She is not Hispanic, she is from New Mexico, not Spain.

Stop using that Euro-centric term, we are not Hispanics.

Roger, every decade or so, ethnic groups find a need to change how the group is to be referred to. the current name winds up being an insult and the previous name becomes a racial slur. The shiny new name is liberating....for about ten years or so and thus begins the process once more.

Again, ignorance brings drama. There are many families here in new Mexico of original Spanish decent such as mine. Whether first generation immigrant or sixth, who cares? Speak for yourself Carlos! Get your facts straight before you lump everyone into your little "we" category!!

How about the racist media quit putting so much emphasis on someone's heritage (that they can't control) and start putting emphasis on qualifications. She's either AMERICAN or she's Hispanic. I'm sick of these 'politically correct' bullXXXX terms.

Carlos, learn what hispanic means. It's not a derogatory term. Susana is an American. She is also hispanic, as am I. There is nothing wrong with that.

Im not white, Im Irish. give me a break. If I refer to a chinese person as japanese; all that means is I made a mistake as to where they are from. it does not make us racists. Chill!!!!

Please STFU!

I'm an American descended from a fine Italian Grandfather who LEGALLY immigrated here and ALL Latinos are descended from MY people from the days of the Holy Roman Empire when we conquered Spain, Portugal etc.

Apparently SOME people don't know what the word Hispanic means. One thing it doesn't mean Don Carlos, is that some is from Spain. In fact, Hispanic refers to all people who are of Spanish descent in Spanish speaking countries or areas outside of Spain. The wonders of the US educational system continue to be manifested on these forums.

She is American with hispanic ancestory. what someone's ancestory is not important. All Ancestory should have to follow the same rules and it is not fair for special treatment to any certain one. We all know this happens look at the welfare systems in all states. Look at the special funds for certain Ancestory. I didn't state no race so your drawning your on conclusion and I didn't say it. Haha but it's true. There is no equal treatment among race as long as our government and the ACLU allows it to happen!!! White, Irish, Italian, German, even American Indians and so many more don't get the equal treatment to African American and Hispanics. we don't have billions of Dollars in special funds or grants set up for us through the governement.

Some of you guys really need to go back to school. "Hispanic" is a race, "Spanish" is an ethnicity, and "American" is a nationality. Congrats to Susana regardless of what race she is. She was the most qualified and competent of the two candidates.

Whatever! The Media has been used - as it always is - for the purposes of disseminating (dis)information to the (weak minded) masses.

The new New Mexican governor is not a WASP, a HIPPIE, a YUPPIE, or a Laureate. She is neither a Hawking nor a monarch.

The new New Mexican governor is a POLITICIAN who happens to be FEMALE, isn't she?

As for the Hispanic bit: All Hispanics are latinos, but all latinos are not Hispanic. Hispanics are those who are of worldwide Spanish language background - even if they don't speak Spanish anymore. If they are of a European Spanish language background they are Spaniards.

Most importantly: Anyone born anywhere in (the) America(s) - that is the name Europeans created for this ENTIRE CONTINENT, hemisphere, or part of the planet, isn't it? - is by that definition American.

Then, again, I am just one more product or statistic if not victim of our "superb and great" educational and government systems, aren't I?

I thought a Hispanic was someone whose heritage, mainly their language, regardless of where they are from, is derived from Spain. The original term is "Hispano Americano" which literally translates to "Hispanic American" but we shorten the term to Hispanic. In other countries, other than the USA, America referes to the whole American Continent, not only the USA, therefore someone with a Hispanic heritage (again mostly their language) would be refer to as a Hispanic American to distinguish them from those people who speak Spanish but are not from American, meaning they are from Spain, they are Hispanic because they speak Spanish but not Hispanic Americans because they are not from the American Continent (Pardon the redundancy). Then you have Latinos. A latino would be someone whose language is derived from Latin. Spanish is derived from Latin as well as Portugese. There lies the difference. You can have a person, regardless of where they are born, whose heritage is Hispanic and who speaks Spanish, who could be refered to as both Hispanic because he speaks Spanish and Latino because his language also derives from Latin but you then have people, say from Brazil, who speak Portugese, a language derived from Latin. A Brazilian would be considered a Latin American, or Latino, because his language derives from Latin and he lives in the American continent, to distinguish him or her from the Portugese people in Europe but not a Hispanic because he does not speak Spanish nor does he or her have the Spanish Heritage.

