Hours before the first and only debate between Nevada Senate candidates Harry Reid and Sharron Angle, Reid is out with a new ad casting his Republican opponent as "wild."
A new Mason-Dixon poll released Thursday showed Angle receiving 47 percent support compared with 45 percent for Reid, within the survey's margin of error.

"Wild"...?
Harry...
You devil.
Can't wait for tonight's debate.
Goddamnit, MB, you beat me to the punch!
Harry Reid never denied he is a witch real liability here with Pelosi, Obama they make a coven
In the words of the Immortal Homer Sipmson:
"DOH"
Harry thinks salt is wild.
Wild but not wonderful.
The guy's pretty generous. I'd say she's nothing short of bat-s**t crazy!
She's wicked and wild!
can't wait to she her go crazy tonight.

Reid casts Angle as 'wild'
___________________________________________________________________
Can't Harry Reid run on his many 'accomplishments' or is that the 'problem' he wants to avoid?
Holy @!$%#. I think you actually said something I agree with.
It looks like his main accomplishment will turn out to be the election of Sharron Angle.
I doubt that anyone else could have pulled it off.
Puts a new twist on "I'm just wild about Harry"...
Madison From NY - does this mean you're voting for Paladino in the NY Gov race?
Funny...I'm waiting for some "pro-Angle" rhetoric from the "Harry Haters" out there. Not seeing a whole lot.
Perhaps the question is whether or not Sharron Angle has any accomplishments on which she can run.
Isn't it possible, Da Noid, that someone can dislike Sharron as much if not moreso than they dislike Harry? We need to stop thinking two bad choices are the only choices we should ever have in elections.
I wouldn't mind kicking either of them down a very long flight of stairs~
Harry wild? We wish he was!
One can only hope at least he is sane, but then again anyone would be next to wild and crazy Sharron.
But as two new polls this week showed the candidates effectively tied yet again, it appears increasingly likely that Mr. Reid’s fortunes may ultimately turn on the weapon he has long boasted of: a sophisticated voter turnout operation that he has methodically built since President Obama ran in Nevada two years ago.
On the eve of the only debate of this contest, and as early voting begins on Saturday — a two-week period in which 50 percent of Nevadans are expected to cast ballots — Mr. Reid finds himself trapped in the race he has, in many ways, always feared.

