Democratic Senate hopeful Rep. Joe Sestak (D-PA) did not arrive to his own rally today in Scranton, PA.
The Sestak campaign confirms that he in Washington to vote on the Federal Medicaid Assistance Program.
Instead of an appearance from the former admiral, a video tape message ran of Sestak greeting supporters.
Following the taped message, former President Clinton and Sestak's wife and daughter took the stage. Sestak is in a toss-up race with former congressman Pat Toomey (R).