Now that is what I was thought in School, in Nicaragua. I don't think they teach that in "America". :)

If we are going to define a person by a place their parents, grandparents or ancestors came from, then why aren't 'white' people Euro-Americans? We need to stop this practice of dividing people into ancestral lumps. It divides our country.

Ignorance, bigotry, historical revisionism, class distinctions, and pseudo-patriotism: a veritable propagandistic cornucopia if ever there was one.

By the way, for most of our Italian ancestors, "LEGALLY immigrated" means showed up without a visa or any government approval whatsoever, and registered at Ellis Island. It does NOT mean that they did anything different or more honorably than anyone else who has ever come to the United States; and it certainly does not mean that we, as their descendants, deserve pats on the back or heightened status in the kind of class system that most new Americans (past and present) fled Europe to escape.

Get off your high horse. As for the lunacy about who conquered who, Romans conquered the Iberian peninsula before their was a Spain, and Spain conquered most of the Appenine peninsula before there was an Italy, so I guess you're your own grandpa (or grandma). Kudos!

You are a shining example of why people are so pi..ed off! You are more concerned with what a hispanic politician can do for hispanics than what they are really elected to do. This is America and they are elected to serve ALL of the American People!

mon glas, Palomita never said what you accuse her of. She said "I wish her only success and effectiveness for her citizens." Aren't politicians elected to effectively serve the citizenry?

Your apparent contention that 'her citizens' means "only Hispanics" and is somehow meant to specifically exclude non-Hispanics is a reflection of YOUR bias and YOUR bigotry, not hers.

jag, There are way too many people who support the idea of ethnic cleaning here already. Please don't add fuel to the fire or attempt to justify their unAmerican way of thinking.

Everyone, descriptive terms for ethnic groups change over time, and there is nothing wrong with letting the people being described have a say in how others label them. What was once a polite term for a person sometimes is transformed into an epithet or insult based on popular usage.

One person above commented that whoever came up with the descriptor "Caucasian" was not white. Poppycock. But either way, it only underscores my point. In the 1950s and 1960s many schools referred to "whites" as Caucasian, and in some areas the only people using the term "white" were 'racists' and 'racist' groups. Now the term Caucasian is seldom used in America. Likewise, the term "Hispanic" was invented by a Hispanic demographer working for the US Census Bureau, and officially can include someone of any race. Until very recently, someone checking the Hispanic box would also check another box indicating race. These days, the US Census Bureau divides people into categories of "Hispanic of any race", "Non-Hispanic White" (no explanation is provided as to why Hispanics are suddenly no longer allowed to be white), and "Black, African American, or Negro" (with apparently no one aware of whether the word Negro is meant to be read in English or Spanish). Traditional ethnic categories (German, English, Irish, American, etc.) are no longer allowed by the social engineers who seek to divide us along new ethnic lines that seem intended to separate out and exclude Latinos and African Americans while erasing any distinctions between the descendants of Europeans (other than the rejection of Latinos). Oh, yes, "Asian" is also a category, lumping together Indians, Chinese, Malays, and Arabs (except Arabs from North Africa?). The whole concept of race is idiotic to begin with, but when bigotry imparts the taint of inferiority or lesser status on certain groups, it is conceited and disingenuous to scold people for identifying themselves by group when they have been singled out, and made to suffer, by people who belong to other 'groups'.

                              • Allow me to point out that I did not make the issue of race in the first place, the article headline took care of that for me.

•UNLIKE Sotomayor, this is a woman I am proud to identify with.

•To be elected to such an honored role in an area where latin people are seen as invaders (by many - not all, but many) is an achievement. You know, kind of like a black person being elected in Alabamma.

•"May She Shine for her Latin Race" Not all do. Having said that, I will take the constructive critizism as it was intended. Truly she is an American who just happens to have latin blood in her. What obstacles she had to strive to overcome...I do not know, but intend to find out. Rich Privileged child or self-educated woman, that speaks for itself.

•May she shine for her race - how many latins are seen as drug dealing thugs? Gang members? Murderers? Kidnappers? Drug Cartels? For goodness sake, let someone who is latin rise to the top. Nothing wrong with that desire. No one wants their race's reputation to be smeared, and there are plenty around to do it.

•LASTLY - My JOY and ELATION are based on one thing only.

Here is a minority with a brain to think beyond what is told most minorities. Vote Democrat. They are for the people. They love you, the Republicans don't. If you don't believe me, read the transcripts of the radio address that Obama gave in California. It is apparent that minorities are duped into voting democrat, when the democrats embrace most things minorities do not, one example - unborn life.

