If one ever eavesdrops on the retirees here in my state, you can tell they are scared of both parties regarding their social security and medicare/health care.
For all of you that are ready to re elect Obama hope the change is working out for you. Let's see, there are no jobs, people have no homes, Gas is approaching $5.00 a gallon, groceries are almost unaffordable for the average family, the budget deficit is way above and beyond anything ever that could be repaid, everyone will have to purchase healthcare or be fined, someone else will decide what health treatment you need, prescription costs are off the charts, we are on the brink of nuclear war with Korea and Iran, we readily negotiate with countries who harbor terroists, we must be politically correct when we speak, our economy fluctuates daily and our dollar is constantly being devaluated. Can't wait to see the changes for the next four years. But all is well the press paints us a rosy picture of all of this and the current administration daily. Someone must be funding all this well.
And the last time you had to apply for, and receive, SSD was when? And then live on it?
Speak of which you know, Jen. The right wing scares the heck out of me. And you are one example of the endless talking points using scare tactics.
GOP blather. Senior disabled are not stupid. We follow current events and the political landscape. Sorry to disappoint you. You and your ilk are still counting on suppressing women, revising history, and scaring "the old folks," about Medicare. Have you checked up recently on what the ACA has done to help seniors?
Democrat campaigns from 1976 to 2012 have never changed: they scare senior citizens.
Have they no decency?
Bob,
The GOP uses its own forms have scare tactics. Does either party have a lock on decency? I would say no.
You tea people Koch republicans are just plain scary Bob.
I feel for seniors - it has to be a scary time to see their social security and medicare bashed and threatened.
Katheryn,

I am trying to determine what "bad boy" Martin Sheen has to do with Medicare????
Sue - non sequitur?
Katheryn- you got that right. You, too, pp.
