Old Spice's "Man Your Man Could Smell Like" has some advice for President Obama on how to win back female voters.
In a series of videos posted to YouTube in real time, Isaiah Mustafa, the bare-chested "Old Spice Guy," responded to questions on Twitter and YouTube, recorded answering machine messages and even proposed marriage on behalf of one of his fans.
When asked by a prominent pundit on Twitter about improving the president's popularity among American women, Mustafa had this to say:

Hey Red!! My friend and I saw his commercial the other night and he said "WTH is he doing?! And shook his head. I don't care for the commercial at all because it's meant to be sexually appealing. I've got better abs than he has! lol!! Chit! I don't even see a 6 pack let alone a 12!

As kids, I'm sure we all took the trek to Woolworths every Christmas to pick up the beautifully wrapped Old Spice to give our dads and uncles. Old Spice. I can still remember that smell. lol
And we bought our moms, Evening in Paris.
Jody, we sure did! My mother had tons of that perfume. But with 9 kids, she really never went anywhere for years. Which is why I guess she had tons of Evening in Paris. lol
Wow, 9 children. There was just me but not enough money for my folks to go out. If they did, they couldn't afford the sitter so took me along. Probably the closest thing to going out was a movie with a Dairy Queen treat afterwards.
Well, I guess this spices up Friday's chatter. No sale for me. This female likes President Obama just as he is; everything the media and pundits criticize is exactly why I voted for him--intelligent, calm, steady under pressure, no screaming, nose to the grindstone, pragmatic, loves and respects his family, nice sense of humor, athletic, charming and a great smile. Why does he need spicing up, he's got it all.

This failure of a President just won't take any blame for his shortcomings. This guy was nothing but a prompter reader from the beginningand hasn't done anything beyond attempting to change this country into a Euro Socialist mecca for Progressives. He just doesn't get it when it comes to defense, immigration, jobs, and what it means to be an American rather than a Euro Socialist bowing to his special interest groups with his left of center ideology.
Dan G I don’t know how long it’s going to take for folks like yourself to figure out this teleprompter thing but let me give you a little perspective on the it. At this point in our national discourse the vast majority of us do not care if President Obama reads the sweet nothings that he is whispering in his wife’s ear in hopes of inspiring a little conjugal bliss later on in the evening off a teleprompter if it will contribute to either his success later in the evening or our success in moving the country forward tomorrow. I hope you do understand but just to make it real clear we just don’t and never have given a big rat’s patooty what he’s reading or not reading off of.

"SALT LAKE CITY — Utah officials have identified at least two state workers who apparently breached a state database to create a list of 1,300 purported illegal immigrants."
What I find sad about this whole matter is the fact that they have made no effort to check out the validity of the list, the state officials were supposed to be off today but worked instead trying to figure out who originated the list which apparently has them upset, rightly so because apparently some state workers hacked into the welfare/food stamp database to compile the list. Not one soul it would seem has any intention of checking to see if those named on the list are in fact here illegally, looks like they really don't care about that particular law being broken, that attitude has got to change or people are going to start enforcing the law themselves which would be a bad thing for all involved.
I understand your concern, but breaking one law does not justify breaking another. And just because you didn't read about it doesn't mean that NO effort is being made to verify the status of the names on the list. In the employment situation, just as an anology, an employer is not required to act on unreliable third-party or hearsay information it receives. In this case, in addition to the breach of the state data base, and depending on where they got the information about the pregnant women, there may also be a HIPAA violation for unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information. Just to mention one law that may have been broken here. There could very well be others.
In my opinion, this sort of vigilantiism is really just a variation on the "Second Amendment Solution" that Sharron Angle likes to talk about. When, as a society, we descend to self-help solutions based on our individually selective views of right and wrong -- and we seem to be heading more and more in that direction -- then we really have lost our way.
This reminds me of the tweedle dee and tweedle dum ACORN 'busters' who are now up on charges for illegally videotaping their victims. I wonder if former ACORN employees have a punitive damages claim against them for willful criminal behavior? At the minimum wrongful unemployment? I would love to see them roll over on whomever funded them to get their unlawful swagger on,...they certainly don't seem bright enough to have come up with it on their own.
The worse thing about that list, which was sent to newspapers and who knows where else, was that it provided social security numbers, names, addresses and the names and due dates of 6 pregnant women. One person on the list, so far, is here legally and has papers. This is not the way to solve the problem, this is stupid.
This is a serious problem but republicans did nothing to fix it either; now suddenly it is Pres Obama and the democrats fault. What the AZ law has done is to create mass hysteria and encourages those who would take inappropriate action to do so. How long before some wing nut, left or right, gets the names and goes after someone. Breaking one law doesn't justify breaking another.
You can't use this information in a criminal case. It's "fruit of the poisonous tree"; any evidence obtained through illegal means is inadmissable in court (From a 1920 Supreme Court case: Silverthorne Lumber v. United States).
So even if you wanted to, you couldn't legally deport them (since, if I recall correctly, deportation is a criminal matter).

When a Government only enforces the laws it deems necessary we also have lost our way as a society.

I invite you to write 3 or 4 or 5 POSITIVE comments- Not about Obama, but BUSH. I know you can do it. Plese share with us the many postive things we can attribute to him over his 8 years in office.

I'll give one to JoAnnaSmith to start with. I have always thought that sure, I think GW Bush would be a great guy to hang around with on his ranch for the day, mending some fences, hauling some brush, chasing a few cattle, maybe doing a little fishing, and later as the sun sets having a barbeque and a few beers under that huge Texas night sky. I truly think I could have a good time with GW in that kind of environment and under those conditions. Plus I think Dog wiould have a great time as well roaming the range a bit.
Ok, now all JoAnna has to do is come up with 3 or 4 more positve comments about GW.

I don't lie and neither does a mirror, you just can't handle the truth. You voted for Obama for no other reasons than the fact that he was a Democrat and more importantly because he wasn't Bush. There is nothing wrong with that, but let's not pretend you based your vote on intelligent information. He could have been anybody and actually you did vote for just anyone because it is a proven fact that your party and MSNBC went to great lengths to hide who candidate Obama really was. If you were capable of open ing your eyes and see the extent the truth is hidden from you everyday you would be horrified and ashamed.
In regards to teleprompters, the preception of anyone's intelligence would be higher with a teleprompter then without. When Bush spoke without a teleprompter he sounded less intelligent without it then with it, of course you libs took it to the extreme and called him an idiot. You still do. Obama's use of a teleprompter is unprecidented and is means of shaping your preception of him and another example of hiding who he really is. It's another truth he will deny and can't handle.
As far as my ole spice comment goes, I was just having a little fun. If ole spice makes you like your president better I am just fine with that. If you would like, I could splash on some of that polo stuff so you can hate me more. I would do that just for you.

Just WHAT is OBAMA hiding? I happen to KNOW that I made the right decision when I voted and it wasn't because he wasn't Bush-- was Bush running for the office? I think not; but McCain and Palin were-- neither of which were qualified. I even voted for Hillary in the Primaries but changed my vote to Obama as the campaign progressed because I felt that he could and would and did do a better job.
Now moving along to WHO Bush was-- He was the destroyer, the desolater of Nations and I'll carry that thought and fact to my grave. It wasn't JUST because he (Obama) was a Democrat either. But I'll tell you this; if he were a Mason he wouldn't have received my vote. Since you THINK that you know so much.