It THRILLED me to see a minority woman reject the mantra that she must embrace the democratic party and think for herself. Now you know the reason of my joy.

And my ALL of her citizens be blessed by her sound decision making.

Yep... When 90% of your campaign money comes from out of state, one wonders what her priorities will be.

And for what it is worth.. in New Mexico Hispanic means something very very specif; that you are a descendant of the soldiers who settled here 300 years ago. Ms Martinez is not that.. she is a Latina from Texas. There isn't much wrong with that of course, just splitting hairs.

There are no guesses about Martinez' priorities. Robo call after robocall made that quite clear:

"Secure" the borders. How many families who straddle the border knew that was one of her campaign talking points? Looking forward to even more unwarranted traffic stops?

"Personal Responsibility". Everyone who voted for her is aware that is a catch phrase for "You are on your own"

She also doesn't support getting our schools to the point where our kids can actually succeed with a college education instead she's all for re-estalishing the "vocational training" for high school...so what kind of new employers wll that attract in NM?

Against cap & trade. For those of you who never bothered to find out what cap & trade was all about, maybe it's time you learned that means it's NOT OK to pollute our state if you do business here. Martinez wants in essence, to make it ok to pollute and pay as little tax as possible as long as you locate your business here. Must be where she envisions sending the kids who come through voc high schools.

NM, what were you thinking when you made this choice?!?!

Grammaknows, cap and trade is a scam to set up a trade exchange for big business to buy and sell pollution credits. those who have to buy, will eventually close up shop if they do not have the money to invest in cleaner tech. If they do, they will be out of business because their product will cost more than those made outside the US.

Al Gore has already set up a cap and trade company to profit off the 'trades'.

The involuntary removal of a sitting President of the United States has never occurred in our history. The only legal way such can be accomplished is by the impeachment process. This article discusses the legal standard to be properly applied by members of the United States House of Representatives when voting for or against Articles of Impeachment, and members of the United States Senate when voting whether or not to convict and remove from office a President of the United States, as well as the procedure to be followed.

                                http://library.findlaw.com/2000/Aug/1/130987.html

yes, removal is called for. But the above must happen. It even removes the VP! read the link.

Nixon did the honorable thing and resigned. Of course that was after he knew the House and Senate would do it. He saved us some anguish and gnashing of teeth.

To be perfectly honest, Obama is far from being the sole cause of the country's financial worries. Anybody out there remember the little war in Iraq that Bush, Jr., Rumsfeld and Cheney sat down in a back room and cooked up? The little war Powell wouldn't support, which led to his resignation? The little war that was costing a billion dollars a day at the end of Shrubya's regime? Shrubya, who set up the first "stimulus?"
Now, I'm not going to defend the big-eared, purple-lipped sock puppet, but he came into his term with a load of dog crap on a platter. He just hasn't done much of anything to clean it up.

CAS - Little war that W cooked up?? So tired of this moronic drivel. Research my friend. EVERYONE was calling for the invasion of Iraq in '98 and '99 prior to the Bush election. Dailey we heard from Dems about WMD's, and Saddam killing his own people. Bush acted on the same intell that Clinton had when 15 days before the election he said invasion would likely be our only option. Now, 1 billion a day?? What are you smoking? The entire war to date has cost less than Barry's pay-off-my-friend, I mean stimulus package according to the CBO. Yes he came into a load of crap, a load that a majority of economists say had been coming for a while, a simple correction in the markets, that has been made worse by his and Congress' actions. A load of crap that can be laid firmly in the laps of Dems that controlled Congress for 2 years prior to his election. Frank, Pelosi, Dodd, Boxer, Reid, all of which benefitted off of the financial failures they helped create.

It doesn't matter if your man or woman, black or white, what party you are.  What matters is that you love America and it's people.  That you want every single person to have a better life, make enough money to live and all of us to find jobs and live comfortably.  Lets make 2011 a better year for all of us.   Our government employees are making way to much money and getting to many perks.  Stop helping other countries and lets help America.  Lets make "us" a better county.

K.Ellis: you state that it doesn't matter what party you are. Well, actually it does. You state that you want every single person to have a better life. How the hell is that possible since ProChoice/Democrats heavily promote abortion, that certainly isn't giving "every single person a better life." Voting Democrat is what has corrupted this country. When there's no respect for human life, nothing else matters. There is nothing in our Constitution that says women have a right to end a pregnancy, that is crap and ridiculous law. Partial-birth abortion is promoted by democrats, everyone knows that. The procedure is inhumane and the pro-lifers will not stop until every abortion center is closed. Planned Parenthood.....should be called what it is "Murder, Inc." 50 million and counting, and most at tax payers expense, and we even pay for abortions in other countries.