Everyone thinks she's nuts and nobody likes him...tossup!
One thing this is not is an attack ad because everything stated comes from Angle's own words. Sharron Angle, even Nevada republican state legislators said she is too extreme.
MediaMatters For America:
Glenn Beck is urging his listeners to donate money to the Chamber of Commerce.
Now, the Chamber of Commerce is not simply an advocacy organization pursing an ideological agenda, like the National Rifle Association or the National Right to Life Committee. It is a trade association representing some of the largest corporations you can think of. Its board of directors counts among its members executives from Pfizer, Lockheed Martin, AT&T, US Airways, JPMorgan Chase & Co., IBM, and Verizon. It is The Establishment incarnate.
And Glenn Beck is calling on his hardworking listeners to donate money to the Chamber. He is literally asking American workers to give their hard-earned wages back to their employers, so their employers can use that money to advocate a public policy agenda that benefits the rich at the (again: literal) expense of everyone else. It’s incredible. It’s such a twisted scheme that it’s easier to believe as a piece of performance art meant to mock right-wing pseudo-populism. Though if it was art, it would be dismissed as overly broad and heavy-handed.
But Glenn Beck is completely serious. He wants you to send your money off to the Pfizers and JPMorgans of the world, as a gift. For Glenn Beck, it isn't enough to have a power structure that favors the corporate elite. He wants you to pay for it, too. That’s what passes for populism these days.
__________
Come on everybody and pony up. Beck says to give to the Chamber of Commerce so the American worker can continue to be exploited. The hard working American people.
Give to the Chamber. Not to charities. Not to local schools or universities or libraries or parks or hospitals or museums or states to go towards fixing bridges and roads.
No.
Give to the Chamber of Commerce. So they can continue lying through their ads.
Unfreakin Believable!
Now you know why I refer these idiots as the stuck of stupid crowd?
A dog could bite one hand off of one of these nitwits and if 'Glenda' told them to stick out the other one... THEY WOULD!
I'm sure JoannaSmith1, CU Farley, No Joe, and so on, have already sent in their checks.
These are the brain dead tea baggers that beck and the right-wing noise machine depend on. Why should filthy rich CEOs spend their money when they have the CU Farley's of this world eager to chip in.
You sound bitter Ramboet. Don't worry, be happy. Election day is coming!
I don't think anyone has any reason to be happy about this mid-term. Let's look at it objectively: those of us who voted in 2008 hoping for a change from the politics-as-usual in Washington were sorely disappointed by what followed in the months after the election. Whether one want to chalk that up to a perception of failure on Obama's proposals and campaign promises, the continued lack-luster leadership and ethics of Congressional Democrats or the obstructionism and know-nothing tactics of the Republicans is entirely up to the observer. Those of us who went with the alternative message found themselves up against the wall believing their core values and beliefs were under a final assault and completely disillusioned as to what'd transpired - re-watching McCain's concession speech and hearing the cries from the crowd assembled before him is proof enough alone of that. However the Republicans chose to act these past two years is a matter of debate - the fact of the matter is that, at the end of the day, business-as-usual remained business-as-usual.
With the mid-term fast approaching and the loss of many Democrat-held seats likely, we cannot be blind to the fact that the national attention has been largely devoted to the select few Tea Party-backed candidates that've said the strangest or most damning things out of the entire pool of candidates running for election/re-election.
Our political system is nothing short of a circus of horrors. We remain enthralled by the biggest, loudest, nastiest voices and we sit around with gleeful anticipation of one side giving the other their come-uppance as though such a thing has never before taken place in American history and as though the results of this election will somehow bring about the golden era we're all looking for. Given the divisions between people that's a rather ironic thought. We all seem to want the country to advance, to remain strong and steadfast, yet we insist on treating each other like kids in the schoolyard, whether it's out here in cyberspace, on the streets at rallies or in the halls of governance themselves.
I see nothing to celebrate - just an endless parade of pitiful lulz.
I donated again this morning!
Let the ads continue!!
The Tea Party--is America and will not be manipulated by the Liberal-Democrats extremists, Republicans elites, open-border or special interests to influence its leadership. Be prepared to see nefarious voting activities as the "Honor System" cannot be trusted anymore, which includes absentee balloting in close races. Fraudulent ID has become abundant by illegal aliens to steal jobs from Americans, so voting although a federal violation causes no concern to these people. Nevada were Reid and Angle are running neck to neck, must be scrutinized for voter irregularities, as is a massive community statewide of foreign nationals.
Senator Harry Reid of Nevada will certainly force through another illegal alien Amnesty, if he is returned to power. The Heritage Foundation has calculated that passing this law will cost taxpayers $2.6 trillion dollars. This amount will be added to the $13 Trillion, we already owe foreign Nations. Google--Illegal alien costs then judge for yourself and then come to a decision who to vote back into office. Senator Boxer (D-CA); Sen. Feingold (D-WI); Senator Murkoski (R-AK) Rep. Sanford Bishop (D-GA) Speaker Pelosi, Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, Jerry Brown; Charlie Crist; Andrew Cuomo (effected the collapse of the real estate market). All have poor immigration records when voting and because of the money involved, should be removed. Most would let illegal aliens access to your Social Security entitlements and are already federally funding Sanctuary Cities and States to the detriment of taxpayers.
All Liberal Democrats lawmakers have this agenda, including Governors, Mayors, Police chiefs and elected officials. Harry Reid State has the 2nd highest jobless rate, next to foreclosures and an out-of-control welfare entitlement program. This powerful Senator did nothing to stop the illegal aliens pouring into the Silver State and then become public recipients of free health care and education. Hundreds of billions are being extracted from your wallet, to support millions of illegal nationals who are little or no education, and have become a liability to our country.
I am a Nevada resident. My whole family is voting for Angle. Don't know if she'll win but we can only do our small part. We truly have had enough of Harry.
Edward--truly sorry for the f ix you're in. I would probably do the same. Maybe Nevada should think open primaries and public financed campaigns and of course term limits.
I didn't like Bush, but I didn't go out and vote for a brain-dead turnip because of it, for God's sake!
...if you voted for Kerry I'd contest your assertion, Drive By. ;p
Wild--my oh my Harry. Aren't you a little harsh?
But if Angle is so bad, is only three points behind Harry, what does that make Harry. We all know how bad Angle is, but can someone tell me how good our beloved Harry is?
Great article about a better metric than polls, MONEY and where the parties are (and aren't) spending
(snip)
With little more than two weeks before Nov. 2, both sides are making decisions hourly about where to spend limited resources even as donations continue to pour in.
House Democrats, who reported raising $15.9 million in September and have $41.6 million in the bank, plan to spend at least $60 million in television ads and get-out-the-vote efforts in key House races in the final days of the election - a last-ditch attempt to salvage their hold on power. They plan to run ads in 56 to 65 races over the next two weeks.
It's a 2-1 advantage over the overall spending planned by House Republicans, who had been outspending their counterparts over the past seven weeks. They raised $11.2 million and had $19 million in the bank at the end of September. But the figures are somewhat misleading because their candidates are getting an enormous amount of help from GOP-aligned groups. Next week, House Republicans or GOP-leaning outside groups plan to spend money in a whopping 82 or more competitive or could-be-close contestsAnd, after sitting on the sidelines for months, Democratic-allied groups are starting to pour money into competitive races to defend some of the most endangered incumbents.

