It's a brave new world, and the old alliances and interest groups don't seem to have the same influence as they once did, at least not in the primary contests. In an election cycle dominated by economic issues, social issues are on the back burner...

Well, for starters, you didn't say anything that was true. You said that his writings in the Harvard Law Review would prove he was a radical. But the fact is, anybody can go to Harvard and look up his writings in the Harvard Law Review. So it's not a question of his refusing to release them--they're essentially in the public domain. And so that puts the burden of proof on you to show that his writings are radical.