PP is the most racist of all, more than 50% of abortions are of black babies......so, blacks voting for Dems and Planned Parenthood, are actually voting for the systematic killing of their own kind!!

My recommendation to all the ladies.....if your not married and have a working husband...close your legs!!

Wow, Jessica and Jagi what a load of free speech. I do not recall reading in the Constitution that is anybodies business what I decide to do with my life and body. When did the line of patient/doctor confidentiality get erased on this issue? You have the right of choice to give birth I have the right of choice to not continue to over populate this world. I am a hard working, tax paying conservative. Common sense hopefully shall over come no matter what party you represent. Get a grip on this issue and let the individual make a adult decision that affects their lives. Ohhh wait that's right you want the government to tell you what you can and can't do. I hope you never have to face this decision but if you do its nice to know there are qualified professionals to help you.

cutterzz, if worried about over population, close your legs, get tubes tied. Anything other than killing. If you have aborted, killed, would you be in favor of more radical methods of correcting the so called over population problem? It is the next logical slippery slope step in your thinking.

Craig, what you're leaving out is haw many, MANY more women who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford ANY birth control get birth control pills at reduced or no cost from Planned Parenthood.

Yeah I have to agree with Brian here. What party supports social services, inner city education, gun controls, unions, and national healthcare -- Democrats. All Republicans do is support big business and lower taxes for the wealthy.

if the wealthy paid only a penny of taxes that is more than 47% of the people pay now. Go to the fair tax and we all pay our fair share. plus we can fire a bunch of worthless IRS agents.

One thing the Democrats hate,,,a minority that is Republican. They love to cry racism at the slightest whim. If you disagree with a Democrat, they will bring up they subject of race every single time. Another word the Democrats like to bring up ,which they call "Racial profiling" which is nothing but a fancy word of being a racist. Mr.Obama do you want the votes of these people who take away the peoples jobs and don't pay a single penny as far as the cost of any immigration fees goes. My hispanic wife is upset about that, because we paid good money to enter here and we did it the legal way and they didn't. Mr.Obama,do you want to tax us in another way?,with the Democrats, they dont have a conscience,in other word they don't know the diference between right and wrong! looks like it's all about votes by hook or crook. Demographics state that most working-class Americans are Conservative Republicans and do not support handouts like social services and national healthcare. They do not support gun control as that is a right granted under the Second Amendment and do not support unions due to their self serving interests of the bureaucracy and not working for their members. They DO support inner city education because they believe ALL children deserve a good education so they can work\support themselves and don't wind up on the above mentioned social services programs.

Many, many friends are Hispanic (sorry, Mexican-American) and they are ALL conservative-minded people. Never understood how the Democratic party appealed to them except family tradition. Seeing the light in New Mexico, that's just great. This shows that NO PARTY can count on their traditional base.

It's a big deal when your are not use to seeing someone of your race and culture in a certain position of power. White people take this for granted because they are usually the ones in control. The fact that you can't even comprehend what a big deal it is shows how narrow minded and out of touch you really are.

Her stint as Dona Ana District Attorney was poor at best and she always played the Hispanic card especially with her Deputy Sheriff Husband.

If she performs as Governor as she did as District Attorney New Mexico will be further in debt than it is now.

We will have even more deaths due to drunk drivers as her record shows she looks the other way when those cases come across her desk.

Also she is of Hispanic Heritage. She is not Hispanic she was born in the United States of America. So that would make her American not Hispanic.

Actually the correct term is Latino not Hispanic. Originally the word Hispanic referred to people of European decent. Don't belive me? Look it up. Knowledge is power people!

I agree with you, however in New Mexico people call themselves Hispanic or Mexican. Even though the National media calls Martinez Hispanic they even have it wrong.

The thing that gets me is whether they are called Latino, Hispanic or even Mexican if they were born the the United States of America they are Americans and should integrate with America. They will still have Mexican, Hispanic or Latino heritage, as we all have a heritage.

Ignorance at its best! America is the name of a great huge continent, from Alaska to the North and Patagonia to the South, not a country's name for God's sake!

Hisanics from all North America, Central America and South America, are indeed AMERICANS too..............!

