Subscribe to RSSNewt Gingrich has won Georgia, NBC News projects. Gingrich, the former speaker of the House who represented Georgia in Congress, said Georgia was a must win for him to remain credible as a candidate.
Vermont and Virginia are "too early to call" at this point, but Mitt Romney leads in both.
To play along at home and when to expect calls and characterizations from the NBC News Elections desk, here are the final poll closing times in each state:
7:00 pm ET: Georgia, Virginia, Vermont
7:30 pm ET: North Dakota, Ohio
8:00 pm ET: Massachusetts, Oklahoma, Tennessee
9:00 pm ET: Wyoming
10:00 pm ET: Idaho
Midnight ET: Alaska

Newt Flipped on two wives while he was flopping with his girlfriends.
Newt flip flopped on global warming after doing something on the couch with
Pelosi.
Newt flip flopped on the Constitution. ( Once said it must die!)
Newt flip flopped on amnesty for illegals.
Newt flip flopped on Fannie and Freddie by condemning Obama for taking money
then took 1.8 million from Fannie and Freddie.
Newt flip flopped on Congressional ethics. Remember how he was found guilty of ethics violations while Speaker of the House.

This was never a fair election, it was a FRAUD from the beginning..LOOK AT THE COUNTIES RON PAUL WON IN MAINE, ENTIRELY EXCLUDED FROM THE CAUCUSS,(and no "NEWS COVERAGE") This happened in other states I'm sure....The people that are discrediting Ron Paul, and still trying to sell the fact that hes "senile" or too old, or been in office too long, dont know wtf your talking about and your either trolls, cointelpro, or just plain FNstupid and just regurgitating what "media" says, you have never really listened to what RP has to say.... Ron Paul is the most intellectual man in this race. If Obama wins have fun with the National Defense Authorization Act, the Stop Online Piracy->(PRIVACY) Act Preventing Real Online Threats to Economic Creativity and Theft of Intellectual Property Act ( these both will pass in time, but are still covertly being used today, goodluck watching a free movie in the future online,there are more news laws/Acts to come!ENJOY< I"M LEAVING THIS COUNTRY .)
