Was President Obama expected to win the races in these states to begin with?
Here are some thought-provoking numbers to chew on;
In the West Virginia primary, President Obama received almost 20,000 more votes than Romney.
In the Kentucky primary, President Obama received 2,000 MORE votes than Romney.
Ain't that just the best there old gal?

You just can't make this stuff up.
President Obama and his campaign do not expect to win those states. Those and a few others do
not matter even if he gets 0% of the vote.
Imagine how upset millions of Republicans will be when he loses the popular vote and most states but wins the electoral votes needed thus is reelected.

Arkansas and Kentucky. Two states the GOP were projected to win. A whopping 14 votes in the electoral college.
The dems will still pick up the most highly sought after states that control the majority of the electoral college that will vault President Obama past Romney.

At Ford Motor Co.'s Glass House in Dearborn Tuesday afternoon, Executive Chairman Bill Ford Jr. announced to employees over the fire-drill loudspeaker that the automaker had reached a milestone six years in the making: The Blue Oval was theirs again.
Ford reclaimed its Blue Oval and other mortgaged assets Tuesday when it received a long-awaited investment-grade from a second ratings house, the final step it needed to get back the assets it pledged six years ago.
Moody's Corp. upgraded Ford's debt from junk status, one month after Fitch Ratings did the same. The automaker needed two investment-grade ratings to reclaim the company logo, the F-150 and Mustang trademarks, the Glass House headquarters in Dearborn, and plants and machinery. It had used all of them to secure the $23.5 billion loan that kept the company afloat during the recession.

WCA - that is indeed good news for ford, still don't like the F-150 regular cab (no legroom) just to have an 8 ft bed and why do F-150s always start rusting out over the rear wheel wells? My dodge ram 1500 still isn't rusting out like a comparable aged ford or chevy. My rust spots come mainly from all the times i Have loaded and unloaded.

After reading these posts the only point I see is that this country is in serious trouble. We all know from our political history that no elected official is 100% universally popular, especially the presidency. It seems to me that each of you believe one, or the other of these candidates will "Save Us".
If President Obama is re-elected the next 4 years will be only be the same for us: A slow economic recovery, higher debt, more cases of political corruption (sex, drugs, money), higher taxes for some, or all, and this is not because of him personally, but because both of the congresses will be either controlled by the Republicans, or they will have enough votes to defeat, block, delay, or"send it to committee", anything he hopes to accomplish. Our government is clearly now belongs in the elitist theory of government - controlled by groups, and people who work in their own self-interest, and conjol the masses into believing they are incharge.
So bicker all you want - throw the sticks and stones at you fellow Americans - enjoy your imaginary power. The times they are a changing and not for the better, no matter who is the Commander-in-Chief.
