admitted his biggest mistake of actually thinking he was qualified to hold the highest office of the greatest nation on earth. But his actions have certainly demonstrated it.
Mitt Romney is a better choice for the job for 4 reasons right off the top of my head:
1) he knows what it is like to work hard and earn what he has
2) he loves our country and doesn't think it needs to be "fundamentally transformed"
3) he understands how the economy works
4) he's not a Marxist America hater
Those are the main reasons why tens of millions of Americans will vote Obama out of office in November. There are no reasons to keep him. In case you haven't noticed, which I'm sure you probably haven't.

I've dealt with his ilk all of my life and nothing has changed. This wonderful country does NOT need some Kolob-seeker to be their president. Yes, I get to bring it up. The bus tour won't help as he is not good at the traveling thing, doesn't like to interact with the common folk especially the ones who use their brains to check him over. The brainwashed and the rest of the base, may show up, but even they are not too keen on him. That's what happens when you dont have trust, they are not sure who he is.

I realized a long, long time ago that you really can't take too much on face value. You can't believe everything you read (most of it is out of context), you can't go by majority opinion (on this site, we'd all be liberal left democrats), you can't believe a lot of what you see (thanks to video editors) and most of what's reported needs to be checked for accuracy (because of a little media bias).
We hear a sound bite and pounce. ("You didn't build that"). We try to explain "it wasn't what he said"....it's "what he meant"....and that's open to a few, if not more, interpretations.
We're subjected to the absurd (Mitt Romney doesn't care about my wife's cancer and contributed to her death). We're subjected to the distortion (Obama's gutting work to welfare). Some try to defend like lemmings. Others pounce with glee.
What's disturbing here is that we've come to accept this divided behavior. Because it's politics --- what else would you expect? When did political hoohah become acceptable as opposed to public servants serving.....oh, i don't know...the public?
I find instead of simply accepting the "facts" presented here, it's better to investigate what the candidate actually believes. Mitt Romney's website offers a lot of information regarding his thoughts on issues. It debunks a lot of the lies spewed by the opponent (so sad candidates have to have a special tab for debunking...), and gives some insight (while not entirely complete) of his goals in the event of a presidency.
President Obama - who is treated fairly in the press more often than not, is also subject to distortion and misrepresentation by his opponents. So I want to see his actual thoughts on the issues. Except.....his re-election website offers none of that. It's full of photo ops, warm and fuzzies, event calendars, raffles, rally cries, fund raising and volunteer recruiting. www.barackobama.com Is this not his official site? Is there another one I might find that actually discusses his thoughts on the actual issues? Of how he plans to move the country from the misery we're in? Or is he truly not the visionary leader, President --- but the campaigner in chief?
My point, folks, is you all need to do a little soul searching, fact checking, investigate the actual, don't be led by the talking points (if you use "dog catcher" references you are outed by that phrase as a lemming talking point repeater with no original thought...for example)....Do a little research --if you can find actual information - and make your own decisions. Don't believe everything your friends tell you nor everything you read on First Read.

Obama paid a law firm to ensure that his transcripts are sealed. Public knowledge, not a secret. Try Google next time.
But ask Obama and Axlerod if there are ways to get court-sealed records, they'll tell you yes. After all, it's what got Obama his senate seat. Talk about bullying.
