Tasty morsels? What a weird interpretation of the video. They closed it well by saying it's way to early to even go there at this time.

Biden in 2016? Oh, how I hope he wins the nomination. Now that's a guy we can really make fun of.

2012 is still wide open at this point, at least from the republican standpoint. I love the liberals view that Obama is a shoe in... against whom? The starting line of the race hasn't even materialized yet and the democrats are claiming victory. I wonder what they know that I don't. Is the fix in?

The Stupidity of Mark Murray and Domenico is so Eveident this is why they will always be at a 3rd Rate news Station one that Always finishes in the Bottom of the pack when it comes to viewer Rating. The fact they set the Agenda for or Claim to set the Agenda for what happens at MSNBC and NBC should tell them exactly how they are Reguarded in the world of journalism.

Pathetic Excuses for Journalist. do the world a Favor and Quit your Jobs..

Steve is dead wrong I never saw your faces before today, this is the first boiler room clip I have ever watched, and I'm amazed, I'm stunned that this thing is run by two teenage kids. You guys are some seriously smart young people or you found Dick Clarks fountain of youth. Thanks for the forum.

PS These young people today amaze me, I had a triple by-pass performed by what appeared to be a 14 year old girl. She must have been Doogie's baby sister.

Oh those teenage doctors, Forrest!

Domenico reminds me of a 1930's style film noir type movie star. Can't you picture him in a trench coat, in the rain, talking about the city that never sleeps? Mark Murray is just so damn smart.

I am happy my little iPad plays these clips. it doesn't like most video.

Oh, 2016. Why Sen Mark Warner, of course. In fact, if Biden decides to retire, I'd love to see Warner as Obama's VP.

Steve either calm down or hurry up and give yourself that stroke before Obamacare kicks in or your party cancels your medicare. I suggest you calm down and get a grip because Obama will be the president for six more years, and this kind of stress can ruin your health and happiness.

Forrest. I could careless about the Incompetant in the White house. But it clearly brings alot of Joy to my heart to see the Terrible Journalist at MSNBC getting the Boot. Soon Both Mark Murray and Domenico will be go too. Since they are the ones that claim they set the Agenda at MSNBC and NBC. I mean really i am happy.

Just a suggestion (and because Palin is still a FOX staffer, it's clear that like Trump she is taking a bus tour to promote her documentary film, so how about we not help her with that - 'K"?), has anyone speculated on how the GOP/TP might shake out in terms of front-runner and VP in 2012? The possible team up is more interesting. Bachmann looks like she's getting ready to join the circus.

Thanks, Mark & Domenico, for answering my question. I hadn't heard Sen. Gillibrand's name mentioned so will pay a little more attention to her. Even though it is a long way off, it is fun ton speculate--that's why we're all political junkies! Even though VP Biden has a reputation for gaffes, etc., I have noticed that he seems to be involved in the major decisions and the President seems to listen to him.

Let's worry about 2011 first and the HUGE problems this country faces, every blogger on the forum knows what I'm talking about, except maybe goose stepping Fiesty and Racist Bev, because everyone knows they are so "pasted" with "thinkprogress" crap their breath stinks. Grow up and see what's in the real world ... You won't accept another persons point of view like San Diego's "Spanky" or anybody else's because you know what's best. Well let me tell you little ones...

Take off your sunglasses because your futures aren't that bright... I have never heard a bigger pack of losers who don't have anything decent to say about anyone other than narrow minded view of lala land that you spew. Tell me what's it like looking outside of a little hole...

You are truly what's wrong with America!! When America is done with trash like you it will be a better place!!!

Okay, this is a bit out there, but I've been noticing the odd names, like Newton Leroy Gingrich, or Willard Mitt Romney. (Feel free to add any others.) Anywho, Barack Hussein Obama doesn't sound so funny after all.

Echo Chambers? That is why the GOP/TP has made such huge misteps. They need to stop talking among themselves. There's a larger population out there that has a completely different viewpoint.

Yes like the ultra diverse MSN Obama cheering squad.

C'mon Hillary run against Obama make it interesting.

No Palin,No Newt, No Barack,No Biden, No Trump....Ron Paul would be fun but can't win

Dang, Herman Cain doesn't have a middle name to make it funnier.

Okay, what's with Chris Matthews? Palin couldn't have a better staff member to send her fake editorials, or even the Ed Show (minus Ed) had too much hype on this. Palin is NOT going to run. She is promoting her documentary film, which is going directly to DVD, which will sell about as well as her last book.

And the Tea Party (do they still exist?) isn't interested in someone like Huntsman with experience, including foreign policy credentials. No, they want someone who champions their narrow, rigid agenda. I guess that would explain why Republican's over-due jobs proposal is all of ten pages with lots of graphics and large fonts, because they have been SO busy trying to ban abortion.

Another reason Palin won't run is because the RNC locked her out at the beginning of the 2012 campaign season, just as Sharron Angle has been shut down in Nevada. Teabaggers, the RNC is not going to run any crazies that don't have a chance in the generals. Oh sure, Palin can stump like she did in 2010 (which she will be happy to do for a large fee), but she's not running.

So keep hoping for a dark horse, which is about as likely as the second coming and end of the world -- When is that now, October?

Steve, Thanks for reading and watching. I'm sorry you think we should quit our jobs, but we thank you for taking the time out of your day to comment. We appreciate the feedback and welcome all comments and suggestions.

To be clear, however, we don't claim to "set the agenda" for the network. We merely put our thoughts together in a political planning note, which you all can ready every morning in First Thoughts. That is sent out internally as well in the network. We also advise and help anyone within the broad range of the NBC family with political-related questions. It's up to executive producers and others who control shows to take our suggestions, when asked, or not.

Our thoughts and general direction of political coverage is pretty transparent, since you all get to read thousands of words a day from us.

I hope that helps clarifies our role a bit.

All the best, and keep watching!

      Domenico

P.S.- Thanks to the rest of our loyal readers for all the praise. You make us blush a bit.