Honestly, every educated person knows the citizens of the United States of America are referred to as "Americans." It DOES sound better than "United Statesians."

What's the big deal? Seriously. Who cares who her ancestors are. She is not to blame for what her forefathers did anymore than I am for mine! Who cares if she is a she, the first she, or a hispanic she. There is no such country as Latin or Hispanic or Negro or White. I defy anyone to find those places on a map! She is an (apparently ) intelligent woman who wants to be a governor. End of story. Why does it need to be any more complicated than that? To identify her as a part of a special interest group ( regardless of how innocent that group's motive may be ) demeans her as it implies a special allegiance to that group over and above all others. I prefer to think of her as a person who is smart, unbiased, well educated and tough enough to withstand the rigors of the job she is about to undertake. To think anything else is an insult to her and her position.

Congratualtions! It's about time.....first female, hispanic governor in the country - yeah!!! Now let's turn this state around and move forward. Let's work towards equality in state government and sensible change without corruption - no more feeding off state government as many have in the past (under the table). We also have too many immigrants taking advantage of the system...medicaid, EPT cards, etc., but the elderly and the people who truly need assistance are denied. Those who are taking advantage are likely (or often) doing drugs or are drug dealers and living large while collecting federal or state assitance. Where is the oversight? We are supporting outsider's and not paying attention to our own native New Mexicans or U.S. citizens. Let's have positive change - it's well overdue!

First of all, the fact that she is holding an office in government means that she is an American, so to constantly say "She's an American" makes you look very foolish. Stop trying to down play who she is and embrace it. Stop making it a sin for people to refer to her as Latino. Stop trying to down play the fact that she is the FIRST FEMALE LATINO GOVERNOR! That is a big deal to non-white races in this country; where power is usually held by whites. You sound like a narrow minded bigot who refuses to accept who she is. Shame on you.

We, who are here legally, are American citizens first and until everyone who wants to throw out bigot or racist can realize that this country will always be divided.

                                                              You price-shop for tortillas.

You believe that using a turn signal is a sign of weakness.

You don't make eye contact with other drivers because you can't tell how well armed they are just by looking.

You think six tons of crushed rock makes a beautiful front lawn.

You have to sign a waiver to buy hot coffee at a drive-up window.

You ran for state legislature so you can speed legally.

You pass on the right because that's the fast-lane.

You have read a book while driving from Albuquerque to Las Vegas.

You know they don't skate at the Ice House and the Newsstand doesn't sell newspapers.

You think Sadies was better when it was in the bowling alley.

You have used aluminum foil and duct tape to repair your air conditioner.

You think you know how to drive in the rain or snow.

There is a piece of a UFO displayed in your home.

You know that The Jesus Tortilla is not a band.

You wish you had invested in the orange barrel business and shovels.

You just got your fifth DWI and got elected to the state legislature in the same week.

Your swamp cooler got knocked off your roof by a gust of wind.

You have been on TV more than three times telling about how your neighbor was shot or about your alien abduction.

You can actually hear the Taos hum.

All your out-of-state friends and relatives visit in October.

You know Vegas is a town in the northeastern part of the state and not in Nevada.

You are afraid to drive through Mora and Espanola.

You iron your jeans to 'dress up'.

You don't see anything wrong with drive-up window liquor sales.

Your other vehicle is also a pick-up truck.

Two of your cousins are in Santa Fe, one in the legislature and the other in the state pen.

You know the punch line to at least one Espanola joke.

Your car is missing a fender or bumper.

You have driven to an Indian Casino at 3 AM because you were hungry.

You think the Lobos fight song is 'Louie, Louie'

You're relieved when the pavement ends because the dirt road has fewer pot-holes.

You can correctly pronounce Tesuque, Cerrillos, and Pojoaque

You have been told by at least one out-of-state vendor that they are going to charge you extra for international' shipping.

When you go out of state, people ask you if you have a green card.

You expect to pay more if your house is made of mud and straw.

You can order your Big Mac with green chili.

You see nothing odd when, in the conversations of the people in line around you at the grocery store, every other word of each sentence alternates between Spanish and English.

You associate bridges with mud, not water.

You know you will run into at least 3 cousins whenever you shop at Wal-Mart, Sam's or Home Depot.

Tumbleweeds and various cactus in your yard are not weeds. They are your lawn.

If you travel anywhere, no matter if just to run to the gas station, you must bring along a bottle of water and some moisturizer.

Kaliman Have you checked the headline for this article?

