Obama agenda: Judgment.

The Hill: White House marks healthcare anniversary with caution, defiance

The RNC is goading the administration on health care, hanging a massive banner from the building today on Capitol Hill: “Happy Birthday Obamacare! We Didn’t Forget You” It’s out with a web video featuring “a sad, crying Obamacare, alone on his birthday because Americans don’t like him and the President is ignoring him.” RNC Chairman Reince Priebus has an op-ed in the Orlando Sentinel – one of the swingiest swing areas in the country. And he’s in another swing state, in Nevada holding a press conference at a medical center in Las Vegas with Sen. Dean Heller and Rep. Amodei. The RNC put out this research document. And it has this ad out and making robo calls targeted at seniors.

What is this, the fifth grade?

"a sad, crying Obamacare, alone on his birthday because Americans don't like him and the President is ignoring him."

Seriously?!

96ws6 -- It doesn't matter that no one wants it.

Hate to break it to ya bud, but just saying so doesn't make it so. Prove it. Where are the stats?

Wow. So all the Teapublican legislation at the state level to attack labor, or women, or health care in general, what is that? It sure isn't about jobs or the economy. It's radical overreach like never seen in my lifetime.

Here's one example -- Arizona. Senator McCain voted for the Blunt-Rubio Amendment. Now at the state level the Teapublicans are rushing through bills to make women prove to their employers how they are using birth control prescriptions or be fired, and as if this isn't enough they are marching on with other anti-abortion bills, the most recent banning abortion after 20 weeks -- like even if a person agrees late-term abortions aren't cool, WTF, at least three bills in a matter of weeks?

The other evening on the news, a GOP/TP Congress woman was trying to make the case the Dems are creating fake fear about the Teapublican agenda. She was asked if Dems were ventriloquists making Santorum say the things he says, or are holding a gun to Teapublican heads to pass multiple bills against women's rights. She stammered and tried to continue with her BS lie--hilarious.

I'm going to start a business selling big red letters to be swen on our clothes like 'B' for birth control, and 'P' for profanity (reference The Scarlet Letter) -- Oh wait, the men will never go for publishing their names as "johns" soliciting prostitution, but by golly let's publish information on doctors who perform abortions so they can be killed, or patients so they can be persecuted.

What we need to end is the hate rhetoric that results in violence. Republican establishment& moderates, get control of your mob! And get OFF the friggin' Puritanical wedge issues for a friggin' second -- Come up for a breather, maybe snack for gawd sake, but give it a rest!

Well True Patriot,

You respond to me like I am a Republican. The government is ALWAYS cramming things down our throat we don't want. (Patriot act was Repubs the first time, NDAA, no child left behind ect ect) it doesn't really matter who is in power. I know plenty of sensible Democrats that don't want the health care bill to pass maybe you know some of them:

Scott Murphy(N.Y. 20)

Bobby Bright(Ala. 2)

Frank Kratovil Jr.(Md. 1)

Walt Minnick(Idaho 1)

Eric Massa(N.Y. 29)

Parker Griffith(Ala. 5)

Glenn Nye(Va. 2)

Chet Edwards(Tex. 17)

Travis Childers(Miss. 1)

John Boccieri(Ohio 16)

Larry Kissell(N.C. 8)

Jason Altmire(Pa. 4)

Harry Teague(N.M. 2)

Betsy Markey(Colo. 4)

Jim Marshall(Ga. 8)

Suzanne Kosmas(Fla. 24)

Dennis J. Kucinich(Ohio 10)

Mike Ross(Ark. 4)

Rick Boucher(Va. 9)

Artur Davis(Ala. 7)

Charlie Melancon(La. 3)

John Tanner(Tenn. 8)

To be fair I do realize there are many people stupid enough to believe our inadequate government can handle health care without screwing it up even though there is ample history of large government projects that prove otherwise. I just choose to believe they are the minority especially considering the government even struggled to keep ITSELF running not long ago, remember?

How true! There are very few successful (and by that I mean sustainable) government programs.

This is like watching the World Championship of Poker. The GOP has gone "all in." I wonder what their back up plan is when they have to get up from the table as naked as the day they were born. Of course I'm not betting against the "5" on the SCOTUS of declaring a do over and sending it up to the replay booth. The real issue may be whether Justice Kennedy will vote to uphold the law or vote not to rule at all. I doubt he will rule against it.

What the people of the country want is irrelevant. They will pay for this monstrosity that does almost nothing that was promised, and like it! 67% want parts or all repealed? Tough!
