If the law is upheld, Romney would argue that opponents need to elect him so that he can overturn it himself.”

Health-care was modeled after Romney's Massachusetts "Romney-care." How will he flip flop out of this? Or will he just avoid commenting as he has been doing since the debates?
Terry-Ca , I don't think this is going to be a walk in the park for mitt, he will also have to face the fact that he is going to have major difficulties in the south this year. None of the US congressional or US senate candidates for the repubs are even mentioning his name in Tennessee. Bob Corker's ads don't even mention the republican party at all. Know why? The SBC (Southern Baptist Convention) and Bubba will never vote for a Morman and they will never support another candidate who does vote/publically support one. I know this, I've lived in the south "Bubbaland" all my life. If either group flip flops for mitt, it will be very difficult for them considering all the years they preached against the evil "Morman Cult" and then they'd end up in the position of "You've got some splainin to do Lucy!"(Dezi & Lucy) which is a position they cannot defend and do not want to be in.

As always there are ways to look at any decision, if they overturn the law then perhaps they are elite idiots who really do not care about the working middle class of this nation? And if they uphold it perhaps they are elite idiots who have finally decided to face their conscious?
Sorry Mitt, you argument that the last 3 years was a waste for the President is not true, I'd say regardless of what the supremes decide, it has been very successful to me - can you say no more Ben Laden? No more Kadaffi (the terrorist that reagan & bush 1 should have taken out in the 80's)? Filled up for $2.89 per gallon last night - sweet. My husband's 401K is finally making money on a regular basis, we both got decent raises this year, kids are gainfully employed, life is good for us. Hope and change are working very very well for this working middle class family, thanks for asking!

How about an executive order for the "PUBLIC OPTION". Then the decision wont matter ! Its a win for the people and a win for Obama . And the very people /insurance company's get screwed instead of the people for once !
And while he is at it, why not issue an executive order that the coming election gets cancelled, and also that the 2 term limit for presidency is also revoked?

Let's see, we've been trying to reform the health delivery system since Truman, with serious efforts proposed by Nixon and Clinton. If not now, when? Seems that it is the Congress, listening to special interests that has been wasting America's time. Even Teddy Roosevelt proposed a different system than what we morphed into, but back then the nascent association insurance industry blocked his efforts.
You will never have anything for the people as long as any member of congress or the senate sit on any committee assignments.The people should vote to ban all congress and senate members from holding these assignments ..These guys are bought and paid for by special interest groups ! If the common folk "were salaried " who chaired these positions everything would be different !
If the even part of the law is upheld and Romney tries to overturn it, he needs to realize millions of Americans will receive health insurance refund checks before the election.
"About 12.8 million Americans will soon receive $1.1 billion in refunds from insurance companies that overcharged them for health plan premiums last year under new rules created by the health care reform law, the Department of Health and Human Services announced today. The refunds will be paid by Aug. 1 because of the 80/20 rule, which requires health insurers to spend no more than 20% of customer premiums on administration, CEO pay and profits and to use the rest for actual health care."
There is a reason Republicans are telling Romney to stop these antics and come up with real solutions. 12.8 million Americans plus their families and friends will go from supporting Romney and Republicans to despising them and calling them liars by the time August rolls around.

If health care law is ruled constitutional, Gov. Romney says he'll take it upon himself to oveturn it. Doesn't make sense, but I don't think it is supposed to.
Heres a thought... Why don't we stop letting illegals into this country and trying to grant them amnesty and citizenship BEFORE we role out a whole new set of entitlements we can't afford to pay for??? Under this plan, any citizen who makes less than 133% of the poverty wage gets Medicaid for free! I don't want to pay for somebody elses health insurance!
