The health law remains largely unpopular. A CNN poll finds 51% say they’re opposed to the law, while 43% say they’re in favor of it.
Netroots Nation is happening in Providence. Said one person to USA Today of Obama: "I thought he was more to the left than he is. Disappointed that he's not, but I'm going to wholeheartedly support him. Because there is no one else."
Said another, from Florida who is fighting the voter purges: "You learn that no one is going to be the end-all and be-all," she says. "Most of us are pragmatists. There's no way we're going to vote for someone like Mitt Romney."

What you don't say about the health law poll is that seven percent of the people who opposed the law did so because they wanted MORE, not less.
Conflating all opposition confuses the issue, and creates an impression that is simple false.
But that's what they do. I'm part of the 7% that wants more - but I totally support the president in his efforts to get us something. I just don't care for the less than half a loaf we ended up with. The fact is the insurance industry runs things and no matter how many of us want this to change it's simply not going to. Modern medicine in the USA is a joke because it has very little to do with what is best or right for the patient and everything to do with the almighty dollar.
Obamacare was brought about by bribes, kickbacks, back-room deals with pharma and big insurance and the deliberate disenfranchisement of Scott Brown's vote. Cost projections were intentionally bogused and Medicare savings were counted twice.
The bill does nothing to reduce the cost of delivering health care in the U.S. and, quite the opposite, it will and already has increased costs. It has expanded coverages, eliminated limits and set up government "subsidies" (hello welfare) for "those who cannot afford the premiums". This hor$e$hit legislation puts the federal government in charge of 1/6 of our nations economy at a time when the federal government has not produced a budget in several years and has proven its inability to manage Medicare and Social Security.
In short, Obamacare is the clu$terf__k of all federal entitlement programs. The law is a turd and should be appropriately flushed. The federal mandate requiring an individual must buy insurance from a private company is likely unconstitutional and will be decided by the Supreme Court soon.
The bill also includes quite a few sneaky little taxes when Obama said he would not raise taxes.

Most people don't even know what is IN the Health Care Law. No one bothers to tell the low information voter that repealing the Health Care law would increase the deficit, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office.
Mo, tell Me this pal, do You truly believe that the government is suddenly going to turn on the efficient switch, and be able to run health care properly. Come on Moe, look at their freeking track record, it's not good. Have You looked at the other large programs they are in control of ? Let Me give You a hint, they are all either bankrupt, or on the verge of it. Most all the programs have simply had the taxpayer money stolen. Watch out what You wish for, that will just give them more funds to steal.

I would like for Barack Hussein Obama to release his college transcripts and all related records. I would like to see if Obama ever had basic courses in accounting, economics or finance. If he did not, it might explain his incompetence in being unable to submit a realistic budget proposal. I would also like to see if Obama took courses in radical ideology .... that might explain a few of his tendencies. And last but not least, I would like to know if Obama ever committed fraud in his collegiate applications by claiming to be a foreign exchange student.
We do know that at one time, an Obama publicist had published a document claiming he was from Kenya. Why would they do that ? Would that action have constituted fraud that Obama benefited from financially ??

Mo, while I am not totally for everything jim said, where is your proof Obama did none of the things he is accused of. People hacked into Bush jrs records and put them on the net, so why hasn't someone been able to do it to Obama yet.? Are you 100% sure Obama did not use foreign exchange student on his applications? What if he did? ( this is for the repubs) What are we going to do about it? Jump up and bite him on his knee? Even if you had proof he did commit some sort of fraud, he could be at the end of his 2nd term before it went to court. His record as President is all that matters right now and whether or not he has done a good enough job to stay our president. I say he has not and is obviously not concerned with applying a few quick fixes to better his record. I would see him a better man if he stopped playing verbal tennis with Romney and said" peace out you loser, I will see you in 6 months, I have a country to fix." No more daily golf games or vacations for Obama, just good old fashioned hard work and putting his nose to the grindstone. We are not paying him to argue with Romney, we are paying him to run this country! And that my dears is one job he refuses to work hard at!!! while he is so busy telling us what the GOP won't do, he could be slamming them verbally in congress and the senate for not doing their jobs, he could be writing bills and getting public opinion. Quite a few of the business owners I know are saving excess money for a tax hike. And I mean saving hundreds of thousands of dollars. When I asked them why they do not just hire more people, they keep saying they can not risk owing more in taxes than they have in the bank. I as a repub small business owner kinda don't see their point and then I kinda do!!! As an accountant, I see the point in saving for a tax hike but as a business owner myself in a small rural area, I would rather support my local people with jobs when I can afford it. But I am a strange repub. I can see both sides of the coin in most issues!! It sucks but its sure makes my life easier arguing with a demo. And some of my fellow business owners ARE demos and even they are refusing to hire in lieu of saving the money. Their excuse is they will need it to pay for benefits for employees. My thought on that is, why don't you just do it without being ordered to by the govt? Never get a straight answer.
This is a story that began many years ago with a young man learning to hate Israel as
well as the United States of America! Taught as a child to see America’s
faults faults that a normal person would not notice would not notice unless it
was pointed out as a regular teaching. Just look at the places he lived in Indonesia
have a vast Muslim population. Whereas the a child he learned of the Koran and
the teachings of Mohammed, he also saw great suffering that it is burned in his
soul. In time it will come out of other countries he lived in. You'll learn of
other teachers he has had and of their philosophy’s. It's a story that is so unbelievable and so mind-boggling
that the left was actually able to pull this off.

And it's not like there wasn't information out there it was there in abundance.

He is the president of the United States people. I support 100% of what Obama has done thus far. Let's see you get in office and fight with Republican and Democrats all day; and still maintain your composure. It takes more than just one person and Congress is that set of people (who you all voted for) to run it. Get on your Congress men and women to help make a difference. Don't blame Obama, blame the Congress for not working to an agreement on each new idea.
Obama has proven numerous times that he was not born in another country. Why does he have to prove it to you and you and you and you ........ think before you speak!!!??
I understand you may not agree with me or with Obama and what he has done, but have some commonsense and look at your Congress men and women to get the work done. Obama does the best he can, as well as, any other president will be able to do when they get to office. It takes a 'team' of people to do the job!
I personally don't believe he has done the best he can, he has not gotten his agenda across...yet. His Marxist/Alinsky ideals are still deep rooted in his goals. His disdain for the US as told by himself in his early years is still in his plan for this country. His agenda to re-distribute wealth is an on going agenda that is not in the middle classes best interest from where I see it as a 65 yr old. This country is changing and not for the good..only in my opinion but we know what opinions are like...Both parties are not keeping the middle class best interest in their agenda, big business is being shoved ahead of the common working man. However the welfare mentality is thriving by leaps and bounds...that is the direction I see this country heading that I never dreamed it would.
Obama got Osama Bin Laden, a major accomplishment. Bush said he didn't care.
Obama is at least trying to get a health care law we can all live with, for folks who can't afford coverage. The law will be tweaked, I'm sure. If you have employer-based health coverage, what are you squawking about?
No need to go back to cave-man Bush-like Republican rule where women are second-hand citizens, civil rights are down the toilet, and war is ALWAYS an option.