When you live in New Mexico 40 miles from the border of Mexico and you hear people call themselves Hispanic everyday, not Latina or Latino.

My point is why do they have to have anything with the title. Why can't it be New Mexico elected itself a new governor? Why does the Hispanic or Latino or Latina have to be added.

Why aren't our headlines for our President different?

Why does anyone's title need to reflect their heritage or ancestry?

                                                                Google Hispanic

Hispanic (Spanish: hispano, hispánico) is a term that originally denoted a relationship to the ancient Hispania, a country that geographically coincided with the Iberian Peninsula. During the Modern Era, Hispanic sometimes takes on a more limited meaning, relating to the contemporary nation of Spain, one of the successor states of Hispania.

Still more recently, the term has also (or alternatively) been used to denote the culture and people of countries formerly ruled by the Spanish Empire, usually with a majority of the population speaking the Spanish language. Collectively known as Hispanic America, this definition includes Mexico, the majority of the Central and South American countries, and most of the Greater Antilles. The nations formerly pertaining to the Spanish East Indies, are sometimes also included in this definition, as their cultures have some Spanish or Latin American elements.

So where in that does it say United States of America?

Susana Martinez is a rightwinger who is against the majority of the population of New Mexico; yet she has been chosen by the very people who will lose the most. After her governorship we will realize that it is not gender, nor sex, nor language, nor ethnicity that ought to define political choice. What should be considered ought to be what social class benefits from an election and thereafter. Martinez will be the governor of rightwing corporate interests from within and outside the state. The time of the self serving ethnic entrepreneurs has arrived, and the fate of the ill educated, unemployed, elderly  and poorly paid will get worse.

The United States will not return to her greatness until we once again embrace our Christian heritage and start following the rule of law. Deport every illegal and all the anchor babies and their kids as well and make citizenship in this country attainable through legal channels ONLY... We need to wake up and understand and begin to do battle with the enemies we have ignored for far too long. The border states could have built a completely effective continuous fence or wall to end the subversive attempt at takeover by attrition that is under way several times over by now. And if we want to create some jobs, put well armed guards every 50-100 yards with orders to shoot any and all that challenge this country's sovereignty by trying to steal their way in... Throw out the not-so-closet Muslim that duped this country's criminally under-educated and those with ulterior motives and make sure that no-one EVER again gets the opportunity to defraud the populous with fake or missing credentials... It is truly a shame that this sounds so racist... It is merely coincidence of monumental proportions that the preponderance of this country's enemies are Muslim, Hispanic, (for lack of a more accurate term, and black, (also for lack of a better term). No more hyphenated Americans... No more pressing 1 for English. One Nation... One Language... (English) Make Galveston, San Diego, Seattle, and New York the only entry points for LEGAL emigration to this country. Throw out the last two Supreme Court appointments based on the fraudulent status of the guy calling himself President. Fix this stuff and there will no longer be near-double digit unemployment. 40-50 million of our enemies gone... Hmmm.... Might be good for us... For those of you that still know how to pray, keep it up... 2 Chronicles 7:14. I know this appears less than compassionate and somehow looks like it flies in the face of Christian principles, but we need to make some hard choices NOW or reap the whirlwind of 1.4+ billion (and climbing) Muslims (Who are not hiding the fact that they want to take over the world for whoever they say their "god" is) or destroy it if it doesn't capitulate) and a declining Christian population in this country. We are fewer than 1/3rd of a billion. Add in the Asian and Hispanic population that wants to see us fall, and you can see how badly we are out numbered. Considering that we have only about 80 million armed citizens, it makes doing the math a bit scary... If you can't see this, it is only because you won't. Wake up please... Before it is too late... (If it isn't already)... Feel free to yell if you like... I am not that thin skinned and I don't employ a lawyer when offended... Your turn New Mexico...

I guess I would call myself EuroAmerican - Scots, Norwegian, German- Swiss and German/Hungarian/Romanian/Italian Jew. What the devil do I call myself? I don't really care, and anyone who lives within our borders as far as I'm concerned is an American. Got it? Especially the people from countries who came here and volunteered to fight in Iran and Afghanistan, the two most disgusting efforts to ensnare more "American Big Oil" and their buddies in, while killing civilians and lying to the American public. All the time promising the people who would fight in this evil conceived "war" based on lies from Rove and Cheney that they would be able to become American citizens after they served their term - or lost their lives. Proud to be a EuroAmerican now? You can all go to hell.