Why hasn't Angle gone after Reid with the following
Not once but twice Obama has said
1: That Americans should not waste their money by going to Vegas
2: That companies should not waste their money in Vegas
We have 14%+ unemployment, We have one of the highest Foreclosure rates in the Nation. Show Reid with Obama. It is pretty hard to turn things around. With Reid and his buddy Obama are against us.
Vegas is as good as any other city for conventions and a vacation
My God!!!
I can really understand Hating Harry Reid!
But I DO NOT understand Self Hatred!
Anyone that votes for this WingNut woman must really hate themselves and their state of Nevada even more then they Hate Harry! You people are so blind with hate that you do not even see what you are doing to yourselves or your state. This woman will be even worse then what you already have.
The only juice this woman has is the TeaParty Kool Aide she and her supporters are drinking!
Juice???? Kool-aid??? Who's full of hate??? HMMMM?
Like all the articles on this Liberal site their poll is handpicked...Angle is probably more like 10% to 15% ahead but you won't read it here...
She has been widening her lead for the last couple of weeks but you won't read that here...
Watch the final numbers on the morning of Nov 3rd...bet she wins by at least 10%....
Just finished watching the Angle -Reid debate. She doesn't have a great speaking voice, but her answers are contrite and to the point and sheds a lot of light of the fallacy of the dozens of attack ads we've been exposed to night after night. Reid has the advantage of having been in Washington all these years, but Harry can't run on his record, so all he can do is attack Ms Angle. If she justs holds her own in the final analysis of this debate, I think she will have a better than even chance of beating Harry.
I hope the people of Nevada don't come crying ... when that weirdo angle has them striped of their social security checks and their Medicare ..Their children in their late 50s better have enough money to support their parents ...I am sure she will also rather then take care of the older people ....just have them put down like Plain's "DEATH SQUADS"
Reid is a Pinhead.
I think all liberals should go to Target tomorrow and buy O'Reilly's new book "Pinheads and Patriots".
Make sure MoveOn.org knows about it. They are Pinheads too.
It would be inspirational and a nice souvenir of Obama's failure as President.
Plus, they get a commemorative picture of him on the cover.
I shouted Whoopie!!!!! and jumped for Joy when I saw the video of Bill's smackdown on The View.
Poor Barbara. Her voice cracked as she lost it too.
What a great Reality TV season this is shaping into!!!!!!
November should be fabulous.
I never watch The View because I can't stand Whoopie Cushion and Joy BayWhore, but seeing Bill slap the @!$%# out of both of them on TV was PRICELESS! Even the audience was clapping because they walked off the stage!! LOL!
How rude they were - and Babwa Wawa too. She's an original old, wrinkly pinhead. I hope their ratings tank and they lose their show. I'd much rather watch Elizabeth Hasselbeck have her own show anyway. Why does she stay with those racist bitches?
Oopsy!! Just developing!

FIRST LADY CAMPAIGNS INSIDE POLLING PLACE
Thu Oct 14 2010 16:19:25 ET
First lady Michelle Obama appears to have violated Illinois law -- when she engaged in political discussion at a polling place!
The drama began after Mrs. Obama stopped off at the Martin Luther King Center on the south side of Chicago to cast an early vote.
After finishing at the machine, Obama went back to the desk and handed in her voting key.
She let voters including electrician Dennis Campbell, 56, take some photos.
"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said.
According to a pool reporter from the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES at the scene, the conversation took place IN the voting center not far from the booths.
Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place, within 100 feet of any polling place."
A top Ilinois State Board of Elections official tells the DRUDGE REPORT how Mrs. Obama may have simply been ignorant of the law and thus violated it unintentionally.
"You kind of have to drop the standard for the first lady, right?" the official explained late Thursday. "I mean, she's pretty well liked and probably doesn't know what she's doing."
WHITE HOUSE DEFENDS ELECTIONEERING
When questioned about the brazen nature of Mrs. Obama's campaigning, press secretary Robert Gibbs defended the action.
"I don't think it would be much to imagine, the First Lady might support her husband's agenda," Gibbs smiled.
People vote against candidates, not for them. I'd rather have a cactus in congress than Harry Reid.
