This Sunday on NBC's Meet the Press, the chairmen of the four campaign committees responsible for the House and Senate midterm elections will make their first ever joint appearance.

For the occasion, we will be live-blogging the show right here on First Read.

Join us Sunday morning at 9am ET for the play-by-play of this exclusive debate between Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), Chairman of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ), Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX), and Chairman of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Rep. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD).

Who will be replacing David Gregory as moderator so I can watch without getting chest pains?

Sponge Bob Square Pants would be a good substitute. Or a turnip.

I would love to see Rachael Maddow handle this one. I am not sure I can watch with DG. I loose too many TC screens.

That might be interesting. All I ask is for David Gregory to fact check and challenge, even when he agrees with the person making a statement.

Have a great weekend everyone. Thanks FR hosts for another interesting week, we appreciate your efforts.

Hey, guys-think you could get Gregory to ask any of his guests about "We Will Not Be Silenced"?

I get that ignoring anything that negatively reflects on Obama fits with your politics, but given the ratings, maybe, just maybe, you should hop off the bandwagon.

I don't think this is going away. The media got away with ignoring this during the campaign, but I doubt very much that they can get away with ignoring it now. there is too much 'there' there.
