Romney Super PAC going up with first general-election ads

This post was updated at 2:25 pm ET with more buy info. Added New Hampshire.

The pro-Mitt Romney Super PAC Restore Our Future is going up with $3.7 million in ads across nine swing states -- Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Ohio, Virginia, and New Hampshire.

It also bought $143,000 in the Greenville, S.C., market. That's really about North Carolina, given Greenville's proximity to the state.

Notably left out, however -- at least for now -- are Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

There's no word yet on which ad Restore will be running. The buy doesn't begin until Thursday. This one has been prominently featured on its website, but it could unveil another:

Well it should be obvious, even to cornytudes, that this ad buy reeks of "fear the POTUS". Trying to sell Mittens is like trying to sell dead cats to vegans. Smoke and mirrors is so 2000 and 2003!

    Dump Obama/Biden in 2012.

We don't need any more changes and false promises.

Romney's nomination will serve to raise Richard Nixon's reputation as a dishonest person to probably a dishonest person instead of liar. Romney hopes Jack the Ripper will be nominated next time so that he will benefit by comparison.

The problem with super pac money is that the super pacs are not liable for what they say. Both sides exaggerate and lie in their ads and the candidates have complete deniability. I had hoped this election would have some serious discussions about what went wrong with the economy and how to see that it does not happen again. Republicans are denying they did anything and demcrats are not discussing it. It seems to me that we built too many houses because the democrats were trying to find a way to sell homes to the poor and republicans went along with it because they believe derregulation is the holy grail (all evidence to the contrary). Additonally, we fought two wars at the same time without raising taxes to pay for either one of them. Our real financial problem is that real wages have not risen in about thirty years. Neither side has a rememdy for that. If we are going to stay at the status quo I see no need to change. I don't care how successful Romney has been in business. Unless he is going to put me on the payroll it is of no benefit to me at all.

So we have 2 choices, Vote for Romney and he'll tax the 99% to give to the 1%,or Obama who'll take from the 1% to give to the 99%? I suppose since I'm not building an elevator for my cars or putting my "tax breaks to create jobs money" in a swiss account I guess I'll re-elect the President.
