Subscribe to RSSA major conservative advocacy group, funded by Koch family oil interests, says it is reviewing its "financial dealings" with a Wisconsin charity headed by Herman Cain's campaign manager, raising fresh questions about the source of tens of thousands of dollars in funds that were used to pay expenses for Cain's presidential campaign.
The Center for Public Integrity reported late Thursday that Americans for Prosperity, one of the largest and most prominent of conservative political groups, has confirmed unspecified financial transactions with two closely linked Wisconsin non-profits -- Prosperity USA and Wisconsin Prosperity Network -- that were founded by Mark Block, Cain's campaign manager.
One of those groups, Prosperity USA, paid for $37,000 in expenses, including iPads, charter flights and items, for Cain's presidential campaign, according to financial documents disclosed this week by the Milwaukee-Wisconsin Journal Sentinel.
Non-profits are barred by law from paying for campaign expenses, and when the allegations first surfaced this week -- at the same time as the sexual harassment charges against the presidential candidate -- Cain said he would order an investigation of whether there were improper campaign violations.
Cain's campaign lawyer, Steve Bienek, declined to answer questions from NBC about the transactions between the Wisconsin charities headed by Block and the campaign, saying only that the campaign has retained an outside law firm to review them.
"We take these allegations very seriously," he said.
But the Center for Public Integrity report by Peter Stone raises additional questions as to whether Americans for Prosperity (AFP) funds were used by Block to pay Cain campaign expenses. AFP had "financial dealings with Prosperity USA and/or the Wisconsin Prosperity Network," Levi Russell, the spokesman for AFT is quoted as saying.
(Russell confirmed the transactions to NBC News, but declined to elaborate, and added that the group had no reason to believe there was any wrongdoing on its part.)
Some of those transactions are hinted at in the documents released by the Journal-Sentinel: They show a $5,000 expense in February 2011 for Cain to attend a meeting of a group called RightNation "at request of AFP" and that Block made a trip to Washington to meet with AFP's president Tim Phillips and David Koch."
Koch and his oil industry brother Charles Koch were the founders of Americans for Prosperity, but the group -- like most non-profits -- declines to identify its donors. The group is having a major conference in Washington starting Friday at which Cain and other presidential candidates are scheduled to speak.

In the Washington Post survey of Republican and GOP-leaning independent voters, Cain received 23 percent support compared with 24 percent for Romney. It was Cain's best showing in that poll, jumping 6 percentage points from the previous one last month. The latest poll, conducted from Monday to Thursday, has a margin of error of 5.5 percent.
In the Rasmussen Reports polls, Cain had a comfortable lead with 33 percent support from South Carolina's likely Republican voters and Romney drawing 23 percent.

In other news: We find that Obama has taken in record funding from groups such as Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley while he attempts to convince the public that he is 1 with OWS. In addition, major campaign bundlers running Solyndra, Fiskar, and Beacon, have been rewarded by Obama by funneling the taxpayers money to their now defunct corporations. In other news we find that the state departement has used taxpayer funds to buy $70,000 worth of Obamas autobiography to give out around the world. Obama thanks the taxpayers for this generous gesture as it will enhance his book royalties substantially. And finally he gives the taxpayer additional thanks for allowing him to list his 2 daughters as senior staff on Michelles African trip so that he would not have to pay for them out of his own pocket.

What an astounding revelation ... yet another connection between the corrupt Koch brothers and the 'marionette' politicians that they and their cronies control with their vast wealth. This latest incident is simply an unintended public expose' of the wheelings and dealings of our 'shadow government' that controls every facet of politics in our Republic, and indeed of the lives of every average American. Multipy this by the 32,000 registered lobbyists inside the DC beltway who spread obscene amounts of money among our 100 'illustrious' Senators and 435 Congressman to do the bidding of the Fortune 500 corporations. Capitol Hill should be spelled 'Capital Hill' because we now have the dubious honor of having the very best government that money can buy.... bar none.

I think the people had better wake up! We all need to be looking and anyalising each candidate very, very closely, like the way a scientist looks into his microscope to see what desease he is looking at so he knows what vaccine to grab for the cure. We as a nation have way too many issues and challenges looking us right in the face and the main one is our debt to China. We need an honest, trustworthy, straighforward, compassionate, understanding, good / even a great communicator, "God" Fearing, people loving, Put our people of this countries benefits first, follow original constitution of our forefathers w/o changing a thing, start taking care of the inside of our home first and for now put foreign affairs on hold, put the big corporations in their place, take the greatest company of all - time (Microsoft) see how employees are being treated use this as our model plan to get the country moving in the right direction, take care of all the people and let the numbers take care of themselves, if we make the people happy everybody has the motivation to work and make great things and leaps and bounds in progress. This ladies and gentlemen is what we need in our next president. We need them to be facing the issues and challenges of this great nation and not depending on media support, not ripping his opponents apart by attacking their personal lives but to up lift and build everyone up make and have everyone be part of the process, know everyone is important and make the people all the people feel great and important in this great nation. We need to stop our fighting and bickering amongst our own because right now all other countries are not only laughing at us they are pulling ahead and we are getting further behind. it's time we all come out of fear, come out of our own little safe worlds and start lending a hand and help one another greatly as this great nation did in it's beginnings. We need not vote again for republicans or Democrats as they are and have been letting this great nation down! Term limits make for a great sound bite, but which countries actually have term limits for elected officials? Do we really want everyone in the house and senate to have zero experience? By the time they really get up to speed, they have to leave. If they have no hope of being re-elected, doesn't that just increase the chance that they will just grab as much lobbyist and corporate cash as they can in 6 years? After all, they don't have to try to get elected again, so who cares about the voters?

The Supreme Court has totally messed up our political system by allowing non-voting entities to donate to political campaigns. In my opinion, although it is worth nothing at this point, the only entities that should be allowed to donate to political campaigns should be registered voters... People, not companies, not unions, not advocacy groups. If companies, unions and advocacy groups want to publish their opinions, that's fine as long as they don't directly fund or support a specific candidate.
That would still be the same thing.

Pledging no regulation by Govt., abolishing welfare, Social Security, minimum wage laws, Dept. of Energy, FBI and the CIA. It's no wonder they want no regulation on there company, if you look up how many times they have been sued and found guilty of wrong doing by Koch Industry. A big financial supporter for training thousand of Tea Party people, in there beliefs. Oh yes, the Koch Brothers. Selling millions of dollars of petrochemical equipment to Iran. When the US Govt. put a Trade Ban on Iran, stating{Iran is a country the US identifies as a sponsor of global terrorism.} Koch brothers financially supported Perry on running for Governor of Texas. So, it's no wonder that Cain and Perry are Puppets to the Koch Brothers in this GOP race. When they speak, I hear David Koch words when he ran in 1980. No regulations!!!!!I hear his voice with the so call Tea Party, that he helped train.

Jesus like his father is for cleanliness, purity, love, togetherness and will always be there for all of us as we are their energies. As for our own activities here on this planet they do not get involved with us but will help us when we come to them for help. They will help us if we will serve them first. The goal of being on this planet is to find ourselves, to find our true relationship with our father find out where we stand, get ourselves right with each others and with God our first and original father and then go back home to him at the God head. That is primarily every humans mission. Be good, be giving, be loving, try to eliminate or bring down to a minimum amount our sinful natures, follow the laws of natures, be compassionate in all cases, be loving, be kind even to the bad or evil entities, be understanding, be patient and become as pure as you can somewhat like water. To know God is to know the correct meaning of love, to know God is to learn your heart, to know God is to love all, to know God is to know you don't have to lead, but if you do do it for him not self, this makes a great leader.
