It was great to see a clip of the President singing with the musical "all stars" this morning. I went over to Obama Diary to see a fuller clip and was really moved.

The clip on the morning show made it seem like President Obama was showing off a little, but the fuller version of the scene showed that was not the case. It was so moving to me to see a President engaging with musicians in what is truly an American art form. To see the President singing jazz made me so proud of America and our cultural achievements. The whole evening looked warm and upbeat. Talk about "patriotic music!" And the whole show will be rebroadcast on PBS!
