Subscribe to RSSAs Politico's Ben Smith has pointed out, some prominent African Americans aren't exactly fans of Donald Trump’s questions about President Obama’s citizenship.
And African Americans, one of us wrote earlier this week, happen to be one of the few voting blocs with a solid net-positive view of the real estate mogul. According to a February NBC/WSJ poll, 27 percent of black respondents have a favorable opinion of Trump, while 22 percent take a negative view. (Compare that to 26% positive/ 29% negative overall.)
That may be true, but today on the Fred Dicker radio show, Trump boasted of his relationship with the black community in a particularly, well, blunt way.
"I have a great relationship with the blacks,” Trump said. “I've always had a great relationship with the blacks.”
Referring to poll numbers that show enduringly high support for President Barack Obama among black voters, Trump pointed to race as a reason that he – like Hillary Clinton before him– would be unable to capture more African-American support.
“Unfortunately, it seems that, you know, the numbers you cite are very, very frightening numbers," he said.
Trump is expected to make a decision on a presidential run by June.
Per a written statement, "On the May 22nd Season Finale of Celebrity Apprentice, Mr. Trump may announce the time and place of a press conference at which time he will make a statement as to whether or not he will run for President of the United States."

I'm sure Trump gets along fine as long as he stays away from them and they stay away from him. I'm sure he stays away from almost everyone, he's probably more disconnected from the American Voter as the incumbant Politicians that routinely run for congress.
The back-pedaling I hear is awesome... first "I don't think he was born here" next "I guess he was born in Hawaii, but that DOESN"T COUNT!", whats next? "Chicago is Canadian, and California is asian"? Just shows, no matter what you just want to exclude boiling down to your "only the people in small towns know whats right, people in cities just don't know".

Haha, once again black voters aren't monolithic, I'm black and my brother hates, absolutely hates Barack Obama but people always think we're just gonna stick with "our guy" cause he's black. The reason black voters don't vote Republican is because they're crazy. Hell, I would have voted for John McCain but he chose Sarah Palin and then went on a crazy republican tirade lol. Reverse it, what if President Obama said "I have a great relationship with whitey" how would people see that. Trump is a joke...

Please Note That Donald "wantabe" President; Trump refers to African Americans as the BLACKS. Not black people or black animals, or black the "N" word' just simply blacks. The blacks, I guess we should call him the White that wants to be president?
What does that mean " the Blacks and I get along". That sounds so South African Apartheid. Maybe since he is singling out races, what about, the Jewish People, Asian People, Mexican People, Muslin People, Buddhist People, Upper and Lower class People, Japanese People, Christian People, Mix Raced People. What about the Budget, Foreign policies, Our involvement in ever War we seem to stick our nose into, Education and the list goes on. Just saying " the blacks and I get along " is a pretty good indication of the direction his campaign will be going in.
Right from the NY Times and this is how well Blacks and the Donald get along. Donald's Mother's pocket book was taken while she was walking home. A young man gabbed it, she wouldn't let go so he started hitting her for the bag. Thankfully a citizen grabbed the man until police came. Donald's Mom was taken to the hospital and the man was arrested. Donald went to the police station and saw a black man being questioned by the cops. Donald asked if that was the man involved in his Mothers attack. The cop said yes and he and other people are being questioned. The Donald walked up to the black man and said he would make sure to stayed in jail for hurting his Mom. The officer took Donald aside and said he is the man who saved your Mom, the attacking is the young man with blond hair and blue eyes.
Well that news hit the headlines are the first thought Donald had was the criminal was the black man and not a thought to the young white man was given. That's one of the public events that showed how the Donald feels about blacks. Yes with egg on his face to tried to down play his statement and even offered the black man a visit to one of his casino which the man turned down.

And what about his relationships with the whites, the purples, the reds and the greens?
Mr "I Want To Be President" has filed for bankruptcy 3 times, already, as I recall. Yep. Just what we want in the White House.
"the blacks"? Really? That reminds me of Archie Bunker referring to "the coloreds". Donald Trump may be rich but he's an egomaniacal jerk. Just because he brings black "celebrities" (Ne Ne Leakes - give me break) on Apprentice, it doesn't mean that he's a friend to African Americans. I guess he thinks he can buy the Presidency.
Speaking of idiots, why hasn't MSNBC reported Rush Limbaugh calling Obama voters "human debris" and "savages"?
Good old Donald Trump has great relationship with tha blacks!!! He must be really able to talk to his elevator operator and bell hop. I sure hope he gave them a good tip, because 99.9% of the black people cant stand him. I am white and a hate his guts. He is a arrogant piece of crapp and a poor excuse for even a white man. He never worked a honest day in his life, and he wants to be some kind of a leader. President of the United States should be more then some kind of reality show. Donald Trump has an image that he puts forth "I am superior to everyone" "I live above everyone" "I effect everyone". He raised his kids to be away from all of society. He puts his women above the world in penthouses. His big businesses are judging women contests. He may be nice sometimes but he is convinced he is above everyone.
I resent that by him talking like he's some mobster and doesn't have to noticeit's the 21st century. New Yorkers pride them selves on how stupid they an act toward the rest of everyone. It's their 'thing' .

Well, thank you Mr. Trump! We now know that, to you, "The Blacks" aren't people; they're just a category to you. If The Donald knew how condescending that phrasing sounds, he'd give up running before he even starts. If "The Blacks" understood it, they'd be utterly stupid to vote for him, and any of them that did, would be proving they don't really deserve to be thought of as anything more than just a category anyway.
Chill people. Donald Trump is not going to run for president. He'll announce that in June. He is just a someone who enjoys being in the spotlight so every so often he comes up with something to put himself on the front pages.

Trump rightly says that America is losing respect from other countries. Then he speaks and demonstrates why this is true. And some of you rush in to defend him which confirms it even more.

Take people's children away from when they correct them with a good whipping to put them right and put them in a system to be abuse, talking about in the best interest of the child...then for later when they are far gone for the police to beat them...
