Aides to Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) say he told his Republican colleagues today he will transfer $1 million from his campaign war chest to the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
McCain spent more than $20 million on his Arizona primary and has money left over from this year's campaign as well as 2008 funds that he could not spend by accepting the federal campaign cap in the presidential run. McCain is favored in the general election to win a fifth term.

Lieberman please stop whispering it in his hear. On shucks, it won't matter what his babysitter does, more than likely McCain will still be confused.

Now he is agreeing with obama and sharing his wealth. Will this man ever do anything wrong?
Well, to be accurate, it is not John McCain's wealth -- it is the money that people donated to him for his own Senate and Presidential run. What else can he do with it? He can't keep it. Maybe he should have donated it toward paying down the debt!
