I can't wait to hear our intelligent President speak in his usual healing, pragmatic, spiritual manner.

On the other hand, the righties can't wait to get their hateful, lying, talking points from Fake News. I bet they have their computers hooked up to Fake News; right now.

You mean, you are not going to be attuned to the really important part of this event- The use of a Teleprompter?? Maybe his tie will be the wrong color, I don't know....

I gotta ask Drive By - you a chick? You suffering beaten wife syndrome?

Here you are in MSNBC-land, where the postings run 10 Lefty Libbie for every one republican/conservative, plus you got the Fiesty and Bev. - wonder twins of posting proclivity. Yet it is you that constanly chimes in with some self belittling remark, whether it be the teleprompter or some other percieved slight. I know you are driven to be witty, but grow a pair.

This is your home Drive. This is the mecca of liberal opinion. You can just relax and enjoy.

Unless you are all jumpy cause you are doing all this while still on the clock at work?

Whatta you going to do about it, sis? Tell on me? I think that sounds like your speed, maybe. Worring about what someone else does/reads/posts/thinks/ etc....

No -I'm not a chick. Are you someone's grandmother?? You sound kind of candy-assed to be a real construction guy.

Forget the telepromter. I think the "Big Event' will be watching spellbound Michelle Bachmann when they put the camera on her.

She has not met a camera yet that doesn't hypnotize her .

We can all look forward to President Ryan's , ehh, Representative Ryan's speech. At least he'll cut through the bs and tell us what really is going to happen.

But Bev- that's where all the cleavage hangs out. Us REAL men, like me and my sister Spankie, kind of like that sort of thing.

Here's what's even more cool:

I get paid by the company to sit here and run my mouth about guys like you and JoAnnaSmiff, and then when I get paid, I turn around and give a bunch of it to the DNC!

Gonna do it again next month, too. Neat, huh?

    Is that so Mr know--It-All?

How come you always have such explosive investigations when post your stalker conspiracy theories?

You're not duping anybody. It's with your the proclivities; hypocrite.

You have a lot of identit-cry -sis. Do you have a sister?

Interesting point there Bev. I was over at FireDog earlier. They seemed to be a little soured on Obama. I was also over at few of my favorite "Greenie" sites. Damn near dispondent round them parts.

So since FR (Comcast deal not done yet?) seems not to noticed (wink, wink, nothing to see here, move along) that the Global Warming Czar is dead, perhaps Bev. or Fiesty could chime in here and give us their take on Ms. Browner's demise. I know she was no Van Jones, but come on Bev. what you got on the topic?

        Bev? "duping anybody?" "explosive investigations?"

Say what there old gal? I have no intent on duping anyone. Besides, I'm a conservative, you all are Libs. You are all way too smart for me. Especially you.

But do tell, what's Jesse J's and Al Sharpton's position on Rahm?

I'd ask Drive By, but I think he's clocking out right now, or very soon.

And Fiesty, true that! Of course there is only one way those expectations could go. :)

        Hey Bev-

I have to clock out now, but I think Al Sharpton and Jesse J think Spankie is a candy-ass too. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

Come on Bev. even Drive by is playing along and he's gotta go now. What's that, Rachel hasn't informed you of your position on Browner? It's ok you can get back to me tomorrow.

And Drive By is right about Jesse and and Al: candy-ass. You know, like Drive By's paycheck. Oh yes I did just go there! :)

Does it matter? She's gone now. Anyhow, I'm glad that sh!t flinging, albino baboon, Glenn Beck didn't have his " Mad Hatters, put a bounty on her head like he did Rep Giffords the ACLU, the Tides foundation, and Frances Piven

Rachel's gone now? Say it ain't so.

Of course if you don't like what Beck's selling, you don't have to watch. Aww, who we kidding, you can't not watch him.

So, again Bev. the question was about Rahm and Jesse.

And Drive By, you really should be proud. I hope the man lets you keep a decent share of the money you earn for him.

Maybe he can write the entire speech on his hand.

Before panning the speech you may want to listen to it first.

Considering that every President has used a telepropmter ever since it was invented, i am not sure who consiervatives make such a big deal about. Palin did, but then could not remember anything and was forced to write stuff on her hand, making the whole argument look silly.

nadeem: they criticize the use of the teleprompter because there is nothing substantive they can find.

When the prompter displayed a different speech, the President recited his speech from MEMORY...

              HISTORIC SPEECHES

              BILL CLINTON
First State of the Union Address
              January 25, 1994

Thank you very much. Mr. Speaker, Mr. President, members of the 103rdCongress, my fellow Americans: I'm not at all sure what speech is in the TelePrompter tonight, but I hope we can talk about the State of the Union. I ask you to begin by recalling the memory of the giant who presided over this Chamber with such force and grace. Tip O'Neill liked to call himself"a man of the House." And he surely was that. But, even more, he was a man of the people, a bricklayer's son who helped to build the great American middle class. Tip O'Neill never forgot who he was, where he came from, or who sent him here. Tonight he's smiling down on us for the first time from the Lord's Gallery. But in his honor, may we, too, always remember who we are, where we come from, and who sent us here.

              http://www.presidentialrhetoric.com/historicspeeches/clinton/stateoftheunion.1994.html

              Now that is impressive...

Time for My shift, drive by, see you tomorrow. The thing we know for sure is that Bachmann et al remind people that President Obama is the adult in the room. I am hopeful that the Republicans show FAR more respect than they did the last time. I am glad to hear that Alito will not be there, since he clearly does not know how to conduct himself with class. Feisty, tomorrow should be fun. The righties will go out of their way to find something negative to say. Don't you think we should plan on popcorn tomorrow? See you at the Dew Drop Inn tonight to watch the SOTU address.
