NBC's Ali Weinberg reports: The Democratic National Committee's Rules and Bylaws Committee voted unanimously to recommend the establishment of new dates for the first four "pre-window" state primaries and caucuses.

The new dates would be:

Feb. 6: Iowa
Feb. 14: New Hampshire
Feb. 18: Nevada
Feb. 28: South Carolina

These are the Rules and Bylaws Commitee's recommendations and the wider committee will have to vote on these dates and order.
