The latest updates on the Rangel hearing

House Ethics Chair Zoe Lofgren (D) just told the folks in the hearing room that the members are headed to the floor for votes and the hearing on the ethics allegations concerning Rep. Charlie Rangel (D) will be delayed.

Two members say the adjudicatory hearing is going forward after a floor vote.

Sources add, however, that no settlement to resolve the allegations is ready at this moment.

No more Shirley Sherrod moments, let Rangle have his day in hearings should he choose to do so. We the majority want to hear the facts and nothing but the facts, no media hype that causes irrepreable harm to folks lives as was done to Ms. Sherrod,

Media relax, sit back and just wait for the facts, time to conduct that old fashion investigative reporting before running to the American people attempting to get the day's ratings.

We will judge Mr. Rangel on the facts, this is America Innocent until proven guilty not the reverse

So less wait for congress to guide us through this one on media intervention necessary.

After Shirley Sherrod, one would think the Media would have tried to learn something for the good of those involved

Whatever the Facts Rangel will be judged accordingly

After all I don't see stories on Ensign, DC Madam's Senator Vitter and the woman died.

Problems exist on both sides of the isle and if we are to clean up congress we must address both Dems and Republicans as we should

Super post!

Unfortunately the once reliable main stream media has become more tabloid gossip than ever before.

"Gotta get that scoop, get those ratings, it isn't important if the details are missing or wrong we were the first to blab...you heard it here first, folks. " MSM

That whole C-street "Family" needs to be investigated for their tax-evasion "church".

Vitter, Ensign, and anyone else involved.....Repubs and Dems alike.

Let's see a few Repubs push for that investigation!

There won't be an open hearing on Rangel, his intention is to get out of this as painlessly as possible, Congressmen believe they are above the law, because apparently they are.

Now that's perfect payback as the Democrats stall the ethics committee meeting to go vote on more important issues. Stall Baby Stall!

    Save the 9/11 Responders!

FR is a little slow on this one: Politico says they have charged "Cheater" Charlie with 13 counts of violating House rules.

This is going to be FUNNY!!!!!

I'm waiting to see Charlie Clown wriggle out of this one. It'd be interesting to watch. I want to see the DINOS squirm The amazing thing is that Charlie the Clown doesn't seem to be serious of the charges against him. He'd do a couple of things to get out from the clutches of his fellow crooks. I) Turn Independent. 2) Join the Tea Party, 3) Stir the African -American base threaten his fellow Dems. Betcha they melt like butter. 4) He probably bribed his inquisitors to shut down the case. 5) Get some Harvard lawyers to squash the case a la Obama. I love this Charlie Clown. Even the Annointed One is afraid of him.

All I read and hear about is the Bama talking but doing nothing. Only when it comes to his dead end socialist policies you can hear his big mouth taling and I swear I can hear his ears flapping.
